The Phallosan Forte sounds interesting. They say it’s safe to sleep in. I haven’t had the chance to look into either of the other ones that were mentioned but I feel like this is a must for me. As much time per day that you need to spend in one to have it work, it seems way more convenient to wear it while you sleep. You wouldn’t have to worry about people seeing it or getting in and out of it in a public restroom.

Does anybody have any personal experience with the Phallosan Forte that they can share?

I’m reading that the top three extenders are Quick Extender Pro, SizeGenetics, and Phallosan Forte.

Any recommendations on which to go with?

When you were 15? The gains didn't go away because that was puberty boss. My penis are from the age of 15-21 without doing anything. Try as an adult and see what happens. I did PE for a while. Gained an inch and lost half of it when I stopped.

What's up everyone! I have been reading on this forum for a while now, but still haven't gotten answers that I was quiet looking for.

I have Phallosan Forte, as well as Penimaster Pro. Phallosan didn't really work, the suction wasn't strong enough to hold my penis. The Penimaster had a strong enough suction since it had a tube to suck the air with your mouth, but the issue with that is that it makes all the vacuum rubber seals break on each use, and what ends up happening is that the suction doesn't get distributed well over the head of the Penis, and I usually get extremely bad swelling and pain only after 40mins of using it. Because of this, I was actually deciding to go into handing, rather than stretching...

What I'm wondering about is, do you guys think that I should stick with vacuum stretching no matter what, or should I go for a hanger? If you guys recommend a hanger, which hanger would you guys recommend I use?

so i have the autoxleeve gold kit, and phallosan. I wear the soft sleeve at night and the a sleeve and the heavy weight or both weights when i work from home. I wear the phallosan when i work from the office. About 6-8 hours sleeping, then about 8-10 hours at home and the office. Any suggestions? I like the sleeve plus weights because i feel the pull at the pubic bone.

Thanks to these forums and all you members, I dodged having PENUMA surgery done and I'm instead taking the tried & tested route outlined below. I realise that there have been mixed reviews on the Phallosan Forte, but most of these are from quite a few years ago and I heard there have been product revisions in that time. If the Sleeves break, I can buy one from LG instead Link to LG products . LG's sleeves are apparently the best according to ThundersPlace forum and members here like Texas. Thanks.

VAC STRETCHER: Phallosan Forte link
Any Vac Stretcher will likely do, if it's comfortable. I intend to use a Vac Stretcher, so that I can combine it with a heat pack on the shaft (I'm still researching this though) and in the future, to keep the penis stretched following Hyaluronic acid or Ellanse on the shaft.
I purchased the Phallosan Forte (not the Phallosan Plus), because I heard the Plus version is NOT as good as some other brands. The Forte is meant to be good though.

Before exercising, we should stretch to "warm up". I realise the penis isn't a muscle, but perhaps this can "warm up" the ligaments, loosen the tissues and help the blood flow better ...thereby increasing the efficiency and safety of a stretcher. I found these pads that last up to 10 hours, perfect for an all day stretching regime. This is why I want to use a Vac Stretcher, so that I can combine it with a heat-pack.

• I haven't tried the ones listed on Amazon yet. Has anyone tried long lasting heat-pads or similar? What were your results?
• Were there any negative side effects?

I actually don't believe that the results are permanent, just semi-permanent.
I view this as a solution to the flaccid state. If I get erect girth and length gains, great! No expectations = no disappointments.

• Is it best to use the Bathmate in the morning. Then wear the VacStretcher after to take advantage of the Bathmate's gains?
• Or is it best to use the Bathmate in the evening to maintain the VacStretchers gains while sleeping until the morning?

LASER HAIR REMOVAL
They say being shaved helps with the appearance of a larger size. Personally I prefer the feel too. I hate shaving down there, it takes ages and it's a hassle so I decided to get laser hair removal down below.
I heard some people take viagra to make it easier to remove the hair on the shaft, but I'd rather not. This where the BathMate comes in! My current (starting noob) stats: E.Length: 5 inches, E.Girth: 4.75 inches.
Goal: I think that by using the combination above and finishing off with HA, I can easily get E.Girth 6 inches.
Realistically, I expect to gain .5 inch in length, but I hope it'll at least be an extra inch in 12 to 18 months

I do not believe in manuel PE. I only use / used devices. And I do not follow the recommendations. If I would do what everyone does I would get the same results as everyone does which is maybe 1 or 2 cm or nothing.

I made my first gains with the vitallus plus. I'm sure u haven't heard of it or tried it. I gained 3 cm with it. Maleedge + 1cm and Phallosan added another 3 cm. But I wore devices for 3 years of my life (started 10 years ago). PE only works in the long run and with dedication.

Retorex is new and I will try it soon. I expect +1cm with it based on my curve calculation.

I think the safest option for a manual labor job has to be a silicone sleeve and bungey chord set up.

Something like the ESL40, which I don't think they make anymore, but perhaps with a capability of greater tension. I actually think using a silicone sleeve the you roll onto you penis at one end and roll over the ESL cap at the other end is the ideal solution.

This is also the Phallosan, which is apparently good, but I think for what it is, it's very expensive. The AutoXleeve will do the same thing cheaper and the combination of an esl40 and silicone sleeve, would be cheaper still. You can buy all the parts to make your own set up, that is comfortable to wear all day, provides sufficient tension and is flexible enough to wear while doing a manual labor job, for about $25.

Great to hear everything is going good. What is the pre and post care stretching? Is it a pump or phallosan or something else that they provided you?

It was performed by Moorgate in London, yes, I watched the BBC documentary & believed this was the most reputable company in the UK.

That is good to hear regarding the fat transfer, as I say, it isn't too lumpy especially on erection. In the the flaccid state, it is slightly but not too unusual.
My concern was the fact a buffer was inserted, I read on this forum that could prove a problem in the long run?

The phallosan is pretty expensive at £300 - require some feedback on whether this is worth the punt. If anything else is better out there? Especially for erect state?

I don' think you really have anything to worry about with future problems. The advent of fillers means that the long term issues guys used to run into with fat transfers aren't really a big deal as any the problems, such as uneven re-absorption of fat or lumps etc, can be disguised with relatively small amount of filler.

I can't comment on the quality of Phallosan, but you should still be able to make gains.

Who performed your surgery?

Hello, everyone, I could use some ideas. I tried using the x4 over and over the last 2 years and have gone from the noose and back to the strap. Unfortunately the noose can come undone and the strap is causing pain on the glands ridge. I use the Bib several times a week but usually go to vacuum hanging because it’s quicker. I learned that taping is a MUST with waterproof tape or else I would get blisters. Unfortunately, the tape makes my glands and head sensitive. I also use that same vacuum design cup with a belt like the Phallosan. Trying to put as much time in as I can. With taping, and the sensitivity of my glands, I am looking for an alternative for a couple days to let it heal and was thinking about the x4. However, with the head being sensitive, it’s difficult to strap on. Any ideas?

But i dont see pics from mens in internet they have results with phallosan,have anywear results with phallosan in this forum more then 1 cm after 6-12 month ?

Phallosan is since 20 years on the market but i dont see in internet result pics from many mens,why ?
