I\'m sure there are others here who still pump.. But that\'s just my experience. Coming from a guy who likes it nice and big.... I personally will not ever pump it again.

Thanks for your post Sizemic. I\'ve been nervous about pumping after PMMA so I haven\'t. I think I\'ll pass. For me, a nice momentary pump isn\'t worth losing aesthetics. Always something to learn here.

Messageman - I don\'t usually swell up that much; however, when I use a condom I usually have more post sex swelling. This last time I was over a girls house who had a variety pack of condoms. I literally went through 7 condoms before I came because I kept losing Erection. Some of the condoms were really tight. 7.5\" Girth is huge and looks amazing. Makes me want to go back to Dr.C

This makes me think that my theory about swelling being due to a kind of Clamping effect has more to it than the theory that rubbing causes swelling and therefore there is a cancer risk. My theory is that the PMMA is constricts the penis, as it\'s slightly firmer than the penis itself. If you add a condom to that then the constriction would be even tighter. There is a guy of thundersplace who uses several clamps in row, to create an all over clamped effect. I think PMMA does a similar thing. The rubbing theory doesn\'t make sense to me as the fascia should act as a lubricant, so there shouldn\'t any abrasion.

Makes sense hoddle. If I\'m not wearing a condom and am intimate with a tighter than average chick, I\'ll have more post sex swelling. It does appear it\'s from the constrictive forces.

DO NOT PUMP with PMMA!!!

I did pump a couple of times a few months back and it changed the feel of my penis. It felt more granular and bumpy and the ridges got worse. The whole penis felt like I had a ribbed condom on. It has been a few months now since I stopped pumping and it is back to pre-pump feel and I am happy it is. This has been my experience and may be your will be different. I just feel the pumping disturbs the collagen and the PMMA spheres, it did not move it, just made it feel more \"grainy\"....

Thanks for the advice mustang/sizemic. I was just about to buy a pump from amazon. Definitely don\'t want my Dick having more ridges and bumps. Need to go back to Dr.C for a fifth round to resolve some issues. Huge lump at base and underneath the shaft towards base. It\'s certainly palpable. The only way I see these clumps being resolved is by another Kenalog shot or actual physical Removal of this area by knife.

When I do swell up it kind of camouflages these problem spots, plus there is the bonus of more Girth. Since pumping is not a good idea I\'m thinking of putting on a tight regular condom and fucking a fleshlight several hours before I go out on date to simulate swelling. Any of you vets see issues with this

I pumped for a few days straight just to mess around. Was fun to see the 6.9\" Girth again.


Didn\'t feel any different or grainy for me. I did bust some of the vessels on my top few layers of skin. I don\'t think it would cause any problems. But we\'re all different.

Hey whats going on guys. Going in for my 5th procedure later this month. Looking to get a full round of 30% injected.

Quick update on progress. Had stopped Hanging and stretching back Feb of last year. Once you get out of the flow of that routine, its not easy to back into it. It appears smaller to me. Could be dysmorphia as I haven\'t done any measurements recently. My ED is quiet poor. This is even after going +6 months with watching no porn from June till the 1st of this year. Heard some people had success with it, but just recently had my testosterone checked and its in the 400s range. Range is from 250-1150. I eat well, healthy/organically, get sun often and workout frequently. Am only in my 30s so not sure why my ED is so low. Going to jump on low test therapy once procedure is done.

Excited to fix some trouble spots and hopefully more Girth especially towards the head

Did you check your \"Free Testosterone\" or just the regular blood test? They are different and the \"free Test\" test is more accurate.

My regualr Test results came in at 900 but I still feel I need it to be higher. The free testosterone test was too expensive for me and I did not do it. I will be doing it though soon to get a more accurate picture of my condition.

If you are healthy and eat healthy, and it sounds like you do, then ED at your age should not be an issue. There are many factors that effect EQ (Erection quality) such as medical conditions and psychological issues.

IF you go on a TRT, then let us know how it goes if you so wish...

DWD - I\'m a pretty laid back dude so not worried about aggression so much, but am worried about hair loss. Looking to put on some mass too though.

Mustang - It was just a regular testosterone test. You are right, ED should not be an issue. Have had it since my early 20s. Having to rely on Cialis and levitra all the time is annoying and expensive. Sometimes I still don\'t get it up when taking them. Frustrating. Hopefully, this will be my 5th and final round. Going back the next day for a follow up.

Things I plan on doing different this round:
-Not taking any anti-inflammatories. Round 3 I had took Prednisone and round 4 took a bunch Ibuprofen. Possibly why I had not really any gains those rounds. Swelling is good as its part of the healing process
-Not drinking or smoking weed for at least a month after
-Spending more time in hotel. Booking 3 days at hotel to keep it Erect as long as possible. Round 2/3/4 had left San Diego the next day

I remember reading a list on here of things you should and shouldn\'t do before and after procedure. Could someone provide link to it. Can\'t seem to find it. Thanks
