I wanted to start this thread so it could be a source of help for others if I win this fight. A lot get there procedures done do a couple of post and leave I want to stay and help others If i find relief so ill update my story here. I'm 4 months from 15 Bellafill injection with Dr Rupeka. I'm not Circumcised nor do I want to go that route. I knew from the first week that the bump i had was not normal i reached out and the Dr said this is still normal and i shouldn't get worried since Bellafill takes 16 weeks to breakdown. Sometimes we know something is off and we listen to the injectors like they know it all. Anyways while others are able to have sex this lump moves up and down with my Foreskin. I will detail every procedure and every method known to defeat this Nodule. Skeptical always says Removal is a last resort since most issues can be fixed and I agree with him. This isn't a knock on the Dr who injected either everyone's immune system reacts different. PMMA is to make the body have a inflammatory response some get it worse than others just detailing my experience with this moving forward. If anyone also has solutions to this also chime in. I got 2 nodules and to describe it feels like chewed gum like others describe it when I feel around my penis it feels like a rubbery string of pearls. When I told my injector this he says he still think its the bovine gel PMMA matrix I disagree . Flaccid is not obvious but Erect which are the pics I uploaded there's no hiding it. So far I got a 5fu shot with a drop of Kenalog and some gainswave with this it made it smaller . The pic is after the shot by the way it was way bigger. Seems like the shot also made my Girth smaller.

So my fight against the nodules so far has been a 5fu shot I will try out a few other dyi methods and if that doesn't work I will get another shot . Some people have great results for me this have been a total regret i knew better since i can turtle badly that this wasn't for me. I should have gone with the ligament release first or got botox done then the Girth procedure. I cant go back in time so all I can do is try to get this fixed. So next stop in this fight will be a dmso concoction if it works i will talk about it. I plan on using it 3 to 4 times a day and see what happens. I will figure this out and help others in the process. I'm not getting more PMMA to try to hide it as you can see from the pictures this sticks out in a very hey is that a std type of way. So when I have some news to share I will update here. Feel free if you got ride of huge nodules to comment and what did you do?

Thanks for sharing with us your situation, nodules can and do happen, and it's important that men learn that this is a possibility when pursuing dermal filler injections. This is why subsequent visits are almost inevitable because imperfections, or worse, contour irregularities (nodules, ridges, lumps, etc.) can result. While the quality of the filler product and experience of the injector is paramount, dermal fillers like Ellanse and PMMA (Bellafill in this case) have a degree of unpredictability because they rely on collagen growth to provide size.

It should be noted that nodules do not affect the health or function of the penis for those who may not otherwise know.

A few things to clarify:
As it pertains to removal, I've never said that removal is never necessary, only that it is a last resort, and issues like nodules are readily correctable without something as invasive as a de-gloving.

Also, I need to do a better job providing a PSA to uncut men who seek out dermal filler injections. The reality is, both through progress reports, as well as my conversations with different Doctors, uncircumcised men tend to have higher likelihood of issues, including the infamous accordion effect.

Furthermore, while some injectors may say that being uncircumcised is OKAY, this may be due to the fact that many American practitioners simply don't have the volume of patients to notice the subpar results that stem from uncircumcised patients. What do I mean? While the statistics seem to vary online, it appears that at least 70% of the American male population are circumcised (and as high as 90% in some other estimates), meaning that most Penis Doctors are working on circumcised men. The few uncircumcised men they get (2 out of every 10 patients ?) aren't always going to have aesthetic issues, only a portion of them will. This is why it isn't plainly obvious to most American practitioners that uncircumcised men have an increased risk of irregularities, while in Europe it is very well known (higher rate of uncircumcised men in the population). This isn't a knock on the American Doctors, but rather, the reality of our demographics. I intend on having a more open communication with American Sponsors regarding this matter.

I would say if you are uncircumcised and wish to get dermal filler injections, either look into getting adult circumcision, or if you are against that, opt for surgical options like Surgimend provided by the likes of Dr. Liu and Dr. Solomon. This doesn't mean remaining uncut disqualifies you from these types of procedures, but you will have to go into it knowing it isn't optimal.

And as for the topic at hand, @uncuthero , I believe continued intervention of the nodules will work in due time. Many nodules soften and dissipate (they did for me), and others can be broken up via cannula and treated with Kenalog shots. Sometimes these treatment protocols may take 2 or 3 visits over the course of a year to resolve, but rest assure they usually do. DMSO has been a go-to method for some users here, but I would get a Doctors opinion on that before engaging in something that may or may not exacerbate your situation.

Keep us up-to-date for whatever methods work for you in your quest to resolve these aesthetic irregularities, and I'm confident you will find solutions.

I learned alot from others who come back after there procedures so I want to pay it forward instead of people looking for answers on nodules and bumps hopefully others can post some success stories because a Nodule isnt a health risk its more of a mental challenge depending on how severe it is. Im going to find a way to get this down instead of masking it with more product. Thanks Skeptical for all your help always. I will update this week on my next step

I tried a 5fu shot with a drop of Kenalog I havent tried a full shot of Kenalog yet.Since it causes Atrophy sometimes this will be a last resort thing i have other options to try that are safer.

@uncuthero
Your the first person I’ve heard that says it causes atrophy. I was told that it doesn’t cause a net loss.

Also at this point this could be something else at one point I had alot of edema which could be a clogging of the lymph nodes so this could be Sclerosing lymphangitis instead of a giant Nodule because I definitely have the rope like feel when I touch it. I rather it be a lymph issue because with time it clears up versus the Nodule which could be hell. Either way ima figure it out as many Urologist ,doctors it takes so I can come back and give the info to whoever needs it

Can I get thoughts or experiences on the relationship between knots and pumping post procedures. I’ve heard that it can make knots worst but then I’ve heard that it can make them better… what’s the verdict?

So what is your DSMO experiment? Did you apply just DSMO or DSMO with other things? What strength of DSMO?
