Anyone far enough along to have scar tissue and major curve. Any suggestions on scar tissue Removal by Elist. Curve is pretty severe. Any alternative ways to resolve?

Schedule a consultation with Doc. Mark Solomon. Don't remember how much it was. But right down all question. Detail what you've been through and how you feel. He'll answer all questions. I went to him to have penuma removed. I'm tryna regain length. Whoever removed yours probably didn't remove most of the capsule (scar tissue). If you can message Skeptical One , he'll have more knowledge about doctor's. But read as much as you can on these boards and you're more than likely than not to read of a similar situation.

Thinks. Doesn’t Solomon run this site. Elist is talking about inverting and removing all scar tissue. The length comes back. I would message the hell out to not get scarring. What’s weird is they say it’s because of tissue at base as they get u to do Kenalog. Why not just remove that if cause of curve. Would be 4th surgery and don’t thing Penis would recover. Hard not to do it when just price of anesthesia. Like why would he even do it

I don't think any doctor runs this site. That'll be messed up if one did. There are success stories as well as horror stories of many docs in this forum. You'll have to go with your judgment. I chose a doc based on implant Removal. There may be one better for scar tissue Removal. Your local Urologist may be best. It's on you to research, research, research. A lesson I learned the hard way because I would've found forums such as this one letting me know I should appreciate what I had.

From my experience, the upward curve is caused by the combination of the scar tissue forming around the neurovascular bundle on the top (dorsal) side of the shaft. Add to that the scar tissue from the anchor points that, as well as the scar tissue and capsule from Elist’s implant and it is bound to curve upward. Sometimes there will be a ‘hinge’ behind the glans or head that runs around the shaft like an hourglass.

There are a few things that can be done to dissolve scar tissue.

First is CCH, or Xiaflex. It’s the anti-collagen. It hurts as it dissolves the scar tissue. Especially if it’s around the neurovascular bundle. It felt like I was being burned inside my penis.... Yep...

Second is Amnion or Chorion, which is amniotic donor tissue that is placed between the Bucks fascia and the dartos layer, as well as the dermis (skin) layer.

Third is interferon or exosomal cells which are injected post-scar tissue Removal to keep the scar tissue from forming.

As a side note, from personal experience, the scar tissue formed from Elists’ implant isn’t really removed well by Elist. Also his mesh or anchors aren’t removed well either. I paid Dr. Solomon to remove the first scar tissue and mesh. It helped. Elist didn’t care about doing a thorough job. He wanted to be into paying customers. Solomon cares. I ran into complications afterwards and had to do Xiaflex. I’ll probably have to get the scar tissue removed again by a local reconstructive Urologist and plastic surgeon. I’m hoping I’ll regain the length and not have such curvature and pain

Hello

I am about 3 weeks post Penuma implant surgery. 90% of the swelling has seemed to subside. The incision is healing nicely. I use Cocoa Butter to moisturize my incision line and penis daily to expedite the healing.

I’d like to hear from ANYONE who CURRENTLY has their implant.

When does the Erect length return?
Does the Flaccid length soften more?

Thanks so much!

BreakingBadGuy wrote: Hey what's up! I'm doing pretty good. Haven't gained anything more so still at 6 inches Erect but haven't lost any Girth so that's a good thing. Haven't been stretching as much so that might be why I haven't gained anything else as I just got lazy over the last month or two. Good thing is penis does feel pretty normal again at 10 and a half months post Removal. I hope to start stretching again soon. I'm just glad I'm at least close to my original penis with a curve that seems to drive my girl wild lol. Anyway just keep at the stretching. I will get back to it soon because I do want to get back to my original length at least while Erect. Funny thing is I can stretch it to about 6 and 3/4 inches but when Erect it only gets to 6.

How long did you wait post Removal before you started stretching? Mine has been out for 2 weeks. What kind of stretcher did you use?

No, I alone own this site. I do have talented Doctors and Clinics that Sponsor this site, but they have no hand in how I operate or manage it.

Their Sponsorship ensures this site remains the #1 hub for information of this kind. It's been going for a decade strong, and I believe the content & community here validate the purpose of this forum.

My 5 month update:

Really nothing to update.... spoke with doc over video and he has me taking 1000iu of vitamin E. Its only in gel form which sucks but I'm desperate. Trust me I drove over 2 cities looking for tablets.(gel contains gelatin, which may have pork) we're hoping that it may soften the scar tissue especially on the ligament. He had me do a test by pulling and feeling over the base where it meets the bone during video to confirm scar tissue. Since physical therapist message internal scar tissue, I've begun massaging the tissue there.
February 12th, I'll give a statistical update.

I’ve worked with 4 doctors. Had 3 surgeries and one additional procedure.
1-implant (Elist)
2-Removal (Elist)
3-scar Removal (Solomon)
4-xiaflex (Trost)

Elist is obviously a destructive joke of a doctor.

Dr. Solomon is helpful and knowledgeable. He’s no-nonsense but legitimately caring.

Dr. Trost did my xiaflex. He was leading the Mayo Clinic’s Urology dept and also helped develop the RestoreX.

Dr. Trost took his time to explain some of the mechanics of the tissue. One of the things that he stresses is patience and time. Especially with delicate tissue that has undergone a surgery and needs to rebuild its integrity. Unlike other kinds of tissue or parts of the body that will become worse or degrade over time, scar tissue becomes more flexible and mimics the tissue around it. If there’s a scar that is on somebody’s skin in the first six months, it will be thick and tough, but if you give it time, it will become more flexible. Most will say to stretch things as soon as possible. But after 3-4 procedures in 18 months, I will tell you that your penis is NOT going to like you if you don’t give it healing time. It is definitely an irritating game of patience and persistence. One thing that did and did NOT work for me was Xiaflex. It will break down the scar tissue— however one of the things that is notorious with Elist’s implants afterwards is that there is pervasive scar tissue around the neurovascular bundle as well as through a number of layers of the penis through the fascia and up to the skin. If you were to look at it like construction, the neurovascular bundle are the girders or rebar, what happens is the scar tissue cement around that rebar or girders. So, you’re left with a double edged sword. If you go in surgically and remove scar tissue without treatments like Amnion donor tissue or other solutions, it can CREATE scar tissue. Xiaflex acts like an acid to any scar tissue. If you have scar tissue that creeps through more than one layer it will dissolve through all of them. The scar tissue that goes through these layers will dissolve through ALL of these layers. I still have an open weeping wound on my skin from a Xiaflex treatment over a month ago.

If you want to heal more quickly, use a hyperbaric chamber repeatedly. Oxygen and pumping oxygen to wounds and extremities only increases the viability of the tissue.

My suggestions are to look to knowledgeable plastic, reconstructive surgeons and/or andrologists, give it time, give it oxygen, and get more than one opinion.
