Haven't done an update in awhile and quite a lot has happened so figured I should for any one interested. Also haven't looked at this thread in ages so seeing my starting point is kind of wild.

Since my initial two sessions of PMMA at Avanti I changed course and have gotten HA added in addition. At first this was kind of a gamble in a way but now there are practitioners blending the two, adding HA after, etc. And I've had zero issues so I'm happy.

The first clinic I went to in Toronto was good. I believe I mentioned it here. Topical numbing only, one injection site. Small amounts at a time and he mostly places on top of the shaft, similar to most HA injectors here for some reason. I think it's to give it that visual pop Flaccid. But it doesn't really uniformly enlarge the shaft. Over multiple visits I'd say total volume from him was about 12-15 syringes give or take. I should post pics of that, I had more of a humped Dick, fat on top.

Enter the most recent practitioner. This is a fully honest endorsement... With how I am feeling now, I legitimately wish this existed earlier or had dealt with longer. The clinic is Leonardo Medical in Toronto. He lists his processes in detail on his site. Key features being, topical numbing, then injected numbing, additional numbing if you feel anything, Trimix injection to induce Erection as he prefers to inject Erect to sculpt, two injection sites, one on each side, uses a type of green light that displays veins and arteries and the cannula like a Christmas tree lighting up. For new patients he also use a hybrid blend of HA and Radiesse. Which would have been my preference. To be cautious this session last Monday was done using only Revanesse Ultra HA. He was more open to using his hybrid in future sessions since I have a uniform layer of HA now. He was leery of aggravating the PMMA with Radiesse as the manufacturer strongly advised against using it. I think it's a liability thing. Anyway, he is fantastic. Not only do I like him personally, he's a fantastic injector, his process seems refined, and was an all around great experience. I would 100% recommend him (and already have lol).

This week I received 10 1.2 ml syringes of Revanesse. Based on past HA I'm at the point of low, being the swelling is gone and it hasn't soaked up water and expanded yet. I'm thrilled. He did have to punch around the PMMA fairly aggressively, hence the bruising where no HA was yet. Zero pain aside from the odd jolt during which he numbed.

Yeah. It's big. Lol. I haven't full on measured myself yet and will wait until I hit a couple weeks out but it's well over 7" in Girth at its widest point. Do plan on returning. I'm married, this for our enjoyment lol.

Hey Justin I've used Dr. Leonardo as well! Great guy and very professional. I've done 2 rounds with him totalling 21 ml over the last 6 months. His hybrid mix with Radiesse & Revanesse seems like the best of both worlds. Firmness and a natural feel measuring 7' Girth with 7" Erect length. Looking forward to round 3.

Oh you did? Nice! Great guy.

You're large. What's your goal? I go in again on September 18th. Think I'm around the 7.5 Girth mark at my widest point right now, give or take. I'll get another 10 or so syringes and might go with the blend of Radiesse.

OH WOW...another 10 ml! You will be over 8 inches in Girth (XLarge). Especially if you go with the hybrid. I gained 1/2 Inch from 4 hybrids. Do you feel having the HA over top of the PMMA has proven to be more satisfactory then PMMA alone or is it just an easier logistic option and you would prefer to have more PMMA? Thanks for sharing your experiences it is very helpful!

Yeah... she might me but she's also into it lol.

Ahh I mean, the idea of PMMAs permanence is a selling point and I was happy with all that. I find logistically this is the only option that can repeatedly work easily for my life right now. I like that it seems smoother and easier to sculpt. I like the pretty substantial size jumps per dollar if that makes sense. I like that I can push the size envelope and not be totally committed (although if I dissolved all the HA I'm not sure if all this added procedure trauma would alter how that would look on its own? This is all kind of new and hard to find comparables).

Overall I'm very happy with this product and method.

Fully recovered from last session. No issues or complaints.

Have one more full session booked for Sept 18th. Really thinking I'm going to opt for getting the hybrid with Radiesse just to add more longevity (and because I'm curious). I have no complaints about firmness or gains or anything with just the Revanesse Ultra though. Will likely be my last full round with the goal of actual augmentation.

Making sure I'm understanding - if Leonardo were also a top shelf PMMA injector you'd have likely gone that route instead?
Your point about injecting in a lump on top does concern me. I'd definitely want width balancing things out, and not just arbitrary dorsal Girth for the sake of Girth.

I'd have no issues trusting him to inject Bellafill. I feel like he's more than capable. Just no one up here seems to want to take on any of the risks with permanent filler. So... Yeah. If he offered Bella I would have been tempted to/likely to go that route simply because I'm not adverse to PMMA and already had it.

I was being a bit dramatic when I said "lump" but it does seem to be a fairly common thing with some HA Girth injectors to primarily/initially inject more on top. I think they feel it gives the illusion of more Flaccid size and heft or something. He took more of an even sausage approach. He also seemed more apt to fill out the base and get closer to the glans. I'm happy. Just want a bit more. Hope that makes sense.

I'm also sure over time and by asking any injector would shape more how you desire.

Can anyone give any more information on this “point of low” mentioned? After the swelling goes down, is there a low point after which there is some expansion?

I’m about 2 weeks post my first treatment of HA at PhalloFILL, and it seems all the swelling is gone. Should I expect some kind of expansion to come?

Any suggestions to improve results?

My understanding is HA in general soaks up 'water' once it's inside the body. So it expands a bit compared to the initial volume. Time frame for this varies I'd assume between brands and types of HA.

The low spot or low point when talking about fillers like PMMA and Ellanse is usually once the carrier has been absorbed but the spheres aren't finished stimulating collagen growth. So totally different mechanisms but in my experience both products kind of have a low point once the swelling from the initial procedure trauma is gone.

makes sense, was making sure i wasn't detecting buyer's remorse in spite of prior indications you were happy with the PMMA outcome.

Wild to think we're inundated with so many GOOD options nowadays.

Zero remorse when it comes to PMMA really. If anything, if it could work with my current life and situation, I would have wanted more (or if my practitioner now ever decides he'd give Bella a go down the line). Simply because of the permanence. I wanted to be huge so... Obviously permanent would be better in a way lol.

Won't be everyone's cup of tea I suppose but here's an update.

Had a fill this past Monday. Decided to stick with straight Revanesse Ultra. Received eight 1.2ml syringes, so I guess that's just shy of ten ml.

It's... substantial. These are pics from day of/day after. It was right around 8 inches in circumference at the base and part way up. It honestly feels bigger today now, so... We'll see what happens as the filler absorbs water and expands.

I personally love it, but it is a lot. I usually hit full size about a week or so after it seems.

You are VERY fortunate to have large glans, going 8 inches would dwarf most average units (and certainly out of reach for me for that reason). How you managed to retain proportionality is pretty good all things considered.

Thanks SO.

My glans is 5.5 so that's helped. In all honesty though... I wasn't concerned. I think I've been a happy patient all along because I'm not hung up on aesthetics or proportion. Part of me almost always wanted to look kind of enhanced anyway.

I'm curious to see how it evens out or if it expands much. The pics are almost deceiving. He added a fair bit right around the sides, underneath (yeah, he will), and pounded the base pretty full.
