I ordered an esl40 and a stretcher on eBay and it only took like a week to arrive or something. But I did once make an all day stretcher, basically it was a small dog collar which I fastened around my thigh with some theraband looped through the ring on the collar going up to a homemade, well wrap noose, whatever you\'d call it. Being uncircumcised definitely makes it harder to keep on, so u got a length of Velcro and made it so the noose thing could be tightened. It worked ok. For my third round I think I\'m goin to take a Cialis to hopefully prevent too much retraction. here\'s hoping I dont get a boner while she\'s operating . also I\'ve bought a sleeve. If I was you though, I wouldn\'t use anything that pulled too hard at your junk or cuts off blood. Remember we\'re just trying to stop retraction, not actually gain length.

I\'m pretty sure there are loads of fit strecher instructions over at thunders place.

I also had swelling on my Foreskin but it went away ,it wad even so difficult to pee , give it time and it will! Losen up. How is everything now ?

I cant offer you any feedback undecided as I\'m not initiated, but I do think your issues will be resolved over time, often by themselves without intervention. Good to hear that you are much calmer now. Also, your unit is looking good in the pics. Best of luck and thanks for posting updates.

As you know, PMMA will \"thicken\" the penile skin. You are uncut so it will be harder to pull the skin back but I think you still have swelling and it takes weeks for everything to stabilize in that area. Best is to wait it out and see what happens. I suspect you will be fine in a few more weeks and will continue to improve...Good luck.

Undecided, you can ask your doctor to prescribe Betamethasone 1% ointment. A tiny amount of this ointment can be applied to the tight part of the foreskin. It will speed up the stretching process but won't do anything on its own, without stretching. Was wondering if everything had settled down especially the Foreskin issue.
Have been thinking of going to see Dr N but your experience
and recently Supermans low gains have got me worried.

How are your gains from round two holding up.

Would love to hear how your doing at present and your recommendations
concerning the good Dr N.
