Lexus27 wrote: @skeptical one. You have to read what i wrote. #Facts guys don\'t get what they pay for.

That\'s not a fact, that\'s a baseless assertion.

Lexus27 wrote: #Facts There are guys who are smaller and bigger but recieved the same amount of cc\'s.

So what? Not everyone responds the same way to a procedure that relies on collagen stimulation.

Lexus27 wrote: #Facts 10% isn\'t shit.

That\'s false. While there are instances where men have seen little-to-no-gains (myself included) using 10%, others have reported modest gains with 10%. Maybe it isn\'t as effective as 20% or 30% but it \"isn\'t shit.\"

Lexus27 wrote: #Facts guys talking about your paying for skill but meanwhile there\'s a new person injecting your penis with PMMA? What\'s her actual experience besides dr.c training her?

Paying for skill implies paying for proficiency in technique and/or relevant experience. Dr. C is presumably the most experienced penile-injector that I\'m aware of in the Western Hemisphere and by extension, I\'d feel more comfortable with his trainees. I have not been under the care of Dr. Morales so I cannot speak for her bedside manner. Simply being trained by Dr. C doesn\'t necessarily guarantee she\'ll be very good or the next \"Dr. C,\" but she certainly has a competitive edge regardless (being his protege).

Lexus27 wrote: #Facts PMMA is bought from Brazil which is dirt cheap so for guys not to get what they pay for is ridiculous which still saves them more on top of the rised prices. You cannot tell me skeptical one that it\'s fair that two guys with different penis length to receive the same amount. There\'s tons of evidence on that here.

If it\'s so dirt cheap, and if physician experience & technique are not of high priority, there are plenty of injectors out there, go for it. But complaining about pricing in a market economy is just a head-scratcher.

If your so worked up on the dollars & cents of a procedure that\'s still cheaper than some of its competitors & most of its predecessors, you may want to discontinue your penis enlargement endeavors. Cost is important, sure, but it\'s also dictated by simple economics. This forum is literally crawling with new names of up-and-coming physicians, maybe someone can offer a cost-effective alternative, otherwise this nickling and diming of CC\'s is ridiculous in the grand scheme of things.

That\'s just my opinion. I may seem to prefer defending Avanti Derma, but I was more interested in debunking the notion that you were speaking in \"facts.\" Much of what you express is sentiment & opinion, let\'s not cheapen what the word \"fact\" actually means.

This thread has also devolved into name-calling and the original aim of this thread has been not only addressed within, but through many old & new progress reports. If you aren\'t content with AD\'s pricing, check out state-side HA injectors, there are new names popping up on the forum all the time. Maybe through the exchange of first-hand accounts, phone calls, correspondences, etc, we can find competitors that will help bring some balance to the market. Till then, due to the stalled nature of this thread, I\'m locking it.

He actually showed me the package and wrote down how many units he injected.
The bigger problem is , in the US its easy to get interest free financing to do these procedures while in Mexico you need to bring a bag of cash.

Funny how no body has actually said dr.c actually showed them the box which contains the actual PMMA filler with the amount of ccs. I\'ll keep waiting. Also again I\'m not saying dr.c isn\'t good. What I\'m saying is if i pay for 20 cc\'s and want it at 30%,then that\'s what i should get. We\'ll fix issues later. Why am i paying the full price for him to give me what he wants?? Please don\'t say \"oh he knows best which is true but I\'ve seen many members still come out uneven with less. For all they know they could be just getting 10 ccs. I\'m not saying this is true but just a thought.

Dr. C showed me the unopened packaging both times I went there.

What's the issue exactly?

I\'ve been to DrN 3 times and I\'ve seen here unpacking the stuff out of original boxes everytime. She also take a sticker (I guess there is a set in every box) with a batch number and stick into the paperwork she keeps about me.. Also as someone mentioned she really only wants to do 10ml each round but has started to give for pressure and is doing more.. I got 18ml last time and she was quite adamant that\'s absolutely max (this is 1,5 years ago ish)

It\'s not technically not cosmetic surgery, actual surgery would be in a sterile OR suite. adding to the cost is was I trying to explain get verses a spa, clinic or dentist as you seemed to imply. In your response. Cosmetic procedures yes done by a Dermatologist is not a plastic surgery done by a cosmetic surgeon.

That is not a surgical suite like you would see in a hospital or even a out patient surgery setting. I have a significant medical back ground it appears no different from what you might find in almost any cosmetic spa or clinic where fillers are done. Most Brazilian Doctors inject large amounts of PMMA almost any where. Brazil is a BioPlasty mecca of the world. I have been reading researching this for over 10 years from Medical Journals and Published studies.

I am actually getting ready to take the plunge to do it. I\'m just more cautious most having seen so many disastrous results from cosmetic fillers and procedure first hand. I do think that a lot of people are reckless they read about something want it so bad they go and do it. I like to know as much as I can before I do anything invasive. If something goes wrong I\'m prepared.

I do agree that you have pay for time and skill. If you contact Dr.C office as I have in the past they stated that reason the price has gone is because the price of product has gone up perhaps Linnea Safe is more expensive. His office also a corner on the market I\'m sure that is factor as well. There is nothing wrong with asking to see the product before any procedure in a clinic setting it would be a foolish not to. To bad there many providers out there go lite on product to save a buck I\'m sure. I am no implying Advanti Derma does this.

Bang for buck is import to most unless you unwise with money or wealthy. Most people I hope try look for balance skill/history of Doctor involved and results.

I\'ve had a scar Removal surgery in a very similar setting to Dr C\'s, where I had PMMA. I\'ve also had HA filler in a regular office and it\'s very common to do so. It\'s routine to do dental extractions in settings very similar to Dr C\'s. Surgeries are carried out in those types of settings regularly.

Same. Showed me briefly without asking to see it. Could have shown me anything in a little bottle and would not have questioned it.

It would be very easy for a doctor to deceive a patient if they wanted? so once you commit, you just have to trust they will give you what they say they will/have

Agreed . I actually went for consultation to Dr Nacul in a southern city in Brazil that no one ever heard of and I went to Dr C in Tijuana in Jan 2018. I chose to do the procedure with Dr C over Nacul (even though Nacul would have been 1/3 of the price and I was already there) simply because I felt like Dr C had a lot more experience in this area. You are not paying for actual product , it cost nothing. You are paying for experience . Nacul may have invented the concept, But without a doubt in my mind, Dr C has more actual penis experience.

I really think there is a very unhealthy obsession with \"bang for your buck\" on this forum. PMMA is so cheap for someone like Dr C, that the idea of him skimping to save money is quite frankly absurd. I think more should be posted on the origins of the PE procedure, by the likes of Dr Nacul etc, so people start to understand the importance of using smaller amounts, especially for the first round. In my opinion 10cc is a more appropriate amount for the first round and I think that is what most of the Brazilian Dr\'s and Dr N recommends. It kind of lays the foundation and gives the Dr and patient and better idea of how well the product does in their anatomy. As I understand Dr C\' is prepared to inject up to 20 cc per round. It\'s not the PMMA you are really paying for as I doubt he pays more than $40 per cc. It\'s the time, skill and the fact he uses an assistant. You don\'t just walk in, take your pants off, have a bit a antiseptic wiped on and then have him inject with a needle for 10-15 mins. Even though it\'s a non surgical procedure, it\'s done very much like you are having actual plastic surgery and in a surgical setting. It isn\'t an \"in and out\" kind of place. Each appointment is booked for 2 hours. Before anyone starts ranting, check with those who have had HA with a needle etc and see if they get the same level of attention.

I\'m sure we have enough Dr N patients on the forum who will confirm that ideally she\'d like to use around 10 cc on the first round. There is a reason for this. You can\'t predict how each individual will react to the filler, as everyone\'s penis is different. You are paying more for Dr C\'s time, skill and the fact he uses an assistant, than you are the actual PMMA.
