It all seams surreal to me right now.
The night before last was the night before travel. My favorite girlfriend ended up staying with me and I had to leave at 5 something in the morning to get to the airport. I ended up telling her a story that I had to go see a friend that just went into the hospital and left her at my house to lock up... hopefully it is!

I was so behind, that I drove 95 all the way to the airport and parked in the expensive airport parking. When I finally made it to my gate it was closed....

I saw them loading the last 3 bags into the belly of the aircraft and asked if I could just get on before they were done... they said I\'d have to check my carryon which was an issue. Shortened version is the they did let me on with my bags... good thing too because I wouldn\'t have known what to do in order to meet up with the driver that would take me from San Diego into Mexico. Incidentally, he didn\'t speak any English so the trip was quiet. He gestured that I pay the office, not him... so I tipped him anyway.

So I arrived at the Grand Hotel yesterday. Everyone is really nice and accommodating; the room is comfortable with a big desk, which I need - to work. The AC is Cold. You have to ask for a login to get onto the internet and you have to ask for ice. I slept all day (5 hours), from the travel got up and worked out around 5 - 7. Ordered Fajita\'s that were pretty good - as room service. Took a Lunesta and am awake now.

I don\'t know where Avanti Derma is. I looked around for it yesterday but was unable to find it. I had strange, disturbing dreams all night that really make me question what I am doing. I hate making emotional decisions and know that is exactly what I am doing. But I\'m here...

I\'m going to try and get some breakfast and workout again before trying to find the exact location of the place.

So it turns out Avanti Derma Is on the 11th floor of the tower next to me in the same building... That is incredibly convenient.

Its funny how we all have our own perspectives on things... and I would not say that they were very professional at all. There could have been better costumer service from the beginning. I had to ask for a water and while I was naked on the table the door kept being opened for all else to see.

On a positive note, they were all friendly and I rolled the lack of professionalism more into a fraternity feel which made me feel so much better. Wade and I discussed work that we had done individually and then we talked about body building and cutting up, which gave me a sense of comradery and comfort.

I think the doc tells everyone that they are a good candidate because when he told it to me I laughed out loud at the sound of it being rehearsed. Wade had asked me if I knew what I wanted him to use... and I told him quickly it was either 10 or 30 percent because of uniformity and was leaning toward 30. He said ok and told the doc when Dr. C came in that I wanted 30 and the doc said OK. I was floored... I asked them, no argument? no recommendation? The doc just said they do it all the time and Wade said I could get up to an Inch increase that I would be happy with.

I only looked at the procedure a few times as the look of my penis being \"poked around on the inside\" did NOT sit well with my psyche.

All-in-All, It was a really easy experience... I thought the worst part would be the numbing shots but I never even felt them.

So I got back to my room, iced it, tried to put stretcher to keep it fully elongated, but settled on a sleeve and fell asleep for a LONG time. I woke to see some accumulation of PMMA at the front of the base much like you would see swollen while using a vacuum pump. I got up, massaged it back down, used the roller provided, and have the silicone stretcher on it that I brought, which is piece of crap.

I should concentrate on work, but its already 11:30pm for me.

I think I\'m just going to try and ice it two more times (the swelling isn\'t bad at all) and then go to sleep.

I took a picture 30 minutes pre-op and about 30 minutes post-op to see the difference. I\'ll be more interested to see the trauma tomorrow. (figures I can\'t see images from apple phone on PC on order to post them - have to figure something else out). Ugh!!

Going to try to attach photos now. I took the first photo 30 minutes pre-op and the second 30 minutes post-op....

Day 1 post op...

Bruising and swelling is not bad... The circ scar where skin is thin does most of the swelling. If I hold it for 20 seconds, it dissipates. The base of my penis is pretty sore and I\'m not sure why. When I roll or massage it makes me cringe.

It doesn\'t seem all that big to me, even with the swelling... must be because I started out so small.

The doc put 22cc of 30 and 4 cc of 10 in. He puts 10 in everybody close to glans.

I saw the doc for a follow up today and he saw a point of concern near entry point on driver side of penis and said to make sure I squeeze there and keep rolling for another day. He also asked me to come back late tomorrow and if it would be ok if he put more in. I told him that was fine and why I wanted to stay around for so long anyway.

This is fascinating to watch in real time. I wish you the best--our stats are pretty similar . . . I hate being skinny. But I also know I\'m too chicken-shit to inject something permanent into my Dick. But I\'m approaching 30 and having a similar early mid-life crisis . . . and finally with enough disposable income to spare (and really no time for natural PE), am itching to do *something*.

I\'m sure someone has answered this before, but why is the primary provider of this service located in Mexico? Regulatory reasons, I assume? And has anyone had these folks inject a more temporary filler into your Dick?

Also, dude, it\'s clearly bigger and definitely not small looking by any normal standard.

Into day 2.

The swelling is serious. I have been icing and massaging to keep it at bay but every hour, it just blows up.

I am surprised at how much it hurts, especially around the base. That must be from the needle penetration while numbing.

I have been putting liquid bandage on the entry points after I milk them but they just keep oozing like crazy.

I\'ve noticed that with an increase in massage and rolling, like the doc wanted me to, I am bruising even worse.

I am including a picture of the oozing entry wound.

It is fascinating. I really wanted to capture everything so others can get a true feel of the experience from my perspective. I hope my journey and notes can help others come to an educated decision for themselves as well as give information on the process to help make the experience more recognizable.

Yes, PMMA has not passed FDA regulations in the states yet. The FDA requires their own tests and is too conceited to use data from other countries.

This procedure has been done for a while in Korea and then Brazil. Dr. C. Just happens to have trained in Brazil while attending seminars in Korea so he knows his stuff well. Also, for us in the US, he is fairly easy to get to. He actually told me that he hasn\'t been doing it as long as [others have] in Brazil, but his location allows him to do more numbers than Brazil.

Oozing looks normal. Is that the stretcher provided by the Dr?

Thank you for the reassurance. It is the same type of stretcher but I brought my own... Good thing too because they wanted to charge $55 for it. I am using it modified - with a slice of autoXleeve to help it grab better and protect the area around the glans. Works pretty well with the soft slice of sleeve to keep good suction, otherwise it just always wants to pop off.

@jbeau

I remember once reading that liquid bandages are a no-no, may want to discontinue that (and use regular bandages), or at the very least, consult with Dr. C and/or Wade.

Swelling post-op is normal and some people swell more than others. Nothing to be alarmed about. I oozed from the entry points for 2-3 days on average after every session.

Thank you for that information. I have already discontinued its use. Although there is no harm from its antiseptic properties, it just doesn\'t do anything. I thought of wrapping in gauze and then placing the sleeve over. This seems more logical to me as the ooze has coagulation properties and holding it in gauze to dry and seal may be more beneficial. I haven\'t tried that yet... but will account for it if I do.

I wrapped it in the sleeve last night and had it elongated by a \"lanyard\" around my neck. I woke up to a much better look with less bruising. The ooze on the other hand, was all inside the sleeve... haha pretty gross. I disinfected, massaged with arnica, then put the sleeve back on during breakfast.

I\'ll include a pic.

I hope you mean after breakfast.

I am / was under the impression you heal faster if left in the open air.

Perhaps the compression sleeve does has some benefit during the first 24 hours. I will watch your progress to decide for myself.

Good luck.

You\'re right... I meant for breakfast.

I have been alternating both (open air and sleeve) I kept the sleeve on when I sleep because unlike everyone else, I have no intention of waking up every 1 to 4 hours. The first night in the sleeve went well, it wasn\'t until I just wore the extender all day that the void became noticeable and the swelling got bad. Last night I left the sleeve on and woke up to much healthier looking appearance. I just took a shot of it while changing out to put gauze inside. (see pic.)

I also measured for S & Gs (sh#ts and giggles) knowing full well that I will lose the swelling and the measurements... but I wanted to know what it was that I was holding...

Semi - Erect (from keeping it elongated and spreading arnica on it)
base 5.8\"
mid 5\"
circ below glans 5\"

What is interesting to me, considering some measurements here, those measurements seem average, but for me IT\'S HUGE! Haha.

Today, I went in for the second time as Dr. C had asked... I ended up talking to Wade for a long time so he took a look me. He was very pleased with the way it looked but there is definitely a void that Dr. C noticed yesterday.

Dr. C asked if I could come back at 7. He is staying later just to fill in the void for me as I leave for home tomorrow.

(Not in the best of moods right now... just found out all my financing for the company I have been starting up for the last 3 months just went south!)
