Good to know. I’m two weeks I’m and I’m thinking about getting the glans enlarged since now the proportions are off. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

How is your current neck/circ scar area? How does it look when pushed down? I have Ellanse but I hate how the circ scar area cant be treated. I am thinking of getting it removed and doing a megaderm just for that reason.

@wannabebig1 some of my recent posts and photos on this thread address that area. I had it filled in recently and it looks much better. When I added filler after the alloderm procedure I didn’t like how it looked with the dip/shelf look but Dr Liu was able to fill in right above it so it’s more of a taper now.

I can tell for sure but I dated my partner for a year and he had no idea. I finally just told him. He’s a he so thought it was cool because most guys want to be bigger lol. Anyhow if you want I can snap a pic Erect over the next few days and repost because there is still a minor shelf area with the skin pulled back, although my situation is a bit different because I did a couple rounds of filler after having alloderm placed. When it was alloderm only the shelf was not an issue for me at all.

Ahhhh! So if one is only interested in the plain dermal implant then their neck area will be okay? I currently have Ellanse but do not like how my neck cant be treated i want to get it removed and get a megaderm. But wow your partner didnt know???

Yeah he had no idea. I think he probably just wouldn’t have even considered it as a possibility. And I’m not really monstrously large - it just looks like I’m on the girthy side.

I think with dermal only you should be good but I would recommend checking with the couple of other guys on this forum who have done the procedure and nothing else. There are two others I know of who have a recovery post from surgimend or alloderm if you search for Dr Liu’s name in the threads.

Was this even with the shelf issues? Yes I searched. Its just nerve wrecking cause Ellanse there is no operation. However it has been 4 years. I can feel it changing every now and then and Im not a fan of that. Size wise I went from 4.3-6 Inch Girth but lately the aesthetics really bugging me. Thinking of getting it removed or atleast some removed then layering megaderm. Want to stay at least around the 5.5-5.75 size mark. Can show a pic if you want! LMK

If you don't mind me asking who did your alloderm treatment and would you recommend doing 2 grafts 1 year wpart

I did the alloderm with Dr. Liu. I don’t think stacking grafts is a recommended practice, but it gives a good base for filler. I have the shelf, bit I will be going back for some filler work to smooth it out.

How much can be obtained with alloderm alone. I'm not a fan of fillers so if alloderm alone would be enough for Girth enhancement that's the route I will take.
