TOPIC: Russian Adventure - Ligament cut with webbing removal

Leaving tomorrow from Berlin to Kaliningrad. Have booked a double session of Plasmolifting with Swetliana prior to surgery and another double session after - each one will provide injections to the face (yes, the infamous vampire facelift) and to the scalp, they say that it totally stops all hair loss but doesn\'t come with guarantees for hair regrowth.

I shall keep you all posted very soon. Especially if I can get my smartphone to work with the clinic\'s wifi.

Hi guys This message is from the lobby of Clinic Brazil. In a few moments I will consult with Dr Baktyirov and Tatiana. However he does speak English. Dr Starodubchenco who is Clinic Director said he would give me only mild intravenous perfusion anesthesia without any tubes in the throat. They will start with the plasma treatments and then do the other procedures. The place is abuzz with many patients and conscientious medical staff. I shall report back more soon. Cheers HC

My surgery went quite well. I did wake up near the beginning waving my arm about somehow as they had used Velcro belts to hold them outstretched.

That was yesterday and they said I was repeating bizarre Sentences tn some odd language maybe in English?

To clear things up, I am not actually shooting for ten inches long haha, it was just a funny nick i chose (shoot for the stars, land on moon).
I am 8\" now and I would be happy to stay there but I try to reach 8.5\" while I go here waiting and saving up for penescrotal webbing and PMMA procedures.

I e-mailed Dr C about this and he told me that webbing probably should be done before. It does suck if I have to do it again after the PMMA, but I don\'t think it will get as bad as it is now. I really got a serious 4 men tent too much down there. When my junk is hot, my Dick can hang 6\" long and my left ball outhangs it with an Inch . My unit would look so much longer by just getting rid of the turkey neck that is beyond half way up the shaft. And of course the condom problem really is annoying!

You reassure me as you\'d have a hard time getting total intake from most women if you get much longer. But if it\'s mostly to sit around with the guys comparing your hardware (or software) then go for it.

I only have one girlfriend who likes it long but she has a tilted uterus. A rare prize for an oversize guy but wasted on me!

Back to my Russian Adventure.

It started out pretty crazy arriving without a single word of vocabulary, a phrase book, a mere rouble or anything to reply to the obligatory display or grim border police and sullen military personnel.

I was greeted immediately upon exit by Alexander who has ferried the clinic\'s patients reliably for years and at a brisk pace he led me past the sparse clusters of travel agents, taxi drivers and assorted policemen. Within moments we headed onto the highway leading to the clinic located 25 kilometers from the airport and only 5 kilometers from the city center.

At the clinic I was greeted by their international goodwill ambassador Tatiana who gave me a comprehensive tour of the grounds and introduced me to key staff. It was an excellent first impression only softened by my apprehension at my very first moments in Russia and anxiety about my impending surgery.

As it turned out one needn\'t worry because although they are always very busy with high demand for their services, they remain low key and work things out so that all are well attended to. These are seasoned professionals who know what to do, which questions are pertinent and how to deliver results.

My surgery went quite well and to keep it as safe as possible it was done under light perfusion anesthesia. Earlier Dr Bahktiyarov inked up my scrotum with a pen telling me that due to my sparse skin he would have to do a full fledge scrotoplasty. He also marked out lines on my pelvis, abdomen and lower sides for liposuction.

After a pill to get me a bit woozy I was taken into the operating room. The patient, medical staff and all equipment is sterilized 3 times and all facilities are kept spotless.

Then a large syringe was filled with my blood for it to be centrifuged by Swetliana for her to give me my first face and scalp plasmoliftings while I was going under for liposuction and then the ligament cut and webbing reduction.

Yes, that\'s a tall order for any single intervention, but Clinic Brazil can do this and more. They\'re very efficient, capable and resourceful and they know what they\'re doing.

Recovery went well in a quiet private room with a flat screen TV, wifi router, sink, fridge, microwave, closet, sitting area with coffee table and a nicely equipped bathroom with shower directly adjacent.

The IV catather remained in place for morning and evening painless injections of antibiotics and sedatives and I cannot recall feeling any pain nor much drowsiness. The clinic director knows his stuff and is a competent anesthesiologist.

For my last evening they set up the week\'s patients with party fare, offering us wine, wild cherry juice, local springtime crepes, fruit cookies and candies as well as genuine warm hearted hospitality.

In our various bandages and communicating as we may in assorted languages, we had a blast and even went for a late shopping run at the local supermarket for extra party supplies. The clinic director even gave us 20 percent better than the real exchange rate, further sponsoring the celebration.

I forgot to mention that right before the Saturday night party Swetliana drew what seemed like half a pint of blood that she centrifuged while my face was coated in numbing cream and coverered in clear plastic saran wrap.

Once the pain pills I had taken care to bring along took effect Swietlana expertly made small pricks with microneedles filled with the magic blood plasma platelets straight out of the centrifuger. Once the syringe for my face was done she moved onto meticulously covering my entire scalp with mini injections. It was entirely painless, no doubt thanks to my medication.

She told me that in time the droplets of injected plasma spread over the entire subsurface of the face to give a broad natural filling effect. She also found my hands looked fine and said that for them usually fraxel CO2 laser is more effective.

Today as we prepare to leave patients are taking pictures together and with their surgeons, who apparently all work also on Sundays...

As I await my ride to the airport it is with fond memories and new friends that I look forward to my next visit to Clinic Brazil, one of the best kept secrets of this continent.

I am now writing from Berlin, on a one day stayover before returning to Paris. The sedation has worn off and I am now getting recovered from not only many strong treatments at once but also quite a fun time partying Russian and Polish style. It was a very special time in my life and I discovered a thing or two about Russian hospitality and the generous nature of the people of Kaliningrad.


This makes it altogether too hard to be back in Berlin, a city which I was fond of before meeting the contrast of the warm and sincere nature of the people at Clinic Brazil. So now I see it more like a postcard city with nice sights, good food specialties and comfortable facilities, but for fun I will be going more to Russia and for cosmetic treatments my main address is Kaliningrad.


While I am sure there are other places in Russia where good cosmetic care is given, what is important for patients seeking top quality care on a budget, is first that the treatments are indeed1, top quality and of the best possible nature, and second that they are reasonably priced so that you can afford to do them. Otherwise you might as well spend years saving up penny by penny hoping to someday be able to do something.


Most of you here know I am undergoing an intensive regimen to regain vitality and slow the rapidly arriving signs of aging. I have posted a long thread in the Love, Lust & Vanity section of this forum:

So I am not able to spend top dollar if the goal is to advance faster than the clock of time... For this reason I first sought out the very best techniques, methods, approaches and specialists before studying at length each area before coming up with a strategy. My criteria were simple:


1 Preference for permanent effects and not those which dwindle as soon as they are applied

2 Privileging natural methods which stimulate bodily functions and help reverse aging

3 Targeting multiple areas to make improvements to in order to engage an overall upgrade regimen



This brought me to consider Clinic Brazil for several reasons. The first is that its surgeons come from one of the more medically advanced nations in the world where physicians are highly trained and also are dedicated professionals, more interested in delivering the best possible medicine rather than in getting wealthy fast. This is important in the controversial field of cosmetic surgery, because the temptations can be great of profiteering on people\'s desperation for youth and beauty. The moral fiber of this clinic\'s physicians was for me a determining factor.


Second, while similarly dedicated cosmetic surgeons can probable be found elsewhere in Russia, it seems likely that the mad money of the wealthy nomenclatura around Moscow and resort cities would be more likely to attract possible more predatory surgeons, which is something I find important to avoid. Also it is close to Europe, actually a Russian enclave embedded between the two European Community countries of Poland and Lithuania, which means cheap airfare from Berlin or Copenhagen. In addition the local economy is depressed which gives us access to top cosmetic surgery at far lower prices than comporable treatments in Western Europe or the USA.


Although the Clinic Director knows that his pricing is much lower and attracts surgical bargain hunters, and though his business is thriving, they keep consistent in offering affordable local pricing for all patients while extending in addition a very warm welcome to foreign visitors. It was so nice being a patient there that for the first time I am homesick for a clinic.

Very interesting to follow I must say! What do you mean by \"full fledge scrotoplasty\"? Normal cutting to remove excessive skin was not possible because you had too much?

I was only quoting the doctor. In fact after several sessions of PMMA it seems that my skin had been pulled upwards up the shaft and that little was left of the sack to allow for an easy task of webbing Removal. The doctor had to therefore map it out more, figuring out how to properly make the cuts so that it would shape itself properly around the shaft when the entire circumference of it was pulling up on the skin like a tent pole. He had to make it work also while keeping enough skin for there to be a ball sack, which was probably not very easy. So while the final result looks like a fairly simply cut, it takes a certain angle at one point to ensure that at the end the result will be a properly cylindrical unit without overly tight skin anywhere and with a normally formed area at the base containing the procreative jellybeans.


I hope that clarifies what he mant by full fledged Phalloplasty versus a low-cost simple cut and stitch of excess skin. At least that is what I inferred from his comment and from what I knew of my condition. This evening I go to see a nurse to have her remove my stitches. She is very skilled and careful, so I am not worried about any brutality when taking them out. However, the general impact of my multiple simultaneous interventions has taken its toll and I have been quite tired and find work harder at the end of a long day. I would recommend a slightly longer recovery time especially if doing multizone liposuction during the same intervention.


The stretcher has been a bit difficult to use for a couple of reasons, but not by any faulty design of its own. Its silicone suction cup is the standard size which is just right for my rather small glans, but beneath the glans there is a thicker area of shaft which is a touch too large for this sheathing. So while I can place the glans inside it is not large enough to resist the pressure of tugging by the elastic cord, but if I stuff more length into the cup it covers the end of the stitches, which doesn\'t seem like an area you want to place pressure upon, and also it ends up hurting like heck, cutting off circulation as this area is a bit too large for the inner diameter of the silicone cup.


So it is really hard with the stretcher I am using to properly grasp my unit while applying pressure without it hurting like heck after 15 minutes and needing to be urgently removed. I think I will need to find another stretcher model due to my unusual configuration, of a relatively thick shaft but with a rather small glans. In any case this is not the shape the silicone cup was designed for, hence it isn\'t working very well having me worry of reattachment despite the spacers and possibly even retraction. If somebody here has any ideas of makeshift methods of stretching or Hanging, using homemade improvised parts, I would much appreciate it, not for long term use but at least until I can try to purchase online another stretcher which might function better for my specific profile.

I don\'t know if my advice will help you but I\'ll give it shot (I want to pay back!)... I have gained almost 2\" in length over the years and my absolute favorite equipment was my own hand. Nothing stretches better than a firm grip around your shaft . I actually threw my old vacu-Hanger away because I was getting in more hang time with manual stretching, and the pull was much greater.

I will undergo a webbing Removal as soon as possible so that I can start stretching again and make the skin loose enough around the shaft for future PMMA (hopefully in 2014). My webbing is really really bad now. My 8\" length looks more like 5\" hehe.

Many thanks for your testimonial which is truly an inspiration to us all. I\'m not at your original length but would be satisfied with half you gains, so I do think I shall try your method indeed. But not right now as half my stitches are still in, the nurse saying only some of them were ready for Removal. Once healed up I guess I\'ll be yanking away just as long as that doesn\'t mean yanking off - as I\'m not too keen on the idea of jelquing (no reflexion on those who do).


Regarding webbing Removal, it really does make it look a lot more presentable. I do notice already that it has a proper shape, even if too short and thick. I hope that some tugging will do the trick. My surgeon Dr Bakhtiyarov said that my device for stretching which could be either attached to a chest strap and pull upwards, or be tied to a leg harness and pulled downwards was a good idea, and to alternate between the two. So I was wondering if there was any special direction to pull, manually, other than forward?

I basically invented my own stretching techniques and I stretch in most possible directions. First I warm up by washing my unit with soap and warm water (also your hand won\'t slide down but get a firm grip instead on a clean unit). I then perform my favorite stretch, which is holding your unit straight out with your left hand, now lift your right leg and take your right arm under your right leg and grip your unit firmly in the middle, you can now take down your right leg and stretch your unit behind your right leg, touching your right buttcheek hehe. It gives a real good stretch. Repeat with left hand and left leg obviously. I also stretch straight down, slightly forward to each side and slightly to the sides upwards. I always stretched in the direction where I had as little tugback as possible if I kegeled, mainly because it was harder to keep the grip on the unit (I never followed LOT). I do 2-3 sets a day at 20-30 minutes. If I feel sore or any slight pain, I instantly quit and usually skip the next set. If I am a little bit sore/stretched on the later set, its usually nothing to worry about since its just the unit that started healing since the last set - so I just warm up and start out gently.
I pull as hard as I can without inducing any pain, just so that I feel the unit getting stretched. I recommend very light pulling in the beginning to let your unit adjust to change and minimize any possible injuries. I have been injuried before so I really cannot stress out enough how important it is to warm up and listen to your body!
I\'ve tried so many years to achieve Girth but it just never worked out for me. I used to pump and clamp in hope of getting thicker and I experienced blood coming out of my unit at times - which is why I had to quit and just keep working on length instead. I am so happy that I found out about PMMA, which would be my last step in getting something that I wanted all my life and that not many can achieve in life if they are not lucky with genes. Another injury that I had was a thrombosis(?) vein which caused severe pain when I tried to stretch. I had to take months off, I believe that the cause was too aggressive sets with no warmup.
Not only did I gain a lot of length, I lost no Girth (actually gained a bit of base Girth) and my EQ (Erection quality) is greater. My night woods are so hard at times that I wake up haha.
