Personally I think its to do with being uncircumcised and having lose skin that moves easily. Yeah a bit slow with the before and after pics but thanks to Hoddle for the link to my other thread. The lump is getting better with time but still there and cheers for the natural comment.

Have attached pics. The first 2 are the ones before. The other 3 are the ones from after. The last pic shows the lump when I pull back on the Foreskin. Have attached one with my body for better relativity as sometimes pics to zoomed in are hard to judge. BTW I am 1.87m and 80kg or about 6ft2 and 175 pounds. Also I am 32 which I don\'t think I mentioned yet.

Thought I would do a 6 month post op update.

The final increase was about 0.3 Inch throughout the shaft. The lump/accordion effect I had to the right of the shaft when retracting the Foreskin has almost gone. It is like the forskin is able to move further down the shaft and is no longer gathering at that piont. In all I am happy with the aesthetics and it has got better with time. Probably should have gone 10% but I think I got away with the more riskier 30% from the piont of view.

One thing I am not to pushed about is how it feels. To me it does not feel the same as it use too. I did not put to much consideration in how it would feel before the procedure which was not wise. When Erect it feels better than when soft. when soft I can feel the PMMA under the skin and can kind of pull it away from the shaft. Obviously with a natural Dick you can\'t do this and it is a reminder that I have plastic in my Dick. when Erect it feels more like it did before. I think this is because everything tightens up when Erect and less things can move about.

One positive thing that I liked is that it increased the Flaccid length by about 0.5 Inch which I can\'t really explain. I doubt it is the weight of the PMMA pulling it down as I just got 15cc. I think PMMA must work as an anti retraction?

In all I have decided not to have any more and if I was back in January I would not do it again. Not a major regret but a regret all the same. One of the reasons for doing this was to get a bigger base as usually my base is about 0.5 narrower than my mid shaft but I have become to like my shape more now.
