Ok so lastnight i had my appointment with a new Dr i have never seen before , his name is Dr Nenad Djakovic. It was also in a different clinic , still in HArley street London though.

My first thoughts on the guy were very good , he was pleasant and very chatty , we talked about HA & fat transfer ( he prefers fat transfer ) .

He didn\'t actually know he was actually going to remove partial HA from me today and thought it was just for a talk first , i blame this on the communication on Moorgates side . But i told him i know i want to remove some now and didn\'t travel this way for a chat and he happily got the equipment and i explained where and roughly how much , i asked him to use cannula and he did so , needle first to puncture skin and then cannula after , he first used antiseptic . He used 2ml of Hyaluronidase ,he then put a plaster on. I asked him for antibiotics but he said its not neccessary and that the UK uses the most antibiotics in Western world and that when you have a bllod sample or tetnus jab do you have antibiotics ? the answer is no and he\'s got a point . What do you guys think ?

Anyway he\'s a good Dr , very professional with a steady hand .

So i have just got myself an Erection to see and i\'m quite pleased with it , i\'ve lost 1/4 Inch at the base ( where it was mostly too much) but it\'s more like a penis should be now . So i\'m about 5\" Girth now ,still better than 4,25 ! Though weirdly my mid area has always seemed firmer and is around 5.25 ( it doesn\'t look so abnormal like you might imagine being thicker in mid ) .

I spoke to him and also Steve (moorgate middleman) what they think of HA and they said everyone is different and that they can never know how each penis will react , they have had some guys coming for years for top ups and are pleased with it , some who don\'t like it , some who find it easily absorbs to quickly , some guys are good with fat transfer , some with PMMA etc..

Anyway i will wait for this to completely dissolve naturally and then consider Ellanse next year .

Decided to book in for another session with Moorgate to dissolve the remainder of my HA , i just think it has softened over time and i don\'t like it .

This will actually be the 3rd time iv\'e gone in to dissolve but i didn\'t mention the second time i did it over 3 months ago .

I\'m looking forward to getting a hard penis back ! Even though it will be thinner , though i have been manually pe\'ing so it should be thicker than my original start .

Moorgate have been better than they were with before in terms of communication and seem to get me booked in pretty quickly .( Not sure if thats because they know i am on the biggest forum about Phalloplasty on the web or because they are becoming a bigger company )

Yes i realise i am actually one of the lucky ones when it comes to PE , all i do it kegel everyday and 2 evenings a week i kegel blood into penis and when fully engorged i grip it with a rubber band clamp and leave on for around 30 mins ( Please be very careful to anyone reading this as i\'m experienced so do your homework and do not do 30 mins )

Iv\'e gained between 1/2 Inch -3/4 Inch in Girth many years ago ! Not many people on the forums i was on could achieve it so quickly .

No one really mentioned anything , i got it dissolved very easily .

I went back to Moorgate to remove anymore HA i had left in around 5 weeks ago now (forgot to mention)

They did a great job in Removal but for some reason i got quite panicky as he was injecting me , nothing to do with the Dr as he is very professional it was just my own feelings and the realisation to what i was doing ! I mean sticking needles in your Dick is pretty scary really !

ANyway he took a load out and i asked him to stop as couldn\'t take it anymore but i could immediately feel most had gone , i got an Erection the next morning and i loved having a much harder penis back . Ok its thinner but fuck did i miss the hardness !

No more HA for me ...

But don\'t make that stop you from trying as it does seem to work for some or most ?

My opinion about HA is that if you have tight skin it could work but if you have excess skin (like me ) it wont , thats just my opinion though and i have nothing to back that up with .

Thanks for the update. This sounds reasonable, and another factor is how much you\'re trying to gain and thickness of HA that you\'re adding over the top of the bucks facia. A half Inch Girth increase will roughly add a little more than 1/16\" (if the penis was circular), but with an Inch gain you\'re roughly at 1/8\" which may start getting more noticeable, giving the \"squishy\" or \"padded Dick\" feeling.

How quickly did the HA dissolve? Instantly? 24 hours?

Actually the change in radius (thickness of filler) only depends in the change in circumference. The actual volume needed for that change will depend on length.

The thickness of the filler, assuming the penis was circular, can be estimated as:

(C2 / 6.28) - (C1 / 6.28)

Where C2 is the new EG and C1 is the original EG. The 6.28 is just 2?
