If I did the math correctly, you're hovering around 5.5" MSEG? In my opinion, that's the sweet spot for girth, and I've been recorded on many occasions (especially on other PE sites) stating that anything beyond that begins the diminishing returns trend.

If you are single, I'd test it out, you're probably at or close to Magnum XL. If you have a partner, try and see if it doesn't make quickies, oral, or anal prohibitive because of girth. On the previous iteration of this site ( PhalloBoards 2.0 ), there was a near unanimous agreement that having access to girth on an outpatient basis was addictive, especially if you could afford it. What I recommend anyone going into this is to set a realistic and reasonable goal. If you've achieved that, test drive it for a while before making any more decisions.

I'm assuming you had some goal/figure in mind, would you say you've achieved that? And if you haven't, would you say you're happy with where you're at?

And I should note, diminishing returns doesn't just mean narrowing pool of partners and/or sexual acts, but also risking aesthetics. Like any other cosmetic enhancement (think lips or breasts on a woman), going overboard could draw scrutiny; PMMA is permanent, the only reason to reverse it (which requires invasive removal) is if you are experiencing undesirable outcomes (be it poor aesthetics or complication, and even then removal should be a last resort).

If you are seriously considering one more round, also consider your length and how much you retract, and how they play role in how much you can push the envelope -- (1) longer shafts can take more product without being as high risk for aesthetic irregularity and (2) show-ers (as opposed to growers) fare better with more filler inside of them. In addition, Avanti Derma's aim is aesthetics-over-size (their now retired Founder Dr. Casavantes would describe it as "enhancement-vs-enlargement," and how he prefers the former). This means that they often will take a more conservative approach with little feedback from a patient, and cautious with higher volumes when requested by a patient.

In addition to Dream's question regarding volume injected (cc's/mL's), could you share your flaccid and erect length, and if you describe yourself as more of a show-er (flaccid hangs naturally) or grower (penis often likes to retract like a turtle)? This can help better tailor our advice.

Hi Guys

So I've scheduled my 1st ever filler - AD PMMA appointment for next month, and I'm all into preparations now.

For stretching - would any recommend the Silistretcher? if not, any other new recommendations? Will also get the still-on systems stretcher, seems like a good option for non-vac.
For Erections - Cialis will play a role here.
Massaging - I plan on using only clean washed hands, and HOT towels as @Texas keeps on recommending.
Wrapping - what are the current conclusions on that?
Would be glad to hear if I missed anything critical.

I also promise to open a progress report thread.

Let me first start by saying I have had two rounds at Avanti Derma and I am more than impressed by their professionalism and work they have done.

Ian and Dr Morales made me feel so comfortable during both my procedures. PMMA has absolutely changed my life in regards to my confidence. My first procedure was done last February of 2023. I started at 4.5" girth and had amazing results that yielded me close to .75 inch of gains - I don't think I could have asked for a better outcome.

However, just two months later of April 2023, I decided to have my second procedure and only gained .25". This may be due to a short turnaround between procedures or simply because there is not much more filler that can be fit or collagen that can grow. A year later, I can still say I made a great decision and the difference of an inch in girth is life changing.

Right now, just out of pure desire, I am thinking of going for round 3. I would love to be at 6" or 6.25".. my question is more so for those who have had more than 2 procedures - did you see a bigger gain in your 3rd than your 2nd? I believe the gain discrepancy between the 1st and 2nd procedure is quite common and it being a year later, I am more likely to see closer to a half inch in gains that I am desiring. My only hesitation is spending around $5,000 again and not yielding the result I am looking for.

Does anyone have a similar experience? Appreciate any insight

Skeptical_One wrote: Yes, first and foremost, go with trusted providers. That isn't to say "Thicken" isn't a good brand, but there are Clinics up popping up left and right who already use fillers off-label, and upon learning that this (penis enlargement) is an option, offer it because they can. Truth be told, most of the worst work I see are by non-Sponsors.

For fear of seeming like a shill: I wouldn't touch anyone who isn't a direct sponsor with a ten foot pole. Reason being: the guy who did my Volux, and did a fine job with my volux, is now doing silicone droplets. If I hadn't signed up and spent some time reading, I could have a mangled dick right now. He wasn't even TOO many steps removed from actual sponsors. Nice guy, the volux job was fine, but him advertising silicone now tells me I lucked out in a game of penis roulette.

If nothing else, I would say anyone who's doing a procedure that's known to be sketchy, I'd personally avoid, even if they also do procedures that aren't.
Note: from reading here I've learned things i thought might have been sketchy are in fact NOT sketchy in the slightest. I'd see some worst case PMMA on another board, turns out it was an Elist shill, or someone advertising PMMA that injected silicone oil - I'd blacklisted PMMA based on this, mentally, without adequate reading. I don't worry any more, not if the docs know what theyre doing, and know where it is and isn't safe to go. To the point PMMA is my plan, and I don't worry in the least unless I have some freak genetic condition that I'm unaware of.

Go HA to start. I’m a Phallofill patient from the Houston provider Dr. Clavell. Couldn’t be happier with the result , but understand it took 3 appt, to get there with final contouring. I say start with HA because if you DONT like the result, it is reversible . Pmma like Linnea safe or bellafil is permanent .

Like me if you really like the result , you then may decide to transfer over to a permanent option like pmma ( my plan , when I can find the time)

As far a safety, going with a known provider or provider group is key. I never had infection or complications other then the expected bruising from sticking needles down there and expanding tissue. Honestly the bruising down there was worse during my vasectomy verses all the of my fill sessions.

Their technique and sterility procedures are as good or better than any I’ve seen in a hospital environment, and better because you aren’t surrounded by sick people lol.

When you pull the trigger, take LOTS of measurements., had I to do it over again I would have done the “clone a Willy “. Pre treatment, and after each session. As you adjust to your new girth, it will look smaller to you. Pictures help, but I think a physical example of change would be even better ( I commented on a funny situation about this in my treatment thread ). Failing a physical example find one item you will keep that has a size reference ( mine was my king ring) and photograph with this size reference so that 8 months later when you’re in front of the mirror shaving and look down going “ that’s not that big” you can refer back to your reference and go “whoa!!” Guess Inwas mistaken lol

My testing suggests it would work, but, I don't have PMMA yet so it's only a mildly useful test...

I'd prefer external commercial links be done via Private Message (PM) or email preferably. However, mentioning them or reviewing them by name is a different (and acceptable) matter. In this sense, they can simply Google what it is you're talking about and what done is done; I'm just ensuring there isn't any sense of endorsement with live links, although I have been pretty tolerant to most in the past. Thanks for asking.

Thanks for updating. Yeah, there's going to be ups and downs for sure. When I was post-procedure, I can't tell you how often I was obsessing over my newly enhanced penis. And so many other guys on here talk about the ups and downs of their progress incessantly too, especially that first month. Take it from me, that will do you no good. Living in that mindstate will drive you crazy. My biggest advice is that you just have to give it time, that's coming from guys telling me the same, and from lived experience. At week 4, I wouldn't expect much more collagen growth from here to end of month two if I were you. After the injections, I was at 6.2 for the first couple of weeks or so (going from 5.2 naturally) and then settled at 5.9. I was taking collagen supps but then stopped completely because I feared that the new thickness would be too much for my wife. But then guys on here brought me back down to earth to share that my wife would adjust, and she did.

I'm about 10 months out now. And during those first two months, I noticed some slight pains and also some small bumps, but I kept at the heated massaging and hanging and luckily, those things went away. If those nodules stick around for a while (say 6 months from now), I would get in touch with AD for a plan to address them. I would say that if you're still displeased with the bumps, maybe consider a touch-up with the 10% filler. Either way, there's hope for you bud.

You know, I don't think having a bulge is necessarily a bad thing. But I understand that it's not for every guy. Who knows, maybe a month from now, when things return to "normal", and you and your partner both adjust, things will be better than before. It happened for me, so I'm sure it'll happen for you.

best of luck, and keep up the progress

My procedure is in the end of June, so definitely taking notes here.

Please keep the updates coming!

@Odouble It's slowly healing and the swelling is gradually going down. I'm gradually getting used to it, and it's already better than it was two weeks ago. According to my notes, there were ups and downs of swelling and skin mobility: some days, the skin was more mobile, while the following days, the swelling could return. So I decided to wait and make a judgment only after eight weeks. However, what is certain is that the width is greater from halfway to the end, so a second round may not be avoidable to make the base a little bit wider, but I don't want to increase the overall girth in any way. Also, I clearly have clusters of PMMA that can be felt on the left and right sides, but appear very little when erect.

I had two episodes of sexual intercourse with my wife, on days 23 and 27, and still experienced some pain. For her part, she tolerated the size, but she still needs to adapt to it and there seem to be certain positions she can't tolerate any more. We'll see with time.

To me, there are two sides of having a hefty penis: it can be fun during sexual intercourse, but I need to learn how to manage the resulting bulge in my everyday activities. With certain pants or shorts, I have to find the right boxer shorts to hide as much as possible, otherwise someone looking closely might think I'm having a slight erection under my clothes.

Here's two pics: one to show how a darker and girthier penis looks on a white guy (day 29; this is flaccid btw), and the other pic to show the unevenness in a semi-erect state (day 31). I'll try to upload a pic or two while erect too.

About a week and a half out from my last session of filler and PRP and I am super happy with how it's settling. Aesthetically it's exactly what I wanted. Definitely would not want any more size in terms of dimensions at my widest points. The right side has almost caught up to the left in terms of volume and how it feels. I like the extra bit of product near the circ scar. The base right near my body does have a bigger area with little to no product vs the left but that might improve as the filler expands and settles. You cannot see it at all visually so it's no big deal at all. If it doesn't resolve/improve itself over the next three months I'd just have a little more added there whenever I need maintenance. It happened on my left side when we were building volume too. I have to push into my body now to even tell where the filled layer stops on the left if that makes sense. So someone else would never find a ridge. Hard to explain.

It's what I always dreamt of lol. And the feel is great. Smooth and flaccid feels like soft flesh and erect is quite firm considering. Not at all like those wonky silicone dicks out there.

Will post flaccid and erect shots when I've got a minute to take a bunch of angles.

@ @Rejuvall
Sure, that makes sense.

@To All: Also I have to say Avanti Derma can be really recommended. I had 3 rounds with them +one small Touchup. Very professional.

But now I m only interested in one last session underside only - since Avanti does not do underside I m interested in Dr Rupeka / Dr Carney
