TOPIC: My fight against nodules

There is a guy, Hillclimber, that had silicone done with loria. Turned into a nightmare. Sores wouldn’t heal etc. He had a scrotal flap advancement. Basically, the infected silicone affected skin on shaft was removed and the healthy scrotal skin was advanced onto shaft. I think it was a two step procedure. It covered his skin with a viable and movable flap the looked pretty good and functioned normally.

He was treated at Cleveland clinic in Ohio

So I had my first consultation with the plastic surgeon last week. He asked several questions about my health and medical history before examining my penis and the lumps. He was able to feel the nodules and assess their depth. He said that he could not promise complete Removal, but that there would be a definite improvement and that he would be able to remove the superficial nodules. He took some photos and said he would be willing to excise them under local anaesthetic. He also explained that the incisions would be kept as small as possible to minimise visible scarring. My surgery is booked for the 3rd of Feb.

Thank you and will do! I’ll share some before and afters after the surgery. I’m a bit nervous but I’m looking forward to having them removed at last.

Hi gents,

I had my surgery on Tuesday and the two largest and most bothersome lumps were removed, along with a few smaller nodules. Honestly, they looked like chewed up Balls of gum. Two incisions were made, one over each of the larger nodules. I was awake for the whole procedure but lying flat on my back so I couldn’t see what was going on, which was probably for the best.

They attached a grounding device to my thigh, which the surgeon used to cauterise the blood vessels and control bleeding. I had no idea that was even a thing. Overall, I think it went well and I’m relieved to have the two biggest lumps gone.

I caught a quick glimpse of my penis once the dissolvable stitches were in. The surgeon covered them with steri-strips and then a gauze dressing. He gave me a supply and advised changing it daily. I was prescribed antibiotics and painkillers. It was sore on Tuesday but I felt fine yesterday and haven’t needed any pain relief since. Showering has been a bit of a pain and I honestly can’t be bothered dealing with wrapping my penis with cling film every single day, so for the next few days I’m just using a no-rinse body cleansing foam and washing my face and hair in the sink.

I’ve got a follow-up appointment next Tuesday where he’ll remove the steri-strips and check how the healing is coming along. Fingers crossed the scars aren’t too noticeable. I’ve found a decent scar serum online and plan to start using it after next week.

Any extra advice and tips for my healing process would be greatly appreciated. To add, I’m Type 1 Diabetic so my surgeon was a little bit concerned about the healing process, but things seem to be going well.

I’m glad it went well. Sounds like it was very targeted bc a getting it all out.
When I was wrapped and couldn’t get it wet, I used a magnum condom to shower. Never had a leak

Thank you! I’m really paranoid about getting it wet so I will give this a go.
