Yes as far as i\'m aware Dexterphall was the first and he was the one that gave me the decision to do it

So its exactly a week since i had my second treatment ( I say treatment because its not surgery)

So i started with : El 6.0\"
: EG 4.25

After 1st 6ml HA : EL 6.75\"
:EG 4.5\"

After 2nd 10ml HA : EL 6.75
: EG 5.0

So i have gained .75 in EL ! I never thought i would and i\'m so surprised , I didn\'t need the length and would of prefered to bulk out Dick instead of stretching but oh well .

And i have gained .75\" in Girth ! I was actually hoping for a bit more but i cannot tell you how happy i am

Not only is my Erect look great it feels great too ! My Flaccid is actually something that i felt i wasn\'t bothered about before as much as Erect but now i can\'t believe how great it is , Its Hanging and meaty (well meatier ) than before and ive normally felt quite insecure about this not only in changing rooms but also with a girl, I would normally get a semi or hard before i let a women see and now completely changed , Infact i met a girl lastnight and although i didn\'t have sex because i still want to wait a few more days for HA to set , We kissed and i put her hand on it confidentley and she was happy and was trying to get me home lol

Couple of negatives to note : It does hang to the left more than before
: Its not as hard as before
: Foreskin is a little puffy
: Base is not thick enough

Ok so the negatives although negative are not a problem for me but if you are considering HA please make sure you understand it is not perfect (Yet)

Hanging to the left is not a problem ,Once its in the vagina its does not matter infact it could reach some spot that makes it nice for the women ( i think)

Yes its not as hard ,It kinda has a marshmallow feel but not as soft as that but it still has the Girth and feels good and getting used to it .

Foreskin a little puffy , That can be corrected easy enough by injecting water or whatever they use .

Yes although i have a 5\" Girth the base is 4.75\" which is a little annoying ,Its not visible ,You would\'t look and think its like it . So i may go back for just 3-6ml for base and make sure it stays there.

So i have done 16ml in total and i may do another 4ml to make 20ml but i actually think that is all you should do ! Otherwise you may not be able to use it !

Francis did mention people doing 40ml and they had dicks like Coke can but who knows maybe it still works or it doesn\'t .

Dream, I think this summary by Costa is what we need for every procedure report. Your format is a little taxing but costa\'s summary is free flowing, easy to read and contains everything necessary (with a little humour to lighten the spirits).

very happy to hear that you like it, i agree eventhough flacid is not critical from a functional standpoint it s still great to have something slightly more meaty.. especially if you became a shower thanks to PE !

a question, i have 10 macrolane but i would not consider it soft when Erect.. it s pretty hard maybe not AS HARD as my natural Erection ( honestly i don t even remember how it was ..) but definitely not comparable to a mashmallow. did you had the same feeling aftr the 6 ml or this happens after the additional 10 ml ? i guess you still consider it being functional right ?

Well i think its because my Dick was bony before as it was thin so adding the HA was needed and fattened it up so i suspected i would be softer , Yes the additional 10ml was making it softer however i have literally just had sex tonight (been about 3 months) and i was quite nervous and exited but it went really well ! I felt i was touching the sides more than ever and i was sensitive as lasted only few mins and then i went again a few hours later (watching films with her) and i went for like 25 mins going through 4-5 positions and she came twice and told me i was great ! I did keep looking at my Dick thinking maybe it would move the HA or leak (shitting myself) but no its fine and i say softer but not too soft that it doesnt work ,MAybe marshmallow was wrong word .

Yes i was surprised myself but like most of you on here i always measure myself so i know 100% i was 6\" ELBP so i\'m shocked to measure 6.75\" So it must be getting stretched from the HA and why i didn\'t get as thick as hoped .


I do remember when i used to stretch my Dick doing pe quite a few years back and i quickly gained .75\" but would lose it after a while when stopped , it was way to skinny to stretch it to 7\" at that time.

The EL increase is unexpected. I have had one patient say they got 0.5\" but I thought maybe it was just variation in measuring. maybe you are one of those guys who gains length easily with stretching and just the weight and Hanging out more while Flaccid was enough to get that length. Dont want everyone thinking it will happen but this kind of overall result is what we expect with HA. Yes sometimes we have to go back with a few extra ml to get it right down to the base but I think using Caverject and injecting with an Erection has reduced that as an issue for us.

... wondering why other doctors don\'t inject whilst Erect, seeing that the base-ball bat issue is fairly common ...

Yes i think its very rare and i\'m lucky .

Francis seems to think doing it Erect is not the best idea and he did have a good explanation for it , I just really cant remember what he said as i\'d just had injections and my mind was elsewhere , But if you do it Erect and having good success then it must be good both ways .

I can see the logic doing it Flaccid as you can mould it around anyway the next few days and i\'d imagine the HA will move upwards regardless Erect or Flaccid , But also my Flaccid whilst doing injections was very small due to shrinkage so it wasn,t injected evenly so would be easier for someone with a bigger Flaccid .

It prob says somwere in the thread, but whats the cost of each ML of HA? Or how much did u pay for what amount?

tomorrow i will have 12 ml HA by the madrid doc (8 ml voluma and 4 macrolane i guess in two round it will probably be better.
