5 week updateSizeThe base and mid has dropped slightly by 0.125'. There is still a 0.125' variance likely based on EQ differences. BEG 5.750 to 5.875, MEG 5.50 to 5.625, and NEG 5.125 to 5250.LookThe look continues to be very good. There is a slight indentation at the right base. Flaccid continues to be outstanding. Erect, my pre-procedure slight curve to the left seems more exaggerated and angular. Erect with Foreskin retracted there is some slight excess skin on the left side. All minor issues I can certainly live with.FeelThe semi-liquid feel is gone at this point. Flaccid seems fairly normal though still slightly rubbery. Erect seems very normal. Semi-Erect still seems rubbery and artificial. I call it my dildo Dick. If that is what the Elist implant looks like all the time I'm glad I did not go down that route.IssuesIt is harder and more time consuming to retract and clean under the Foreskin. This has gotten better over time as the swelling goes down and things stabilize. Hopefully it will continue to improve.Test DrivesI had 3 additional test drives which turned out to be a mixed bag. Semi-Erect still seems slightly rubbery.IssuesForeskin retraction has improved somewhat but is still not as effortless as before the procedure.Test DrivesI had 1 test drive with a late 30s Latina with very young twins that I met at the Hotel bar. This was the best one yet, tight but not overly so. No need for lube plus a very short CV distance! She really had a great time and kept moaning 'I can feel it' as she was getting off. I get the sense that she could have handled even a little more Girth.

I actually felt the same way for years. I personally felt that if I started using medication for a strong Erection, it would be a slippery slope towards dependency. Then last year, when I was in Mexico for my first PMMA procedure, I decided to pick up a few tabets of Cialis (the name brand stuff...not generic).The first time I used it I couldn\'t believe how rock hard my Erection was. In fact, I stayed almost hard for three entire days. Since then, I take Cialis whenever I want to have a sexathan. It hasn\'t affected my ability to get hard without using it...In fact, I get harder easier now because the pressure has basically alleviated, knowing that I have a backup plan if the plumbing were having an off night.
Side Notes:*I measure an extra .25 inches in circumference using it.*I tried Viagra a few times, but it had some bad side effects, including nausea and diarrhea, which certainly put a damper on the evening\'s festivities. I\'ve had much better luck with Cialis...The odd headache but nothing too serious.

@MMUs old dogs have to try and keep up with the young pups. It is not as good as the old days but I try. My GF gave me \"permission\" since she is back in the Ukraine for 6 to 9 months so I am having a midlife crisis. I tried Viagra once and got a vicious headache, ringing in the ears, dizziness, and blurred vision which scared the hell out of me. Levitra was better but I still got post sex dizziness. The Cialis that I got as part of the post care package from Dr. C seemed much better but I did not have sex so I can't really compare. I may try Cialis in the future.

Cialis is the BOMB. That said, you cannot replace youth. Excellent diet, exercise and sleep definitely help though. My EQ is not what it was when I was 15, but I\'ve never experienced ED to any degree.

In fact the size seems to have stayed within a 1/8 Inch variance from day 4 to day 60.Look Vascularity continues to improve though still not to where it was pre-procedure. Over the last 2 or 3 weeks it seems to have 'dried out' leaving less of a thick skinned and a more normal appearance. I don\'t think anyone could tell that a procedure had been performed on the unit! FeelFlaccid and Erect both feel very normal at this point. Semi-Erect still seems slightly squishy. Looking down while getting a BJ it still goes through a squishy looking phase as it hardens. IssuesForeskin retraction is still not as effortless as before the procedure. I have a Nodule at the right lower base. It is only palpable when fully Erect and was the reason for the indentation I posted about in week 5. I originally thought I was feeling the end of the PMMA about .5 Inch from the base but if is clearly a built up Nodule. I will track. Test Drives 3 more test drives, 2 with former hump buddies resulted in the same reactions as I have posted in the past; tightness, struggles and complaints of soreness afterwards. It seems like long > 45 minute sessions may be out of the question at least with the types of women I am used to dating.The other thing I was not prepared for is that if you are thick you absolutely need to have at least a 90% full Erection or it is just not going to slide in.

I will have to live with this issue. It does not prevent proper cleaning; it just requires 2 hands and a little more time.ComplicationsI clearly have a Nodule at the right lower base. It is located 1.25 inches from the base on the right and slightly below the shaft. It is slightly palpable when Flaccid and very evident by feel when fully Erect. It is slightly larger than a kidney bean. It is not painful but when fully Erect I am aware of it.I consulted with a plastic surgeon that has experience with Artefil complications. He feels that it is clearly a Nodule but would need a biopsy to confirm. It should be easily removed with a punch incision If I so desire. Kenalog will not be effective because it is mostly likely clumped PMMA material with very little cellular material for the Kenalog to reduce/destroy. I will continue to track for a month or so before I make any decision.Test DrivesSeveral more test drives in the last month or so with new and prior partners with exactly the same result as I previously posted. Anything up to about MSEG is workable, from there to fully insert to the base becomes at best uncomfortable and in the worst case not possible, unless I want to risk tearing my partners.At this point at least for the types of women I date and the way I, and they like to have sex I am almost ready to call bullshit on the bigger is better theory that some people throw around.I do get a lot of 'it's so thick' and 'I feel like it is stretching me apart' along with ouch and grimaces. I guess that's what some people mean by 'great responses'. Those responses are not doing anything for me. I liked it better when they used to tell me that it's the best sex they ever had.
