The way I do it no. Nothing more then a slight prick. I extract all the meds into a standard 24 gauge needle with removable tip then put a fresh 30g needle on to inject so it\'s thinner and perfectly sharp. If you use an insulin needle or other ones with a permanent needle, the tip dulls slightly ever time you insert it through the rubber stopper in each vial which makes it more painful.

I find it\'s best with a slight chub but not hard. Flaccid is fine too it\'s just harder to hit the corp cav cavity. I have injected at 75% or greater EQ before and it sucks... I don\'t advise this.

My recent guy is at a natural 9.5\" which is insane and has reactivated my desire to enlarge. I am however confident with my current size, and no longer jealous about it, but think a bit more would suit me ; )

I know allot of guys use PGE1 on its own but I don\'t see how it would work or does through personal experience. Caverjet is PGE1 and is used for severe ED. If it worked on it\'s own, any patient prescribed Caverjet would have experienced penis enlarging but to my knowledge this isn\'t the case. Caverjet has been around for years.

Yeah, I bet there is more needed. Then again, I doubt people with severe enough ED are going to be having sex/injecting three or more times a week like PE\'ers do. Perhaps I\'m wrong.

When I first started out yeah hard not to. Now it requires a little but of coaching but once it starts being stimulated it gets going pretty good.

Flights are booked no turning back now.

Sensitivity right now on my off days is lessened however that\'s because I\'m stretching my junk do regularly. Even on my off days I have no problem getting an Erection just takes more stimulation to get to full 90-100% Erection. I don\'t have issues right now and only suspect things will bounce back to my natural sensitivity. I barely injected over 2-3 weeks over Christmas time and had no issues getting it up and having quality EQ. I\'m stopping chems for awhile once I have my procedure and will keep you all posted on my status.

I can\'t say really as I\'ve used them for majority of my PE history and have nothing to compare against. They are essential healing aids to recover quicker and increase cell proliferation. Are they essential? No. In my opinion would Dr. Adams protocol be effective without the use of them? Yes. How much do they add I\'m not sure. When I asked Dr. A about adding them he said they would help. The DES also gives you an added pump very much like lifting weights, so do the chems mind you, but it\'s a little better with them.

Wanted to comment on this too. To add to this thought, yes im sure you would gain something from the amount of time being engourged. However, this method alone is not the way for continuous gains or in my opinion greater than .5\". You are likely to cause a buildup of scar tissues and will plateau in a short period of time potentially hindering any future gains. Hence the need for solid breaks between doses. (Not injecting 5 days a week) The key is gradual, non painful erections, in conjunction with the cream (to allow you to stretch easier) and light manual stretching performed frequently through the day. Slow and steady wins the race... Well in this case yes.

Well boys tomorrow I\'m flying south for my 1st procedure on the 12th. Stats are still the same. I have been off the meds and treatment for close to 2 months now because of the holidays and to allow my unit to go into the procedure well rested.

Nerves definitely build up prior to the procedure... Not 100% sure what I will be requesting but will let you guys know. Final pre-op pics attached.

As you know I think it\'s plain crazy that you are doing this and that the Dr will do it for you, but good luck none the less. I hope you get the result you are looking for. You circ scar appears to be close to the glans and this is a very good thing for this procedure as it mean no \"ring.\"

Btw are you still going to do your chem PE protocol post PMMA? I think constantly applying DMSO and injecting the area would be a bad idea post PMMA. You really don\'t want to risk an infection when you have any sort of implant.

Also, is there any chance that you could take a \"before\" photo of the underside of the glans? I think I\'m going to need yet another Circumcision as I still have scar tissue issues and want to see how the attach the Frenulum when the circ scar is low like yours.
