Beside FFT these other guys offer girth enhancement via permanent and temporary fillers, however they don\'t list the fillers they use: www.clinicasanza.com/en/what-do-these-pr...ures-consist-of-.htm

Couldn\'t wait till interested got back to us so I gave dr G a call to get some answers.the dr injects Radiesse and has been doing so for 6 years if my memory is correct.he recommends two syringes inject at 10 o\'clock and 2 o\'clock from cross section perspective of the penis. He haven\'t had any complications from his patients and according to him he has had many patients during his 6 years.Expected increase in volume is around 20% and results last around a year maybe longer. He uses a small needle and the procedure cost 1800$. Can someone help me understand whats the difference between using canula and a needle?some of you mentioned that you are scared of the idea using needle - is it that bad?Thats all info i could pull out during my quick phone chat with the doctor

With a needle there is a chance that the product can be injected into vessels and therefore cause Necrosis (tissue death). With a cannula the product doesn\'t come out at the very tip, but just to the side, so in theory shouldn\'t be able to go into an vessels.

There is a micro cannula available for Radiesse only most Dr\'s don\'t realize this, as it was introduced later. I don\'t think they are expensive to buy, so you could ask Dr G if he\'ll use one if you buy it.

But really we need to see if we can get Mr Viel to inject Radiesse. I\'m fairly sure I could get David Ralph to do it, but he\'s not a cosmetic surgeon or Dermatologist, so has limited experience with fillers.

When I spoke to Dr Ralph receptionist, she said the dr havent done Radiesse because no one asked for it and that patients preferred Restylane which lasts around 4 months.Didnt make any sense to me. I agree with you hoddle it would be nice if dr viel or ralph could do it for us as we would save around a grand in ticket and hotel costs.

I know Dr Ralph pretty well. He\'s very open minded and doesn\'t know much about fillers, so I\'m sure he\'d be prepared to learn if there was something out there that gave better results than Restylane.

Realistically, flying to Florida for a temporary solution seems a step too far, as often with these things a touch up is need a few weeks later. Also I still find it tough to believe a 20% gain is achievable with a 3 ml injection. But, on the other hand, we do have a poster who got those kind of gains and Dr Greenwald seems like a very reputable guy.

I wonder if he\'d be prepared to make a video of his technique. We could offer to pay him. All he\'d need to do is have someone standing next to him with an Iphone, whilst he talks his way through what he\'s doing. I\'m fairly sure Mr Ralph would do it and if we had a video it would make things easier.

We should offer him $500 to make a short a clip, if Dr Ralph agrees to do the injections.

Hoddle

I am asking you because you seem very well read on this and many things. My question or statement is; is temporary fillers really more safe than permanent fillers? There are many temporary meds or corrective measures used now that are far from safe. So I know you know way more about this, can you give me your input on permanent vs temp?

I think complication rates themselves are similar for temporary and permanent fillers. The key difference is that most of complications associated with temporary fillers get resolved when the filler absorbs.

Thanks, I was wondering if some of the complications could continue to linger after the filler had gone. I guess it is just like you have said multiple times, the safest way is to not do anything! Thanks for your continued involvement here Hoddle!

I was actually looking into that just yesterday. Some people do claim continuing problems, but none that I thought would be an issue in the penis.

Here is a clip of Mr Viel doing a Macrolane treatment. You need to jump to the 20 min mark.

I think last time someone asked Dr C and Wade about this, they said they wouldn\'t do because they use a micro cannula technique. This is why I know there is now a micro cannula available for injecting Radiesse, as I researched it afterwards and found one is available. It might be worth letting Wade know.
