Thanks for the support. Yeah the 30% definitely didn\'t sit well with me. I did contact Wade but just got a \"wait it out\" and fix it in round 2\" return message. It looks worse in person, I think it looks bad in pics too and it feels bad when I masturbate, just uneven and bumpy. Especially the bean size Nodule I have. I think I had too high of expectations after reading so many positive reports but I\'m not the first to experience this shape and I\'m sure it gets better in Round 2. The paper you sign before the procedure clearly states that Rd 2 is necessary and possibly a 3rd touch up. I\'m not comfortable to show this to any women so hopefully I can get this fixed asap. I hope that Dr. Cho and Lipen product will be okay to mix since I can\'t wait until November to go back to Dr. C. I will keep trying to relax and just wait until my consultation in Seoul to see what can be done. I will continue to update also. Thanks!

I\'d strongly recommend you wait it out. The biggest regret I have from my PE journey is that I lacked patience. If you think about it, a lack of patience is what has really got you to where you are now. Common sense tells us that a conservative approach is much wiser with these types of procedures, but desire to get as big as possible as soon as possible over rides our ability to think more rationally. With that in mind is it really a good idea to try and correct this with a product we know very little about and with a Dr we\'ve seen nothing of in terms of results?

Thanks Hoddle10! I appreciate your advice. I do believe that the Korean product has been studied and is possibly better than Metacril. Here is the study, I\'m sure you saw this in the Lipen-10 thread www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23171980

I also think that Korean medical procedures are as good as Brazils, if not better. People from all over the world come here for lower priced but high quality procedures. Dr. Cho has been involved with penis augmentation for 20 years. I have seen results on flaccid penises and they look very good, a lot better than mine looks at the moment.( There is also a youtube video of the actual procedure)

I just wish I could find a non bias website with unadjusted personal accounts of peoples procedure with Lipen and Dr. Cho. As of now, Metacril and Dr. C, has a longer track record and I see impartial progress reports of the results in a language I can understand completely. It\'s really a difficult decision. I will at least have a consultation with Dr. Cho just to see what he thinks and what he offers. If I don\'t feel comfortable, I will just have to wait the 9 months to see Dr C.

Thanks again for your concern!

Again I\'ll speak from experience. The reason I haven\'t had PMMA is because my many years on the surgical PE scene has taught me that studies mean next to nothing and when push comes to shove the only way to judge a procedure is to follow real case studies (ie people on forums). Theoretically PMMA sounds pretty good to me. The studies give me confidence. But there is no way I\'m doing it until I see close how the results are holding up 3-5 years down the line. It was very positive studies that convinced me PLGA scaffolds was the way to go. So I\'d be very wary about having a procedure in Korea that is hard to research.

I\'m not saying Dr Cho\'s a bad Dr or Lipen is a bad product, as I don\'t have a clue. Other than the studies, none of us do and as I\'ve pointed out, these studies aren\'t always particularly reliable. I could link you a study where FFT has a satisfaction rate in the 90\'s%.

Guys always try and think in a way that enables them to reach the conclusion they want to. I\'ve done lots of times and usually to my eventual regret. I see it happening here all the time. I can understand why you\'d want to go to Dr Cho, as he offers you the possibility of a quick fix, which ultimately is what you want. But you only have one penis and I think it\'s a bad idea to risk it just for the sake of not wanting to wait 9 months to go back to Mexico.

I can\'t tell you what to do, but I really strongly urge you not to do anything for 6 months. When I say anything I mean try and not even think about your penis. I\'d avoid this place and try and focus on other things in your life. I bet in that time the issues you are having would have changed a lot. I\'m not saying they will have resolved, but people do often report of softening of ridges and lumps over an extended period of time. I think you want to give as much opportunity as possible for this to happen, as it probably means a more conservative approach can used to correct the problems.

Thanks Hoddle10, you make very good thought provoking points. I might just wait as you suggest. It just makes better sense. My #1 concern right now is the bean size Nodule at one of my injection points. I wonder if I can just get that removed. I could wait 9 months if I could get rid of this large hard bump. The other asymmetry I can deal with. That is the most obvious sign of something fishy to women and I think it could be the easiest short term fix.

If anyone reads this and you had a large Nodule, how is it resolved? I know some say time but this thing is not going anywhere. The other small ones are harder to detect but one is just too big. Is this something injected with Kenalog? Or can it be cut out? I remember reading that someone took care of it themselves but I can\'t find the post. In the meantime I will email Wade again.

Thanks again for your sage advice Hoddle10!

Depending on the size and location of the Nodule, there are a few options.
First is an excision with local anesthesia. A small needle/knife essentially makes a small cut and the product is scraped/pulled/pushed out. A small bandage goes onto where the (very small) incision was made and healing should be quick.

Second is during a touch-up procedure. While the cannula is inside of you, it can be used to break up areas with high concentrations of product/collagen.

Lastly, Kenalog injections, but I recommend this as a last resort and very small amount aimed solely at the problem area.

Any one of these 3 options could be done in South Korea, but even then it\'s probably best to wait it out a little. See if it softens, it might make Removal even easier when you finally go in to get it taken care of. Good luck!

Greetings Jimmyjames,

let me echo the same advice from the Phalloboard sage as you cleverly labeled hoodle10. Wait wait wait'.and wait some more! Myself and several other members have tackled the unpleasantries of penile enhancement. And When we look at PMMA enhancement the typical questions are is it permanent? Is it safe? how much does a treatment cost? which practitioner offers this treatment & what is his or her record like? Are there peer reviewed studies on this treatment that reflect the long term outcome of this enhancement procedure?

I have a great love for art (paintings & sculptures) as much as I do for science. Its a skill to understand the medium an artist or scientist chooses to use, not all mediums behave the same. Here\'s an example, I use sunflower oil with my oil based paints, its a safer alternative. I\'ve only painted small canvas pieces, and sometimes when i\'m finished with a piece a room mate will accidentally move the finished painting, damaging the canvas or stack the finished paintings on top of each other. So i have the urge of restoring the original work, and when i attempt that hours and even a day after i retouch things i still won\'t know how the final finish will look. As I wait and find out usually 72hrs after the oil based paint dries the painting can or sometimes doesn\'t have the same flawless original appearance. When the restoration doesn\'t work out theres an unpleasant matte finish, very similar to when a woman places too much make up over her face. Other times, things work out great. Every artists learns how his canvas, paints, brushes, and oils behave after trial and error.

I offered this analogy because it might be easier to understand than some science lab assay protocol. PMMA like paint, has an initial appearance, and as it cures, meaning as it bonds to the cells in your body it behaves another way. As these bonds grow weaker, the loss of collagen the visual appearance of PMMA evolves again. Sometimes you have a flawless beautiful finish in a PMMA enhanced penis, other times, because of your bodies immune system the PMMA material with look physically changed, but the integrity of the beads as we know so far isn\'t changing, the change is occurring because of your immune system. Its an incredible system, and i know how a woman\'s reaction to PMMA can be! After my second procedure, the first girl I had sex with thought I had an STD and refused to fuck! Now, i can\'t get a woman off my Dick, she only moves off me due to exhaustion or has to urinate.
Unless that Nodule of yours hurts, or you have inguinal lymphadenopathy you have no reason to get any of the PMMA removed! Drop the paranoia, take a deep breath, and listen up!!! What you see right now, is NOT the permanent visual outcome \"WAIT 6-12 months\". Take a look at my drudge report, i had disfigurements on my Dick, but now, you can\'t even tell if I had PMMA, it feels as close to natural as it can tell, i\'ve totally forgotten what my original penis felt like. If you have any further questions PM me and we can chat on Viber. Turn off that emotional switch, it gets the best of us every time, get up and get out, hike a mountain, that will clear your thoughts. Salud

Well I\'m at day 39 of this journey and I\'m happy to say things are getting marginally better. It looks less lumpy when Flaccid and with just a couple of areas that need some filling in. When Erect the irregularities are more visible especially around the neck area where it\'s thinner. I also have a rather large Nodule but it doesn\'t hurt or anything. I\'m more optimistic that the areas will get fixed and the outcome will be favorable. Now I just need to try this thing out.

As for size, my Flaccid hang about 1 Inch longer, Erect unchanged, and my Girth is up .8 inches in both states.

Hi PMMA brothers. I have just finished having Lipen for a touch up procedure with Dr. Cho in Seoul, South Korea. I did not have the glans procedure but it\'s still an option down the road, unfortunately I can not afford it at this time. Dr. Cho was a very kind man and tried his best answer any of my questions. Lipen is approved by the Korean FDA and the European version of the FDA he said.

Dr. Cho thought my penis looked pretty good after Dr. C\'s work. He said that it can never look 100% perfect as we have all accepted at this point. He used 4 syringes that have 3.2cc each. He focused on the neck area and the uneven sections at the base and mid shaft. I still have the Nodule. He said he can cut it out but I would need a stitch or two so I decided to wait long since it has gotten smaller over the past month.

Some differences in the procedure. He used a needle and made many entries points. I looked when he was finished and I blood coming from all kind of holes, maye 8 just around the neck area. He did not use a gun apparatus like Dr. C or a canneula. It took about 20 minutes so a lot faster than Dr. C. No shot either for swelling. He prescribed two days of antibiotics and weak pain pills if I needed them. Dr. Cho said he has done over 5,000 procedures since 2006.

Post procedure protocol is different also. He wraps the penis and says to keep it wrapped for 7 days and only take it off to shower. No massaging or anything like that. If it\'s still swollen after 7 days he prescribed another medicine to take after the 7th day.

I tried discussing the glans procedure and other things but there is definitely a communication barrier. I could understand what he was trying to portray and got the jist of all his explanations. . He said the dextran in the glans lasting effect is unpredictable but it does last for at least 2 years and then it slowly gets smaller possibly back to the original size. Apparently Dextran is an excellent creator of collagen and last a long time. The pictures that he has of post glan procedures are really remarkable and look completely natural. Some of the glans looked like they doubled in size and were smooth as smooth could be. If this Lipen procedure gives good results and I am more convinced of Dr. Cho\'s work I will definitely get the glans procedure.

Good luck for sure. Keep us posted and if you can let\'s see some pix before and after.....

I am waiting for some one to do the glans with Dr Cho. Two years for an increase in glans size is ok with me.

Hey JimmyJames - did you get any sense of what caused the problems? Did you have a lot of retraction? Is the lump a pocket of PMMA or is it something else?

I hope things improve...believe me, I know the feeling of not wanting someone to see your Dick. Thanks for posting all of this - it\'s really helpful to hear this with 30% people.
