FloridaYour post was definitely not out of line or too \'strong\'....You wrote what you felt in an articulate and delicate way...I often respond in a knee-jerk kind of way (especially with regards to the implant)...and as a moderator I should be made more aware of that. Sometimes the truth hurts'. And Funnyfarm, I believe 'Megadong' was banned after being given a week to provide evidence of his claims and failing to do so'
I wouldn\'t be surprised to see him on the site within a few months under another alias though

The problem with the Elist shills was that they wrote and made wild claims indicating that they lived as if intelligence was an option for them!

They caused more damage than good!

I may be wrong... but I believe SO gave him one week to provide evidence to support his claims...After that, Megadong stopped posting...The week lapsed, and as a result, Megadong is officially banned.

I didnt see any \'banned\' banner on his profile, maybe they dont use that here.

why don\'t you guys all get together and file a complaint with the medical board? he gets his license from some kind of medical board in California. signing documents may waive a lot of stuff in civil court and make it hard for attorney to win. if everyone got together and paid then a med malpractice case might be cost effective for an attorney. I am attorney but not in California. I was all psyched to got to dr. elist but found this site. thank u Jesus!! but the medical board can yank his license and he cant practice any more. there sounds like a lot of people. also, your attorney could do discovery and get a list of all his clients and get there contact info and you could see how many actually had problems and removals to make the medical board and civil suit stronger. so two ways to go after him. first, go after his medical board license which costs nothing. secondly, combine financial monies and get a lawyer to sue him civilly. the first way costs no $. tony

Thanks tony- Most have had very poor medical results with Elist, and some with poor service. A few have had other procedures (like testicular implants) that have (so far) been successful.

One of the main issues is that very few elist recepients would be willing to put their name out there; there is still a major stigma associated with PE.

I can\'t believe that with all the implants he\'s put in, there hasn\'t been been somebody who has seriously taken him to task though.
I know of at least a couple dozen implant failute stories. In fact, I am not familar with one legitimate implant success story (and I have been very active in the PE community since 2010).
If you research the other threads regarding this \'\'doctor\', you\'ll find that this thread is just the tip of the iceberg.
One very reputable doctor (who has removed many of these \'good-for-life\" implants)straight-out confessed how baffled he was that nobody has actually physically assaulted the doctor (or worse).

Sorry for bumping this thread. There is a recent patient of Dr.Elist who has compiled a report of his implant he had done afew months ago that has been put on the front page of Thundersplace. As you can imagine - it didn\'t go well. It contains graphic images of the aftermath and is a good and necessary read for anyone considering going with Elist.
