It would be more appropriate if you shared your experience so others can learn from it. Simply bashing the doctor for the sake of bashing him is not what this forum is about. He\'s already earned whatever reputation he has through first-hand accounts, backed up credibly with photos, etc. You can follow suit, otherwise I\'m advising you no longer post in this fashion.

Hi dear friends.

I would like to remind everyone who has had unsatisfactory results from Dr. Elist implants to let the world know.

How to do this:

1. The best way to do this is to add truthful reviews about your negative experiences to his Google Profile. Do it by googling \"Dr. Elist\" and then you will see reviews in right side of the results. Add your story and upvote other truthful reviews from patients, while reporting those reviews from obvious employees and friends as having conflict of interest.

2. Next tool in his arsenal is Facebook.
www.facebook.com/DrElist/
Make sure you leave a 1 star review with your negative experience. Notice how there are many fake reviews and paid reviews on his Facebook. We need to lower that score to reflect reality.

3. Third tool is HealthGrades:
www.healthgrades.com/physician/dr-james-elist-xvdp3
Make sure to let your opinion be heard via reviews. Those 5 star reviews he has are all FAKED. We need to bring reality into mix so many other men avoid his malpractice in the future.

4. Finally, there is RateMDS:
www.ratemds.com/doctor-ratings/2862545/D...EVERLY+HILLS-CA.html
Please leave your reviews here as well.

Hopefully, together we can bring him down and end this malpractice!

Hey Guys,

I am new to the forum but I too am another victim of Dr Elist\'s implant. I had it for 7 months and it began to protrude profusely from one of the sides so i eventually had it removed. I actually talked to one of his doctor associates and he continued to assure me that if I had any problems it would be under warranty. I actually had them call me and told them that i was recording the conversation (in California you need both parties to be aware when conversation is being recorded to be admissible in court) and he said it again and i have the recording saved just in case they tried to back track. They actually scheduled me for a Removal and they also removed the scar tissue. However, the problem is what a lot of you all have been saying. My penis retracted significantly. I was 3.75\" FL and now i am barely over 2.5\" FL which is EXTREMELY embarrassing. I have been taking the Scarase and No2 to help the blood flow but i\'m really worried. Also, I talked to a physician about scar tissue and deep tissue and he said that massaging scar tissue can help to loosen it up and make it harder to form. So i ended up buying a pulsating massager so hopefully that will help somewhat if it\'s not too painful. I am extremely sad and have been scouring this site for any hope. I have faith that some of the Flaccid length will come back after the surgery is fully healed. I\'m still not sure what makes the penis retraction so drastic. Dr. E removed quite a bit of scar tissue but it still didn\'t seem to help. my Erect length pre surgery was 6.45\"...post surgery: 4.5\". I wish i would have never done it. I know that I signed an arbitration agreement with the hospital so I wonder if that was Dr. Elist\'s agreement or the surgery center. What if we went to ABC Dateline or the FDA to communicate what is all wrong with the procedure. Could we sue GQ for promoting misleading information as a promotional piece? Also, could we sue Dr. Elist based on his website\'s claim that are misleading and not exactly the procedure? How many people would we need for a class action lawsuit? Also, he states that people can\'t talk about their procedures..but does the safety of the public surpass this agreement? Any thoughts are welcome and thank you all for sharing your stories. I know i was a little too late but i know it will help countless number of men in the future.

Hey sorry for your experience but there are a lot of guys on here with first hand knowledge of EList. I am sure people on here will be able to answer some of your questions about retraction, scar tissue etc. From experience however, your Dick will ALWAYS contract after a surgery and it can last 4-6 months. I never had the Elist implant but I have had 3 surgeries and my doctor told me in advance the first time and said I had to stretch to get it back. I would get the ESL40 and do low key stretching. The length you had is really still there - its not like your Dick was cut shorter so I would not stress. The third surgery I didn\'t sweat it because I knew it was temporary. You will have to start stretching after a safe period - I am not sure how long ago you had your Removal and how tender it is, but you already went through the worst part - it will get better from here. I would not waste energy thinking that it is a permanent loss - work on getting it back. Massage a lot now and about 4 weeks after the surgery if you are not in pain start a stretching program. You can get the ESL on amazon for $30. Build up to wearing to wearing it 8 hours a day under your clothes if need be. Scar tissues stretches. Mine did and I had a lot. I had grafts removed which are similar to Elist\'s implant - just a different material so the principal is the same.

Sick to think a GQ magazine would allow these type of publications...granted it was likely a veiled advertisement, but shouldn\'t a men\'s magazine be looking out for us...men?

Joga821, can you share any photos of your situation?

Man, I am so sorry to hear this. This outcome is repeated over and over again, yet Elist claims his procedure is a success. He has become very good at marketing, as is evident by the GQ \"article\" which is clearly an advertisement. Sadly, no you would not be able to sue the magazine.

I believe in order to file a class action suit, you need to have around 50 people, give or take. But I think it would be great if guys banded together and took this to the national news. Hell, even if someone started a site (ElistVictims.com is available) in order to get the ball rolling... just thinking out loud.

This guy has got to stop this madness.

How is Elist still performing surgeries after all the men\'s penises he destroyed over the years, me included.......I haven\'t been on this site for quote a while & decided to check in.

Hope everyone is doing well.

I think Elist pays Google to keep negative remarks about him off the internet. It amazing how GQ puts out this BS after all the negative stories from real men that had surgeries since 2008.

I understand. I had the procedure. I also had it removed. I am now without feeling, smaller, shorter and scarred.

Thanks, but that is kind of vague. Do you have any photos or more details? You\'ve made over 20 posts telling people not to get the implant, I think they\'ve got your message now. The forum is really here so we can share our stories and experiences with others, to help inform them about the available PE options. Your posts don\'t really do that. As I said before, for all we know you could be a jilted ex of Dr Elist.
