Some suggestions- first it can take up to 6 months - massage is extremely important- look into kenolog injections and find the supplements trebinase and serrasol - both break down scar tissue. I’m behind you mine has only been out 2.5 weeks and it’s not good but it’s slowly improving. The electrical pain is nerve pain that takes awhile to regenerate- stay diligent do not slack off

5 weeks since Penuma Removal. Erection is still just a little dicklet, curved and tiny. Not as rigid as it was before so that is encouraging, but all the scar tissue is still constricting the Erection.

Been massaging, stretching and just ordered a pump.
Have weird electrical nerve pain.

I’ve been trying to stay upbeat, but it’s starting to feel scary.

Doc says “it’s going to take time,” but like... cmon!

Tell me it’s gunna get better bros - or how to help it get better !

This forum discusses all matters Phalloplasty, including Removal, Revision, and Repair of penis enlargement procedures. Feel free to start your own topic and share your story, and you'll also find many men here who have gone through similar situations. If you go to the 2.0 version of this site (PhalloBoards.websitetoolbox.com) and use the SEARCH function, you'll find a lot of info regarding recovery.

Have you former implant patients bothered starting a post in the "penuma" subreddit? I feel like you would do a lot of the men there a good service, since many of them are being sucked into a rabbit hole and the only people they will listen to are other authentic patients.

I posted in the subreddit and got a horrendous amount of shit for being honest. Afterwards, a number of people reached out.

My experience was horrible. I tried to ride it out for six months but it never got better. I was almost going to go back to the “Dr” and have him replace it but he became extremely petty and just seemed more and more untrustworthy. I ended up having it removed a few weeks ago. The surgeon that removed it has a lot of experience removing them and said he hasn’t seen one as bad as mine. It was not even in the correct position causing rotation of the penis and had Sutures into the urethra. I’m glad it’s out but it sure did not leave me with much . Hopefully after I heal there will be other options from reliable honest Dr’s.

im 100% convinced this dr elist is protected by witchcraft or some type of spiritual demons at this point. people get revenge for accidentally cutting them off in traffic. theres no way possible you can destroy the most important thing to majority of men on 100s of patients and Moderator Edit. not to mention the cost of everything. it makes no sense.

I know your comment was rhetorical - and you weren't actually calling for harm on anyone, but it teeters on what's allowed via forum rules. I know this topic elicits strong emotions so please be mindful when posting about this or any Doctor and their well-being, no matter how incompetent or unethical they themselves might be. I hope you have my understanding, thanks.

Has anyone had success w treating scar tissue post implant Removal? A year out my penis started curving upward. There is basically a ring of scar tissue where implant is. It causes some ED and an upward curve I did Xiaflex but it’s incredibly painful and minimal help. Any advise? I don’t see scar tissue Removal as option? Seems like will just grow back

I am going back to have my scar tissue Revision surgery in two weeks. The implant was removed in April 20211, and placed in September 2020. I am still hoping to find an attorney in VA that will take on my case even as a “cosmetic “ procedure my new Dr was implying that the placement was so poor it was against the standard of care.

As for ED and the curve..... you should look into gainswave therapy. I can personally say it helps with ed and it did elasticate my scar tissue on my shaft. I would continue stretching and or Hanging while doing gainswave if you decided to. You will possibly be supplied a pump. As for length. I haven't gotten mine. I went back for more scar tissue Removal and a lig cut (which was supposed to be restricting my length, eg: scar tissue on lig) and Dec. 22 will complete my 5th month. Still no improvement. I'm 1.5" shorter than my original length before any surgery. It also feels as though I still have a lig connected to my public area. Doc say its tissue. I know that is keeping me from getting length. After Removal my curve went away over Hanging and time. This scar Removal and lig cut my curve (upward) is coming back. So I will more than likely do this Hanging and or stretching for 12 months.

So Dr Morgenstein advertises a proprietary ExoSurge procedure …. Claims to take away fibrosed tissue without surgery. Has anyone ever heard or gone thru this treatment? It all sounds great but so did getting the Penuma. Any help greatly appreciated
