Really, for me any way, this is getting worse by each post. By worse I mean even in the very remote possibility that this phantom procedure may work, it has had so much bad publicity so far it is going to take a huge effort to get people to believe in it.

look how long Elist has been in business though. There is no rational reason for most guys to consider Phalloplasty. It is a purely EMOTIONAL decision. That is why the logical reasons guys list not to have it done often ineffective. A better strategy is to explain the emotional devastation of a botched outcome.

Gary Rhienchild stayed in business for years before he eventually lost his license. I think similar is true of Sheldon Burman. I don\'t think I\'ve ever heard a single positive story about Rodney Barron, yet he\'s still in business. I think Mel Rosenstein only got \"found out\" due to the sheer scale of his operation.

At the end of the day these Dr\'s seem fairly well protected by the documents you sign prior to surgery and most importantly, it\'s actually very rare men ever take any action against them, as it\'s naturally embarrassing.

It seems to me it\'s actually very hard to lose a medical license. If my gut feeling is right and Dr Loria is just injecting Silikon1000, he isn\'t technically doing anything wrong. Ethically he is, but I don\'t believe there is a legal requirement for him to use a micro droplet technique and though Silikon1000 doesn\'t have any FDA approval for a cosmetic application it can be used off label.

I tend to agree with Hoddle.

By law a US physician has to document everything administered in the patients medical record. And the Irishfan you are legally entitled to a copy of your file, so that is always an option if your become concerned.

I am all for information on the Dr. I see people saying he posted fake pictures and hired shills. This is not proof of anything. How can you tell if the pictures are fake? You I don\'t know that I believe he has hired anyone. I know something nonefor you do. Most of you think he has paid me. And I know for a fact he has not. I have texted him every day with questions and he has always responded. I am not defending him like some of you have said, I am just stating the facts. The pictures provided by BigJunk, allegedly provided by Loria\'s patient, were posted here or delivered to him in an attempt to deceive. Well, that sounds like evidnce he used fake pictures. As for the rest of the allegations I would like to see evidence that he is doing damage to people. My customers in my business are lucky to get our company. We ar very good at what we do and we always look out for our customers best intrest. Most of my competes are horrible. I am a very good person and give over 30k a year to charity. That\'s not to say I never do things I regret. I sometimes do things I shouldn\'t usually stupid things that hurt no one and they weren\'t even nessasary. All I am saying is no one is perfect.

That fact that Dr. L puts up fake photos designed to trick vulnerable men into undrgoing an incredibly risky/unproven procedure underscores this doctor cannot be trusted (at all). It calls into question his very morality as not only a physician but a human being; it\'s shameless and breathtakingly inappropriate behavior. This doesn\'t even include the lies he has told you (about how many procedures he has done), his shilling activities, his proven shenanigans as a hair restoration doctor, and heaven knows what else.
BTW, have you mentioned to the doctor the accusations against him on this board? What does he have to say about them?
