I was posting on this website during 2.0. It was related to Testicle Enhancements. Now I don't post anything now because I don't know where to post now. It will get mixed in with every other topic.
There are guys on here who are trying to make important/expensive/ surgical decisions. Testicle enhancement is very different from penis enhancement. If there is a separate mancave section, don't you think there would be a section just for the scrotum? What do other men think? Thanks
Im not sure how many guys on here have got that done. but I know a few have. I think its certainly something that will on the rise. that and glans enhancement. @Skeptical_One
is the man in charge around here for these decisions and if they make sense for him to spend the money to have the board changed.
I know some guys have spent a lot of money to go to Elist and have their Balls covered with silicone caps (or are thinking about it). I don't know if this is good or bad or safe or unsafe. Other guys are thinking about silicone implants added next to their natural nuts. Some guys are thinking about silicone injections from Dr. Loria.
These are big decisions. It would be nice for Skeptical_one to give some feedback. Guys write me asking for information because they cannot find anything on this forum anymore. They don't want to post this topic here because it would get lost with the unrelated posts.
Do you want men making mistakes because it costs a little extra to have a new section (and they cannot find any recent info)?
Not giving it a section makes it seem like it's not important here. And that makes it even more likely that guys will not post anything about testicles.
Thanks
No there is no cost involved in creating a new section, at least on paper.
The issue is that there simply isn't enough discussion on testicular enhancement to warrant an entire section to itself, and the General Phalloplasty section is more than adequate to contain those discussion topics (hence the term "general" ).
I'll tell you what, I'll try and get a new category for the 3 other relevant topics in surgical/non-surgical Male Enhancement: glans, testicular, and fat pad reduction. That way the General Phalloplasty section can focus on the two most trending matters: Girth and length.
If you don't see it by this weekend, please PM me to remind me.
A separate grouping with these other topics would be great.
Some of these procedures are prone to complications. I have learned (from experience) that some of the results do not feel anywhere close to natural. I ended up having four surgeries over two years. Finally, I am satisfied.
Don't expect a flood of postings. However, shrinking testicles from being on testosterone is a lot more common than you might think. It's easy to be embarrassed. This topic is much more private than a lot of guys open up about (even on an anonymous website). These surgeries should not be a trial and error thing.
Thank you

I’m very interested in a thread on testicular enhancement. I had a bad reaction to filler in my scrotum & am now facing very expensive plastic surgery to revise. I can share more detail in a later post but wanted to put in my support for more targeted discussion on testicle and scrotal enhancement. Thanks
Well this topic is now found in its own section. I'll still be playing around with its design - AND I'll also be looking at finding physicians who happen to also specialize in testicular work. Stay tuned.
A good doctor that I used is in Guadalajara Mexico. www.urologozmg.com
I had three surgeries in the USA and each had problems. For the fourth surgery, I went to see Dr. Magaña. I am finally very happy with the results.
Guadalajara, along with Mexico City and Monterrey, is a modern city with hospitals that are up to USA standards. I know that Tijuana also has some good doctors. His Instagram page will give you the idea that you are dealing with someone at a modern hospital. www.instagram.com/urologozmg/
. He told me that he had done about 200 surgeries using this soft silicone product made in Europe. It's GC Eurosilicone ( www.gcaesthetics.com/wp-content/uploads/...atalogue_2021_EN.pdf
)
I know that Dr. Elist in Beverly Hills has a different procedure where he caps the testicle to make the testicles larger.
There is also Scrotox (with Botox). An office that does it is BotoxRN in Houston. botoxrn.com/
Several members here have experience. Some men have their scrotum waxed to help it look larger without hair.
There are a lot of possibilities. Some are potentially dangerous. That is why it's important for this topic to have a special area (like you have done). Maybe it will help avoid the risk of men trying these procedures by trial and error.
dr. Oscar Adrian's silicone testicle enhancement procedure is cheap, roughly costing $2,000, which is a third of the U.S. price, but this doctor's website is not in English, which is very distressing to me because I don't speak Spanish
Doctor Oscar Magaña speaks excellent English. I was able to communicate directly with him via WhatsApp. It's hard to tell from his photos, but he is at least 6'2" solid build. The guy is very sharp with a lot of experience and carries himself with confidence. There is a webcam over his OR table. He posts many surgeries on his YouTube Channel for anyone (including other doctors) to review and assess his skills. Dr. Magaña told me he has done about 200 testicle implant surgical procedures. So I knew I was working with the right guy.
Regarding silicone, you are correct that liquid silicone is not safe. Cohesive gel breast implants were approved by the FDA in 2012. There is a potential risk of breaking if a woman is in a car accident (just because they are large and in a woman's chest, potentially hitting a steering wheel). Still, they will hold together since they are cohesive. Watch the attached video to understand the behavior.
For men, testicle implants are much smaller. You might be at risk if you decide to become a professional fighter (and you get kicked in the nuts often) or if you are in a severe plane crash. Otherwise, they a strong and difficult to damage. www.instagram.com/p/CVg4sI3NCb7/
Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey are wealthy cities. They have medical facilities that are as modern as what you would find in the USA.
The price is closer to $3000 or $4000. Possibly more. It depends on what you have done. Not everyone has the room to have implants added along with their natural testicles. In my case, I had something abnormal developing. That had to be addressed because it could have turned into cancer. Mine would have been pushed inside me because they had become so small. Every case is different. If you were adding next to existing testicles, Eurosilicone is definitely the type you would want.
I cannot speak about adding silicone caps over the testicles. There are men on this site that have had that procedure.
This is very personal stuff. Not easy for many men to discuss.
Also, I want to make men in the USA aware that none of the implants (offered in the US) feel real. They are not soft. They feel like a firm rubber ball when inside. This Eurosilicone brand can pass for real ones if someone is feeling them.
Thank you for your reply, I can't find his email and whatsapp account on dr.Oscar Adrian's website, he only has a Mexico +52 phone number, if it's convenient, can you tell me his email and whatsapp number? Thank you very much!
In my case, the doctor replaced my testicle implants. The results are very good.
I need to explain that my situation was that the doctor found problems with my natural testicles. They were not healthy. It was decided the best option was to remove them (they were staying inside me, which is a warm place, an environment where tumors grow). And the doctor said that my natural testicles felt abnormal.
The implant pair (given to me) in the USA were really bad (they were made by Coloplast). One of them (saline-filled) deflated. The other did not feel natural. So then, I had those replaced by solid silicone implants. They did not feel right either. Implantech made those.
Finally, I went to Guadalajara, Mexico, and the doctor did a great job replacing the implants I hated.
As you found out (by contacting him), the doctor I worked with in Mexico will replace implants. He is NOT comfortable adding a pair next to natural ones.
I have not run across anyone who has implants (next to real ones). I hear it's done. Maybe for some guys, it's a good option.
The most important point I want to make is that I found out the hard way. Implants in the USA suck. They don't feel anything like the real thing. But the Eurosilicone versions do feel real.
Again, I cannot advise about adding implants next to natural ones. That is not what I had done. And, I don't have any experience with the silicone caps installed by Dr. Elist.
The ones I now have feel really good. I am finally happy having a nice size pair. Honestly, it is a great feeling now to hold my scrotum and have a nice set of nuts. I have finally accepted that my natural ones were unhealthy and it was better to remove them.
