isn\'t that the risk you take with any kind of Phalloplasty? deformation, scarring, length loss et al?

No.
Anyone who gets the implant is getting it without being fully informed. Nobody in their right mind would get it knowing the truth. In short, implant recipients are being duped and as a result paying a horrible price.

hey, I read your story on here and can understand why you don\'t like elist. not a big deal to me one way or the other. I simply thought prezz should have kept the implant in longer - just an opinion.

as far as your experience, I read where you had the implant inserted over Dermal Grafts..........maybe that became the source of your infection? maybe not, but elist does state nowadays that he doesn\'t put the implant in folks who have had prior grafts/surgeries.

just a thought

Just a thought for you LRB, you have been a member for 1 month. You have 3 posts all in this thread, all supporting Dr. Elist. I find that rather odd indeed.

I am grateful for this site here. I was going I to see the good doc E. In December last year. Everything looked good, the reviews on mns, his site reviews, then I found PhalloBoards and damn glad I did.

I was almost another botched experiment of modern day Josef Mengele, cause that\'s what Elist is, a sick man that experiments with men\'s penises. Read the horror stories here.

Why are they only here? Give one good explanation of why he has great reviews everywhere he can buy them. His money is useless here. Maybe that\'s why the horror stories are here, the truth is here and the truth will set you free man.

You just have to be able to see the forest thru the trees, clearly every story here has a bad ending regarding the implant. Not one successful case. So much for the self proclaimed success rate the good doc Elist spouts.

Wake up smell the coffee and see it as it is, lobby for his medical licensed to be revoked and put in jail for defrauding the guys of money and livelihood and permanently deformed penises.

Malpractice claims should be stacked against him and I don\'t know why they arent. Maybe pride??? Guys too embarrassed to stand up in court and openly say they were looking to have or needed to have a Male Enhancement prosthetic implant. And he fucked their Dick up.

I couldn\'t do that either if it had happened to me.....

Thank God it didn\'t I\'m a lucky guy, I won the penis lottery man when I found Pb

Why am I not surprised someone here finds it odd I thought the guy (Prezz) should have left his implant in place? After all, he clearly stated everything was going well but a number of folks here freaked him out and he decided to have it removed. In my opinion he was done a disservice from some of the members here. I\'m guessing he would have gotten different advice if he had something grafted or injected into his dork.

That said, I was considering the Elist implant but I wanted to read more on it that what GQ and the online 5* reviews had to say - which is what let me to these boards. After reading and seeing some of the issues with the implant I\'m fairly sure it is not for me. While here I was introduced to PMMA (obviously the current flavor for this site) which was previously unfamiliar to me. At first I thought this is the better way, but after reading about it and viewing numerous pics I\'m not sure what\'s worse - getting a lumpy, misshapen Dick from plastic beads or the potential problems from a silicone sleeve. Both seem to have a propensity to infection, clumping, protusion and/or generally screwing up your Dick (what\'s the difference really?)

Anyhow I think for now I\'ll take what I have naturally and head to the house..............good luck with your lottery winnings.

Kinda funny I offered no advice. I offered no opinion on his choice to get the implant nor have it removed. I simply stated it was odd you have made 3 posts in one month and all are in this thread.

Oddly enough I have not had any Phalloplasty procedure. This site saved me from any procedure. The advice I got was sound advice to educate myself of all possible outcomes and then make an educated decision.

if you spend time here and actually read some guys logs you will see it is a community of guys that will tell someone the same every time, read, read, read then read some more.

Educate yourself on how much these mods care about guys and the members care about the penile and emotional healts of other members, simply by reading.

as for me winning the penis lottery, Im super happy Ive done nothing to my unit, nothing to spend but time with my healthy penis thanks to pb.

Thank you SO, MM, MUSTANG,BRICEB, HODDLE, and all you guys that make pb what it is. The honest truth about Phalloplasty and every possible outcome and complication including success stories, and absolute failures and everything in between

BTW if I was going to have a procedure I would choose HA first, followed by PMMA and Never the implant. I have yet to see one yes one single success story. Not one. Not one. And as for a propensity to have issues with PMMA it appears to be nodules or hard spots are the most common issue, not loss of length, stiches ripping out, infections, corners of implants protruding from the skin, Necrosis and ultimately Removal and having a permanent deformed penis.

I would rather have a Nodule or two, over any possible issue caused by the implant, the funny thing is I have done nothing because to me the Girth gain from my natural size of 6.25 el and 5.75 eg would not be worth it if there was an asthetic issue.

I am so, so, SO glad I found this website before I went through with this surgery. It\'s frustrating to know the seemingly amazing procedure is a crock, and I feel like I\'m back at square one because I thought this was gonna be a big turning point in my life. But it\'s generally better to be depressed with a functioning penis than be depressed with a broken one.

I\'m glad I found this website, though. At the very least, I\'m hoping maybe I\'ll find something worthwhile to help.

You are right, I did have Dermal Grafts and they could have definitely been the reason for my infection....But the good doctor told me that there would be no problems with the Dermal Grafts...And it doesn\'t explain the couple of dozen implant rejections (on this site alone)....
Just curios...Why would you know that Dr. Elist no longer puts the implant over the grafts?

And as to why Prezz had his implant removed...
What would you do if you had a medical procedure done by a board certified surgeon on a very important part of your body? You made a rash decision (without due diligence) because you understandably believed that doctors tell the truth and hold the patients health as a paramount consideration.
Then you go on the Internet and find that not only has this doctor been padding the truth, but he has been outright lying and is responsible for disfiguring countless men.
And after your research you have made a determination from the results of your research that the average implant needs to be removed within 2 years (with scar tissue amassing with time and complicating things the longer you have it in you).
And...to your further dismay you find that the implant doesn\'t feel right at all but rather a plastic dildo that does not \'soften\' over time. Any women or man would know it\'s an implant immediately upon the touch.
Would you want to keep that ticking time bomb in you?
I have been on these boards for 7 years and have seen so many cases (and have been been personally contacted almost every week by another unhappy implant recipient).
i have no motives other than to help my fellow man .
And I do think it odd that your (only) 4 posts deal with defending the Elist implant. If you do not trust PMMA/Dermal Grafts and the implant, I am curious why you spend your free time on a site that deals with these topics.

And I have tried positing warnings on doctor medical review boards but they eventually get removed....
I am not making this up....I am not a liar and have no ulterior motives....

And with regards to your snarky lottery comment. Did you do your due diligence on PMMA with as much zest as the implant? I am not a champion of PMMA and do not recommend it to anyway (long term effects are unknown)...but I can tell you the real short-term complication rate is very small (compared to other options). And there are no long term complications to date.
I have seen it change men\'s lives...I certainly don\'t have any complaints 4 years after getting it.

I have done very little research but has anyone been successful sueing this doctor. I understand the odds of winning selective surgery cases but it\'s seem very misleading 95% success rate. Also what percentage would say that don\'t have it removed and have no perm damage

If you don\'t remove it, you will have permanent scaring and you are guaranteed early Erectile disfunction. The implant keeps on rubbing against the shaft and will continue to create scar tissue that will very soon mess up full erections.

Most if not all victims who had it, never can achieve full Erection while its in their penis and will never see full Erection after Removal.

How I know? it happened to me and others who reported here!
If you DO move it, you will still get scaring, different degrees of Peyronies\' disease, scar tissue, shortening of Erect length. most people who had it removed never got their full Erect length back. I have experiencing signs of ED since after the Removal.
His 95% success rate is 100% Accurate!!!! to HIM, it means he Installed it 95% of the time!!! That\'s it. He does not mean it did what he claimed it would, and he DOES know that 99% of these defunct implants will be removed sooner than later.

I challenge him and his staff to publicly show us accurate records of people who have it and people who had it removed to be 95% success rate as defined by level minded people. I am 100% certain he will not do so!!

I talked to 2 different attorneys; they did not want to take my case because of the laws protecting drs in California and it was two years after the surgery (I had the implant for a year then I removed it thinking it will not cause any damage as he promised it would but it took me a year to realize the damage it caused was irreversible). Also, because I signed a waiver release form which would hurt my case big time. They told me I had a weak case even though I told them they can take 80% if they succeeded!!

It will require a class action to get something going!

The Evil dr continues the carnage and I hope there is carma in this world!

The only \"good news\" I\'ve seen from this procedure is a client who had it removed, and the scarring ended up giving him 3/4 Inch in Girth !

Every cloud...

Unfortunately scar tissue is NOT good news. Scar tissue is never good in any case. Scar tissue can cause Peyronies\', shortening of length, lack of sensation and so on...

That client would be me I believe. Yes, I ended up getting 3/4 of an Inch in scar tissue but I also lost 50% sensation of my penis shaft and suffer from a moderate case of Peyronie\'s disease.

elist is at it again. He is claiming that his implant is a solution to Peyronie\'s disease!!! His Implant CAUSES Peyronies when its removed which is very near 100% of the time. If you read between the lines, it is obvious, to me at least, that the study has not concluded yet.

He continues his lies that his implant has a very high rate of success. In his mind the rate of success means the rate of how many he has put the implant in innocent and deceived patients. He does not consider removing it so often a failure !!!!

I am starting to think there is no Karma and no universal justice at all.
