So it turns out
Avanti Derma Is on the 11th floor of the tower next to me in the same building... That is incredibly convenient.
Its funny how we all have our own perspectives on things... and I would not say that they were very professional at all. There could have been better costumer service from the beginning. I had to ask for a water and while I was naked on the table the door kept being opened for all else to see.
On a positive note, they were all friendly and I rolled the lack of professionalism more into a fraternity feel which made me feel so much better. Wade and I discussed work that we had done individually and then we talked about body building and cutting up, which gave me a sense of comradery and comfort.
I think the doc tells everyone that they are a good candidate because when he told it to me I laughed out loud at the sound of it being rehearsed. Wade had asked me if I knew what I wanted him to use... and I told him quickly it was either 10 or 30 percent because of uniformity and was leaning toward 30. He said ok and told the doc when Dr. C came in that I wanted 30 and the doc said OK. I was floored... I asked them, no argument? no recommendation? The doc just said they do it all the time and Wade said I could get up to an
Inch increase that I would be happy with.
I only looked at the procedure a few times as the look of my penis being \"poked around on the inside\" did NOT sit well with my psyche.
All-in-All, It was a really easy experience... I thought the worst part would be the numbing shots but I never even felt them.
So I got back to my room, iced it, tried to put stretcher to keep it fully elongated, but settled on a sleeve and fell asleep for a LONG time. I woke to see some accumulation of
PMMA at the front of the base much like you would see swollen while using a vacuum pump. I got up, massaged it back down, used the roller provided, and have the silicone stretcher on it that I brought, which is piece of crap.
I should concentrate on work, but its already 11:30pm for me.
I think I\'m just going to try and ice it two more times (the swelling isn\'t bad at all) and then go to sleep.
I took a picture 30 minutes pre-op and about 30 minutes post-op to see the difference. I\'ll be more interested to see the trauma tomorrow. (figures I can\'t see images from apple phone on PC on order to post them - have to figure something else out). Ugh!!
Going to try to attach photos now. I took the first photo 30 minutes pre-op and the second 30 minutes post-op....
