Pre Question- Dr. Liu From my previous FFT (penile girth enhancement) is only very little left - what also is squishy. Makes it sense to dissolve the rest with Kybella?

@gsxr7501941 Here’s a pic I took for another member who was using it for his first time and needed some help. Once it’s on, the penis obviously hangs downward. I usually sit at the end of my sofa and put my legs up on the coffee table so it hangs far back. You can also do it standing, sitting at the edge of a chair, etc. It has weighted pellets inside of it, up to 4-5lbs. It can be tricky if you’re not used to it but I have a good system for it

@PmmaFan The residual fat can be removed by using Kybella but it is cumbersome to do so and may need to do it multiple times. It is much easier to remove the residual fat by needle aspiration (much like a micro-liposuction) which can be more complete and definitive and fast.

To make the case complete: In the meantime I got Pmma in there.
I want to dissolve the fat (really only little left) cause it reduce the hardness of my pmma implant in some areas. To inject Kybella where Pmma is - should be no problem:

@PMMAFAN Should not be a problem if your treating doctor is familiar with use of Kybella. Be well!

You would also perform the Kybella Dissolve in that area?

The needle aspiration would still be possible as an alternative? Or is the risk to high to reduce / or infect the PMMA implant?

@PMMAFAN I personally don't use Kybella in that area because I don't feel I can have control of what the Kybella would do, but if someone is familiar with using it there, I don't see any problem with it. These are things you should be discussing with your treating doctor. Best wishes.

Just checking in because on Friday I went in to touch up some areas with PMMA. Dr Liu is using a different PMMA now (not Bellafill) which I’m excited to see the results of. This PMMA does not have the bovine carrier which I think is a good thing. With Bellafill it can take months until the bovine carrier dissolves. In my opinion that is more potential for irregularities. I have used Bellafill in the past.

Anyhow those who have followed this thread know I’ve done both Alloderm and PMMA with Dr Liu. Yes alloderm is supposed to be ‘one and done’ but I had some irregularities I wanted to correct and also wanted to keep going a bit bigger so have also done PMMA, all with Dr Liu.

I did 10cc on Friday. Not sure how 10cc of this compares to Bellafill or others. Currently swollen and massaging a few times a day. 1cc of what I got was near circ scar to lessen the drop off I had in that area.

Once swelling goes down I can post some before and after photos showing the areas I wanted to touch up for symmetry if it would be helpful for anyone.

Does Dr. Liu put filler on underside of penis like Dr.Rupeka?

Since intrested in both touch up (had 2 rounds at avanti) and wanting glans to increase

Yes, I do put filler on the underside of the penis as well. However, one must be very careful to avoid the urethra and also not to put too much around the urethra because the filler can pinch on the urethra resulting in blockage and may compromise the flow of urine.

Hello @PhalloplasticSurgeon_DrLiu I m searching about only underside Pmma enhancement- since my upside part Pmma is already enough, complete and fine.

The question for underside: I m still undecided between 8 ml (10 syringes) oder 12 ml (15 syringes).

12 ml could be already too much for the underside?
