Please make sure you contact the Investigator with your case info. I have recently talked to him and he tells me he has a good case to present to the board. The more \"victims\" report to him, the stronger the case will be.

I urge all of you to contact him, you will have full privacy talking to him. I met him personally in LA and he seems dedicated to do his job. Remember, he has other cases to work on, so it will take him some time to respond back to you.

We owe it to future elist victims to do what ever we can to stop this person from destroying other men\'s lives!

I agree with Mustang2020. I spent considerable time talking to the investigator and my case is included in the medical board complaint. When I finally came fully out of denial, I was so angry with Elist and the entire staff who sit back and watch multiple men go through surgeries that will not work. When I think back to finally meeting Cole in person after speaking on the phone, he acted very jittery and could not look me in the eye. He is complicit in his enabling and consulting with men to get the surgery knowing that most will be back with many complaints, redos, and finally, Removal. He seemed like a decent man but then he is also a psychopath without a conscience. I don\'t know how staff members continue to work there watching a parade of unhappy men report back how awful the surgery results are nd ask to have it removed. 95% success rate is a complete bald face lie. Dr. Solomon stated that it just isn\'t possible to have a long-term success with this type of object unless you don\'t mind a product that will ultimately come apart and become distorted over time. I watched mine do just that in just a few months. I had to move up my surgery to April 9th to preemptively prevent the protrusion from coming through the skin. It already hurts and is starting to cause daily pain now. It would be only a matter of time before I would have to enter urgent care to have it removed.

I am patient number 2 on the California Medical Board Link , I am still undergoing evaluations
Since I still have deformity and shortening
My penile length and Girth was not only normal but slightly above average
I went for an orchiopexy and came with a silicone implant... so disgraceful... thoughts crossed my mind
But Instead I took action and took him to the California State Medical Board, I still think not enough has been done
As he continues to practice and injure multiple men.

Many people do not speak up because they want to get some refund from Jamshid Elist (his real name). However, in order to secure the money, you will have to sign non-disclosure agreement. That would be fine with me if I could get a significant refund. Nonetheless, he is not willing to refund at least 2/3 of the high fee that he charged people. It\'s disgusting. More people should report him to the Medical Board.

Another bunch of guys filed complaints with the CA medical board as well very recently. Can there be a class action lawsuit?

God, I hope so! It would be great to get the full refund and maybe even sue him for punitive damage!

An update from my previous post and what has been done since my implant was removed. You can look back at my previous post to see what happened.

After i returned home from the hospital, i was healing up slowly and was able to get an Erection. Prior to my second follow up appointment, the area where they put in a drain tube after Removal of the implant, was not closing. I initially thought it was caused by scar tissue cause i could see something white. I used some tweezers to pull on it and it ended up being some kind of gauze material. At my second follow up appointment the Dr said that gauze/mesh has to come out or the wound will not heal. Said the surgery should only take about 20 minutes. Fast forward to surgery, which i just had on may 6th. I woke up from anesthesia almost 3 hours later. The doctor contacted my wife explaining what was happening. The mesh that was put in by Elist became embedded into the nerves near the head of my penis. The Dr stated if he removed what is embedded that i will never have an Erection again and i will also be numb and not feel anything in that area. They took out all they could. The Dr stated it is a foreign body and he is not sure if it will become infected at some point or if it will never get infected. The Dr said if it becomes infected they have no choice but to cut it out and at that point i would have to look into having a pump prothesis or something like that done in order to have sex again. I have had some erections since the surgery but not many and also not as hard as they used to be. Im still in the early stages of healing from surgery and hoping the erections recover when im healed. ???. It is slightly curved and i have lost some length since the surgery to have it removed. As of yet i dont know if i will have any more loss of length or more curvature from this recent surgery. Only time will tell.

I talked to the investigator after my first surgery and he said i was not a candidate for his investigation due to my implant being put in a few years back. I have no clue if Elist can be held responsible for the mesh issue. If anyone knows, please let me know. I contacted lawyers after my first surgery and they all seem to say there is no case. I wonder if they say that because nobody has come out and tried to hold the Dr responsible for what is going on.

Hoping everything heals up and no further issues arise.

Thanks for letting me vent out my frustrations.

So sorry about what happened to you! The Medical Board does need more recent cases to go after Jamshid Elist/James Elist. He and his staff are so good at making excuses that it is disgusting. I still blame myself for falling for their trap. I really do hope that your situation would get better in the future. I would need more surgeries to remove the scar (and treat curvature) myself. It\'s scary.

Yes, I had mine removed and thankfully the mesh patch was able to be removed also since I only had the implant in for 10 months. I am so sorry to hear about your experience. There will definitely be repercussions for Elist and staff at some point. Hopefully, it will not become infected at some point. Those who still have the implant in do not realize what the future holds for them. It really is only a matter of time before they too will have to remove this twisted foreign object that is not meant to be inserted into the penis.

I had contacted 4 or 5 attorneys back in 2009 about suing Elist, & I received the same treatment. They all said there isn\'t much of a case if you signed papers.

I wonder if one of their sons went threw this surgery, would they have thought differently about a possible case? I believe so!

I believe that over time more guys will have complained and had their implants removed. Additionally, the latest group of men who complained to the medical board will increase the chances of lawyers eventually taking the case as a class action suit. Once it has been proven that Elist is operating from false advertising and fraud, it won\'t matter that we all signed papers. It\'s the fraud and claims that will get him in trouble along with the majority of people getting the implant removed. Eventually, having signed papers will be trumped by other factors made evident by the medical board and myriad reports of fraud and harm done to hundreds of men.
