I appreciate the compliment! But also know this is only 3 weeks after - and there are plenty of palpable lumps - which I am not sure how they will turn out.

I wouldn\'t look at these pics as anything final. I just like to document the trajectory of how things change over time.

I have some Flaccid pics earlier in my journal which were about 8 weeks post.

Week 3

Here\'s a Flaccid pic with that really annoying Nodule I have in the Flaccid state (it\'s bad in the Erect state too). It\'s very hard on top, and it sits on a mound of softer tissue. The top of it is hard & connected to the PMMA deeper in the penis & below the layers from my earlier rounds which are softer. There\'s basically no way to remove the lump manually that I can see - because of how embedded it is.

The other side has no nodules Flaccid, but three large ones appear when Erect. I will post pics of this later. It\'s hard to get a good Erection with this thing (and the fact I attempted to remove it).

By this time after R1 and R2, I had plenty of sex (at 10 days)...this time (at 21 days), I still can\'t do anything with anyone new...and there hasn\'t been any change either. These nodules are still hard and seem like an STD.

Sorry to hear that, my one is much smaller and it is on the inside of my Foreskin so not visible but really painful. Did you talk to Wade about it?

I just emailed him about it and the other ones too. The worse ones are the Erect ones. Here\'s everything - the Full 3 week report. 5.0-5.5 EG, though lumpy so hard to measure.

The only Nodule I got rid of is were I got the Kenalog shot! Damn. We were being cautious so we only did 1 area, but now I wish I just did ALL the lumps that were forming. Who knows, though... I can still go back too.

The lumps and nodules aren\'t a bad thing is they are smooth. Some dildo\'s have lots of bumps on them.

Well the problem is that they don\'t feel natural at all. No normal penis would have these. It\'s much harder to see via picture than by feeling it. They feel really strange. And the top right one hurts like a big zit. I had one like this before but it was not at an injection site and all the way at the base so it wasn\'t so obvious. It disappeared after two months but I think these are a little worse. And they start at injection sites and just go very deep under the old PMMA I think.

Yah, I noticed yesterday that I have a small bb sized bump (actually smaller than a bb) on the right side at the injection point.

I sent Wade my pics, and he said he hasn\'t seen entry point nodules that bad in a very very long time. Dr. C\'s advice is to wait until 6 weeks before doing anything - but the thing is, the 3 nodules I had injected with Kenalog at day 10 are gone (or very small). Everything else that we decided not to inject just increased in size and density.Wade also asked if I did anything different this time, but nothing changed that I can think of. It\'s so strange. I think the 30% metacrill I had 8 months ago wasn\'t really 30% and metacrill\'s manufacturing was having problems (hence no gains for me and many many others who had it at Dr. C and Dr. N). So, I had no nodules from that \"30%\" and some small ones from my 10% round. This linnea safe is \"really\" 30% so we\'re seeing the \"real\" problems from 30%...some of which used to be posted here years ago.Unfortunately, all the doctors I see are agreeing that no more intervention should happen until it is after 6 weeks (though some articles suggest 4 weeks is sufficient). I just don\'t agree with that approach since PMMA is going to create more and more dense collagen fibers that are going to be much harder to disperse. yes, Kenalog can cause dents and unevenness down the road, but huge lumps are worse than dents. And, dents can be filled in with a touch up of 10% - lumps are more difficult to deal with.

I don\'t really know what to do. I have been virtually abstinent for a month now - and this was supposed to be my final round that would get me to 5.25 with minimal aesthetic problems (keeping the CCs down to 15). I don\'t even know if I\'m gonna get to 5.25, given the shrinkage...and the fact the product and collagen are clumped like this on my left side. I guess it could get better in a month - but it seems 50/50 to me if it might just get worse.

4 weeks

Erect Girth is nearly the same as pre-op. Basically 4.8-5.0, and 4.5 at the circ area.

Flaccid Girth is 4.5-5\" (up about 1/2\")

There are 2 large, dense lumps on the left and 1 large dense lump on the top middle.

Then, there are 2 bb-sized rock hard lumps...one in the upper left, and one on the right. these are injection site nodules

This is the longest I\'ve gone after any round with so many problems...and usually around 4 weeks there is some stable gain. Right now, there\'s nothing gained if you don\'t count the nodules.

So, now I just spent $3500 for the same size & a ton of problems that make it impossible to have sex (particularly the lump on the top / skin surface which anyone would mistake for an std). Maybe this will change, but obviously it\'s frustrating given that this is my third round and I only gained 0-1/4\" in my second round.

Wow. I really thought that the days of no gains were over. But, you did gain in Flaccid Girth. That is a little strange. It seems that if you gained FG you would gain EG too.

I thought so too, especially with linnea safe. I guess I have 2 more weeks that it could still grow in - and possibly even after that it can change...but I don\'t think it\'ll be that drastic (who knows) based on past experience. But, so far, it\'s not looking great...similar to what SLK20003 posted, except he had metacrill.

I\'m just kind of depressed at the moment about this whole thing, with it looking bad on top of the fact it\'s not any bigger. The Flaccid gain is kind of variable. Sometimes it\'s 4\" sometimes it\'s 5\"... but Erect, it doesn\'t get any bigger than 5\" because that PMMA gets stretched out.

I wonder if a lot of the PMMA got stuck in these big nodules I have on the left...though they are certainly not 15cc big...so I don\'t know what is going on, but I hope something changes in the next few weeks.

Also, I wonder if Cialis and various Erection-enhancement supplements (arginine, citrulline) are not a good idea. They are used (off-label, and only theoretically) for reducing the fibrosis in peyronies disease. I\'m going to stop them today. In Peyornie\'s, the goal is to get rid of the fibrosis and extra collagen on the tunica in the penis. Here, the goal is to encourage it (it\'s not on the tunica, it\'s a separate layer)...so definitely (lemperle himself has said) high doses of cortisone are going to be bad. However, viagra / Cialis has a very minor, tangential effect on collagen building...still, I wonder if this is part of the problem. I thought a lot of guys took these pills after the procedure to get erections, but I could be wrong.

N.F. Gonzalez-Cadavid, J. RajferTreatment of Peyronie's disease with PDE5 inhibitors: an antifibrotic strategyNat Rev Urol, 7 (2010), pp. 215'221AbstractPeyronie\'s disease (PD) is a localized fibrotic condition of the tunica albuginea that is associated with risk factors for corpora cavernosa fibrosis (such as advanced age and diabetes) and Dupuytren contracture, another localized fibrotic process. Most of the current pharmacological treatments for PD are not based on antifibrotic approaches that have shown promising results in animal models and clinical efficacy in other fibrotic conditions, which may explain why they are generally unsuccessful. Evidence gathered in human specimens and animal models of PD have elucidated aspects of its etiology and histopathology, showing that overexpression of transforming growth factor ?1, plasminogen activator inhibitor 1, reactive oxygen species and other profibrotic factors, which are, in most cases, assumed to be induced by trauma to the tunica albuginea, leads to myofibroblast accumulation and excessive deposition of collagen. At the same time, a steady overexpression of inducible nitric oxide synthase, leading to increased nitric oxide and cGMP levels, seems to act as an endogenous antifibrotic mechanism. This process has also been reported in corporal and cardiovascular fibrosis, and has led to the demonstration that long-term continuous administration of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors counteracts the development of a PD-like fibrotic plaque in a rat model, and later extended to the prevention of corporal fibrosis in animal models of erectile dysfunction. And this article says the exact opposite...viagra increases fibroblasts in the penis!

Here\'s Lemperle\'s timeline for bellafill, which is a similar pmma product (different carrier, though still pmma).

I think I read that it effects the bodies ability to produce collagen.
