There isn\'t one yet. But people have been kicking around the idea for a while.

I think a lawsuit has happened before, but Elist might have settled w/o public knowledge. If a class action starts, does each persons information like their name, etc is public knowledge? I\'m assuming men haven\'t come forward with lawsuits is because we dont want ourselves embarrassed further, & our friends & families finding out.

Just think about, how low do men feel about their self esteem & body to go under the knife with a doctor to try & make their lives better, only to be hurt further by Elist, & now most men\'s self esteems are completely shot.

Its gonna be a task to gather 40 or more men willing to have their identities out there in the public eye.

Wow, this is legit! There are so many red flags and ethical failures, but the one that gets me everytime is when a returning patient with a complication is offered to upgrade his implant rather than a permanent Removal ... blows my mind!

In a class action suit there is generally only one named plaintiff. Everyone else is considered a member of the class.

From what i have read I strongly suspect a smart and aggressive trial lawyer would take this case and drown his insurance coverage and savings. It's free money.

In California, I think one has 2 years to file. I wish I had filed then knowing what I know now. New victims can file now and even if they do not go to court, there will be a record of the case, a few cases like these \"will\" get people\'s attention AND the Medical board\'s attention....

I know for a fact that he settled privately with a few victims (those who persisted calling his office) by giving them money back.

I hope this is the beginning of his end!

There are ways to stop him from further mutilating other men. I understand the issues around Elist, but why do you say the implant itself is dangerous? To my un-medical mind, it seems semi-solid silicone is a better alternative than a more liquidlike free silicone or PMMA. What am I missing?

That the penis is a dynamic organ and the silicone implant is static....It doesn't work and is very susceptible to infection.
He makes it out to be some kind of beautifully crafted medical device. You know what it looks like? A hastily cut out piece of plastic with frayed edges. It's insane what this man is getting away with.

Omg i was so close to getting that procedure done only due to me attempting to save the money n kept calling short to affording it did i have time to see and notice the complaints n bad reviews that were popping up n then it was back to the drawing board...
