Does anyone else think that all of the reports about post-coital pain really underscore the idea that the PMMA creates a separate middle layer that sorta floats around in your penis, neither fully attached to the surface skin, nor fully attached to the original tissue below, and it\'s like this thin layer of rubber that now moves around with only some degree of discipline inside your unit?

Dude. Light exercise for two weeks, two weeks after the procedure.
That doesn\'t mean you can go back to squats. You just had plastic surgery.
If you have pain after sex you need to lay off it.

It will subside but I had mild pain for 3-4 weeks.

Don\'t aggrevate the nodules by fiddling with them.
Let the inflammation die down.

Since my last posting...

The size has done some rollercoaster moves. One day it felt so thick that I had to measure. It was 5.75 circ, 5.5 mid, 6.25 base. The strangest thing is that it didn\'t feel swollen and when Erect was nice and firm. This didn\'t last too long though.

I refrained from sex from the last time I complained about the pain here till last night. That seems to be about 3 weeks. I still had discomfort last night around my ligaments at top base. She was grinding pretty well though. Still, not fun.

My size has diminished considerably the last couple of weeks. I guess there is no more swelling. Accept I do notice that the circ area is still considerably larger than the rest both Flaccid and Erect.

The pain that I had mentioned earlier on the left side where the \"fix\" injection was placed turned into a very rubbery mass of tangled flesh, harder than the rest and very noticeable to the touch. I have a large, very hard lump there that I believe was caused from the second injection and the entry point that was already closed in the same spot. I believe it would have been better for the Doc to reopen that entry point and let it ooze, or allow me to \"milk\" it. I don\'t like it. It is very noticeable at all times and a bit uncomfortable to touch.

Right now I am having the same kind of dull pain on the right side just opposite of where I had it on the left, at circ scar. The same thing is happening here... It is turning into a rubbery mangle of flesh and I am getting a lump (or Nodule) on that side as well.

I have been massaging these areas regularly, and I will say that it has helped but I feel like I have VERY little control over the outcome.

I am still not going to do a measure until a month and am starting to believe that the process of healing is still going to be longer and measurements will change (diminish).

Even though there is some size increase, I am not exactly happy with the current outcome. The pain and nodules are very annoying and of course the fact that I have no control over the shape, the feel, or diminishing those nodules has me frustrated.

I have mentioned the massaging here in the forum and have gotten some advice to leave it alone, but then mentioned the same information to some health practitioners of mine that did say to keep massaging it. I would have to agree... the information that I received from my wound care specialist some years ago told me that massaging is incredibly important to keep scar tissue in a \"formed\" or aligned cellular growth as apposed to just a tangled mass that looks and feels abnormal. Now, granted, I am not sure if that is what we want in our penises... maybe that tangled mess is what creates the size, but personally I desire a very natural feel as well.

When I post the pictures you may notice that in the Flaccid state, you can see that uniformity of growth is not even and makes it look a bit twisted. Another thing I am not totally happy with but am riding it out to see what the outcome is. This was exactly my issue with fillers... the difficulty in uniformity.

I have read that a lot of you guys before me have had a lot of your issues rectified by going back... right now I just hope a lot of my life\'s challenges will subside so that I can. I would definitely like for these lumps to go away... It is REALLY bothering me.

Your last post wasn\'t the most upbeat update . . . did things get better for ya? (Hoping so....)

The good thing is the bump in the skin finally dissipated but it really looks terrible. I can feel bumps and scar tissue when its Erect as well... I hope this visit will fix it.

Current measurements: 4.75 Circ, 4.75 Mid, 5.8 base.

All done with second fill and fix.

I was in for about 3.5 hrs. My body kept processing the lidocaine out so the doc had to stop and reapply everytime he moved to a new location. My god that was torture.

He also had to come back in and add a couple of cc\'s after Wade tried to massage some product into low areas with no success.

right now it looks ok... but as Wade told me, this is totally unpredictable. You can to the best after care and still not have control over the effect.

So I was filled with another 30% and 10% at tip (as usual). I totaled about 22 cc\'s this time. My head was spinning with all the lidocaine in my system so I didn\'t really care about the details.

This time my after care was spent on making sure that all of my low spots got attention. I left it alone for a while and would come back to it filling in the low spots with my fingers, manually.

I also did more work with it Erect. As I mentioned earlier, the flaws where more apparent when Erect and its much easy to determine what needs worked on.

I also used my double roller that I showed earlier to smooth things out... that seemed to work great for smoothing last time. I will continue to do this for the next week, regularly.

Tomorrow, I fly back and will wear the sleeve with a cap and have it stretched out during the flights... This seems to be important because even at this stage things seem to flow where they want.

Finally, I noticed that my body absorbed the suspension very fast... I noticed a significant decrease in size just in the 24 hours after procedure... so that really tells me something about my own body... I am sure it will swell during the flights and am curious to see if I have the same aesthetic result after the flights as I did last time.

That looks great man. And looks like you had minimal bruising, too.

It does look good--hoping you are happier with the outcome this time around as things settle.

This month, Thanksgiving, will mark one year since my 2nd fill of PMMA.

I am posting a progress report of pics. This will be of the 6 month mark.

Postive (let\'s start with that):
I have more confidence and more of a drive because I\'m not afraid to use it anymore. It still feels much thicker that what I was used to. I works during coitus, wonderfully.

Not so Positive:
Flat spots, Nodule toward tip, voids, high spots. Still, it looks better than it did after just the first fill.
Major Note: the scar tissue (which some might call the \"implant\") feels a bit spongy while Erect. Not what I was hoping for when I asked earlier (Wade) if there was a noticeable difference in Erection (hardeness). There is!
