I had really tight Foreskin after my 1st round. It was a little painful during sex and also if I tried to retract the Foreskin.

I\'m pleased to say that it just took a little time for all the skin to stretch and adjust to the new size. You may have only gained 0.5-0.75 of an Inch, but your percentage increase is huge due to slightly smaller than average starting size.

Wade had great advice for me when I had similar issues, a good combination of practical and supportive help. Might be worth asking him.

hi undecided. I\'m not sure what is causing your problem but maybe your skin just needs time to stretch and grow a bit to get used to the new size. then maybe it will move better. hopefully other uncircumcised members on here will be able to give you some advice/explanation.

I don\'t think this forum is only for positive feedback. But it\'s easy to see good results and comment on it. For problems, it can be trickier. I know we wish you the best and hope you resolve them with work and time. How many rounds now?

Sorry man I did know you\'d gone to Prague but was on autopilot in my recommendation to speak to wade.

Well really he just encouraged me to be patient and gave me faith that the my skin would adapt and stretch to accomadate the new size. No doubt the same will apply here for you.

I found a bit strange that she could fit 18 ml on a 3.5 penis, just because on my last visit I told her please put as much as you can and she barely fit 15 ml. Also on Shergar whom went to Prague too and was a big boy before she also said no. But honestly who am I to disagree. On the other hand I am happy for you great results !

Hi undecided. I re-read your \"skin bunching up and not going in\" description, but its often hard to really understand the issue properly. As I\'ve not had any procedure at this stage, the only advice I can give is based on all the reading I\'ve done on this site, other sites and my own research. But one common thread is that many people report \"oddities\" and \"changes\" post op, most of which crop up in the first few weeks. But it is also common that these issues resolve themselves over time, usually without any direct action to try to fix the problem.

It may be frustrating and annoying but remember you are only about 4 weeks post-op and I\'ve read users explaining about issues that went away several months after the procedure. So my main point would be to remember that you\'ve just had some quite impactful changes to your penis and the \"side effects\" may take a little while to settle down. Don\'t let your mind dwell on the negative thought that you are now \"stuck\" with these issues forever. Give it a bit of time to see how your body adjusts.

I was once involved in a motor bike accident that among other things, broke my tibia in half and my fibula into four pieces - I was lying on the road and my ankle was just a few inches away from my knee! After the surgery which involved inserting a titanium rod through the centre of the tibia with anchor pins at the knee and ankle, my leg felt frail and weird and I experienced lots of strange annoying issues. Hey undecided. I\'ve just read your thread.

We are brothers. We have very similar problems with regard to the Foreskin issue. I had no problems with mine after the first round but like you I did have a lot of unevenness. After the second round this was correct quite well. It\'s still a bit uneven but nothing too bad. What I do have is areas or ridges, not nodules but bumps almost like thick veins underneath the skin. I\'m thinking of going back for round three soon to get things finally tidied up and hopefully a little more Girth at the base. But as for the Foreskin.

What I think happened to me was that after my first round the Dr tried to put more filler right up closer to the glands and actually got some into my Foreskin. This has meant that it\'s been harder to roll my Foreskin back. In fact I kind of have to grab it from inside and almost lift clear of my glands. It\'s difficult to explain. As well as that. My new penile volume has resulted in my Foreskin being a lot tighter. This had me a little concerned for a while as the skin would , well not tear but split a little like when you get chapped lips. But I\'ve been leaving my Foreskin rolled back a lot more and I think this has forced it to stretch a little. The result of leaving it rolled back all the time though has resulted in the skin near my Frenulum to swell up. I think it\'s just the result of the sensitive skin being agitated more. It seems to be getting a bit better but I\'m notnconcerned about it. It\'s just fluid build up that goes away fairly quickly when I put the mouse back in the house. Overall. Im happy I went ahead with the procedures. I think to a girl who didn\'t know if had work done. She wouldn\'t notice. But to someone who knew. It\'s very obvious. Anyway. I hope this helps you a little. It\'s nice to find someone else who\'s had this problem. Well that sounds harsh, but you know what I mean.

In really coming around to the idea that retraction is the enemy. You need the PMMA to settle nice and uniform along your shaft and this requires your shaft to stay the same. Obviously the penis is hugely dynamic and this is especially the case for growers.

Another thing which confuses me is how dr\'s injecting PMMA are able to make an accurate assessment of where more filler needs to be injected without seeing the penis in its Erect state. Certsinly for me. My Flaccid unit is just a fairly uniform blob that bear absolutely no resemblance to my Erect unit. Also can anyone weigh in on Botox shots to prevent retraction. Am I right in think Dr c does this sometimes?
