Man, I don\'t know how you get so much Hanging/stretching done with a noose attachment, makes me squirm.

Whats your current base size? I think we\'re basically around the same size it appears but I can\'t really get my unit through my extender base anymore.

Noose is when it attaches straight to the head like that, constricting the head. I use a vacuum head attachment, very comfortable and doesn\'t cut off bloodflow

The problem with the vac attachment is that it fucks up your glans when suctioned for a long time. When I\'m Hanging its only for 20 minutes, if I\'m stretching it could be hours. I\'m concerned it my totally screw up the appearance of my glans if I leave it suctioned for that long. You must tape your whole head. Thoughts

The only part I ever have irritation is is right at my uretha opening, and thats if I\'m top lazy to tape. The rest just seals against the cap and doesn\'t really get any pull. You might have a very sensitive head to suction, but I feel like the noose Hanger could have more negative impact on your head physically.

Using the x4 extender with vac Hanger 4.1 attachment. Getting a great stretch when I\'m not Hanging, but my glans can only be suctioned for a short period of time (40min to a hour) before it starts to bother me. When I take it out my glans are cold and I have a ring around it. Takes 10 minutes or so for it to return to normal.

Does the larger x4 base come with a wider end cap too, or are you just using the regular Vachanger one? I was just wondering how compatible the things were because I really need a bigger base. Its such a rip off that the x4 one is like 60-80usds

The larger base is wider vertically, not horizontally. That way the bars are still the same width apart. You can you use the regular vac Hanger attachment with it

Been Hanging and stretching hardcore nonstop. Determined to make gains. Hard to tell if I have true gains yet. However, stretched the longest I\'ve ever stretched using vac Hanger attachment on my stretcher. 8bpel. Did a measurement today Erect. I didn\'t think I had made any gains yet but to my astonishment I have made a new high. 7.5bpel. Is it possible I was just more Erect than usually?
