Forget to mention that the provided tamsulosin is very effective for me as someone who retracts quite a bit. 10 were provided, to be taken before bed everyday for 10 days. If I ever become a nudist (I won’t lol), I’m stocking up on this shit.

I really didn't change up my aftercare routine. If anything, I did way less stretching. With the amount and type of product, retraction mostly went away. In fact, I'm now 7" erect length. Rupeka was very clear that length gains with filler are not promoted to be a benefit, but he did hypothesis the gain may have come due to the sheer weight of my penis stretching the tissues/ligaments. Basically, my penis IS the stretcher due to its weight/mass. To be clear, he did not say this is what happened, he was merely speculating. It makes sense though because I 100% feel the weight of my penis. Especially working out and running, etc. As well, my wife often comments on the weight of it. She's noted that "its heavy" and "it looks heavy".

It’s awesome to hear that the graft has not only increased your girth but your flaccid length as well. I can’t wait to also say goodbye to that damn shrinkage! Kind of makes me feel while maximum flaccid length provided by the ligament surgery would be sweet, perhaps it isn’t worth the risk of retraction when I can get guaranteed but modest flaccid gains from just the dermal graft implant like you did without an additional risk.

About your EL slight length loss sounds like a good outcome. I hope I have a similar experience though I completely understand to expect that after a surgery any appendage will have trouble with full range of movement. Especially with an operation like this, temporary EL loss is just par for the course. I’m definitely looking forward to hearing about your latest results after you measure.

Btw, I’m awaiting some bruising and leaking but so far it’s been minimal. There’s some bruising towards the base at cannula entry but the rest of the discoloration on my D is from previous pumping.

Edit: my glans looks lumpy because I was in a Penimaster glans cup prior to photo.

@Jondoe I did not get a lig cut you are correct. I can't say if I would or not sorry. I have nothing to compare it too or what pros and cons it has besides the obvious. It would probably be more dope to have a longer flaccid not going to lie. If the money isn't an issue why not I suppose. My flaccid length has increased for sure. You know how sometimes you can get out a shower and its cold, or you're working out and you get shrinkage? I would say even in those moments it's really a good size compared to before. I don't have an exact length at this time, but girth has gotten bigger. I have a solid piece of graft in there now so that keeps a firm structure in place so the flaccid length does not get smaller than that even when trying to retract if that makes sense.

I haven't really got to measure erect length in a while or wanted to as it was painful to get an erection before the revison. I do remember when I first got it I didn't lose much length at all when measuring. It was surprising because it did look shorter, but I guess because it's thicker it looks that way. I plan on doing full measurements with pictures when im all healed, but it'll be after your procedure date im sure. I will say I feel like I lost some range of motion with an erection. Example: When you're erect and you push your penis downward. Well, I cant really push it more downward that a "little past" 90 degrees (straight outward). The graft goes further back than just the shaft, but actually as far back as to where the scar is on my photo. So it keeps it from pulling downward a bit. Not sure if lig cut will allow for more range of motion or not.

Overall i'm happy with the size. The feel is pretty much just a rock solid as before. My flaccid is firmer and fuller/longer. I thought the 10pmma would give me a bigger boost (more towards 6.5-7" girth), but 6.25 is solid and who knows maybe since I don't have pain and when I get healed ill have a fuller erection. TBD. It looks uniform and I don't think anyone would be able to tell honestly. I'd say go for it personally, but I cant tell you PMMA alone would be better as I have no comparison.

@PmmaFan I can't say which one feels harder as I've only done the graft route. I have no way to tell how just PMMA would feel alone. Sorry I can't be more useful on this question.

I know that you originally expressed concern about your flaccid length and initially you said you saw an increase. You didn’t get a lig cut right? How is your flaccid length now? If there’s still an increase, how much is the increase? Also you already have all your erect length back, right?

Sorry for all the questions haha I have Surgery coming up soon (May 2nd) and I’m on the fence trying to decided if I should do a lig cut with dermal graft or not.

that's what im sort of trying to crowdsource, if any of the guys who had a trial run of HA, as a one and done (whether they have future plans for other stuff or not), if there are lingering seemingly permanent effects. Not because I think it's the ideal way of adding permanent growth, rather I'm curious if that's what's going on with my dick. My skin feels thicker when i pinch it, thus the curiosity (since he said he's going the PMMA route eventually and idk, maybe he's going to let his subside naturally?)

5 hours post procedure
This is what I’m looking like after 5 hours. Just had my first massage performed by Ian and popped the first Cefalexina (antibiotic; to be taken every 8 hours for the next 6 days) and ibuprofen (one every 6-8 hours with food, quantity 4 provided).

I’m to massage every hour for the first 5 days then the interval widens to every 2-3 hours if I recall correctly.

day 7:

Balls are almost back to normal. Skin tone is nearly what it was before and to the touch the skin almost feels normal, still feels a little off, but close. I could live with it in it's current state, so no complaints.

Balls and penis are itchy, but I assume this is from the healing. I felt pretty itchy after the circumcision, so I assume this is the same.

Skin is pretty dry looking, also similar to what it looked like after my circumcision, so I assume it's all part of the recovery process.

I should note that I don't really have any pain and have started to resume having daily sex a couple days ago. I do have a dull pressure feeling from the PMMA and swelling, but since it doesn't hurt, I don't see the harm in having sex.

When I measure myself I'm currently at ~6" girth and still at 7.5" length when erect. Overall pretty pleased with it's functionality in it's current state. I hope I land near 6" girth but will see what happens when the swelling goes away and the PMMA does it's magic.

The only issue I have from an ascetics perspective, is how my penis looks when I initially pull it out flaccid. Poor thing is bulbous near the glands and looks all smashed with dents and it' has to be stretched out and massaged to regain a desirable look. I'm assuming this is from swelling and will go away. It does make me question if all the PMMA has settled yet, as when I massage it heavily it gains a desirable look, the reason I check on it hourly and massage it, in the chance that it is still settling and I'm helping create a better result.

I checked and I guess I didn't get any before pics, bummer... I thought I did but I can't find any. I might try to ask Avanti Derma if they can send me my pics.

I have not seen any doctors mention this, nor people here, and I suspect it's because nobody lets their stuff completely dissolve naturally without going in for a top up, AND, because doctors don't want to promise permanent gains from HA especially if they aren't certain how and why.

Not to get off topic but doesn’t HA induce some collagen production with each round? I realize it’s a very thin layer compared to pmma or Ellanse , but wouldn’t it stand to reason that if you have had multiple rounds of HA, the skin would be left permanently thicker by the collagen that was produced?

Just left Avanti not even an hour ago. I got the Utmost package and everything was smooth - Ian and Dr Morales are as lovey as everyone says. I’ll be headed back in a couple hours for my first checkup with Ian.

I let Dr M know I was likely going to do a second round for girth followed by a touch up. Told her for this go round I’m thinking 75/25 girth/aesthetics. I received 18x30% + 3x10% = 21cc. If I understood her correctly she injected a tiny bit into the neck.
