TOPIC: Russian Adventure - Ligament cut with webbing removal

Thanks a lot for the detailed photos HC!
Did your unit get all that swollen from the lig cut basically? It feels weird to me that the webbing would cause much swelling since its just excessive skin with little to no nervs in.
The stitching was nicely done and the healing seemed very fast, will you even be able to see any scars in the future that you had webbing Removal done?

Also, you recommend us doing the PMMA procedures before taking care of the webbing since PMMA stretches the skin on the shaft borrowing from the scrotum, causing more webbing. I e-mailed Dr. C a long time ago and he told me that I should take care of the webbing before the PMMA. Isn\'t it bad to do the webbing after if the PPMA is just beneath the skin? What if the doctor cuts into it? What can happen?

I replied in a PM and do think that you should make sure that you have enough loose skin to allow for PMMA. I remember Dr C saying that some patients don\'t have enough skin to allow for large quantities of PMMA, causing him to reduce the number of CCs he injects. So quantity and flexibility of skin is important. Maybe it is better for him to work with a clearly outlined organ in order to better monitor progress during injection? I know that Wade did tell me that I really had bad webbing and needed to get it fixed. But what you ought to do - webbing reduction or PMMA injections first - I leave this to others here to advise you.

PS. I added 3 photos taken today at the bottom of page 4, showing that I may have engaged in sex a bit too soon? The doctor did say 6 weeks. Or more likely, it is likely due to putting 75% DMSO Aloe Vera gel on the scar thinking it would help heal it: it may have done exactly the contrary... No more mucking around until it is properly healed!

I\'ve recently received PMs asking me to update my progress report with photos, so here are a couple shots taken at the 7 week mark after my webbing surgery.

The scar has reduced considerably, and similarly to the other two PhalloBoards members who previously went to Clinic Brazil in Kaliningrad for webbing reduction surgery, they also like me noted that the walnut sized \"third testicle\" which came after this surgery, or more likely after the associated Scrotal Ligament Cut, has dwindled into almost nothing by now.

So all is good and I am happy to report 100% satisfaction with my Russian surgery!

If you notice a high contrast between the scar tissue and surrounding skin, this is due to my injecting a peptide called Melanotan II, in small doses, which tans one\'s skin as well as heightens the libido. This may not have been the smartest thing to do with such a large scar...

In follow-up for the ligament cut, I did more of the all day stretcher that was asked by the surgeon, but only for the first month. I did none after that, and have retained the at least 1 Inch extra Flaccid length since the intervention.

The reason I did not signal this sooner is because of the trauma from the surgeries I underwent, namely 3 simultaneous liposuctions, the scrotal ligament cut and the radical webbing reduction, not to mention all the travel plus several sessions with hundreds of microneedle shots to the face and scalp.

Now that I have recovered from all these surgeries, I can say that I am Turtling less extremely and that even when Turtling I have around an extra Inch in Flaccid length. This is to me a very good success, because it is exactly what I hoped to achieve with the ligament cut.

Also, thanks to this, when I take Erection enhancers such as Melanotan-II or PT-141 I notice that even when Flaccid but not retracted, my unit is a good bit longer making it appear quite appealing to the eye, and not short as it was before. This is a great progress and I am very happy with Clinic Brazil\'s procedures.
