I think your decision depends more on how high your cut is than how loose you are. If you say you’re not loose when
Erect, then I wouldn’t monkey around with it. But if you have a real high cut, then I could see wanting to move the scar closer to the glans. I’ve had undesired results with
Ellanse in my inner skin (skin above circ scar). I had two procedures 3 months apart. The first was 11 and a half weeks after my
Circumcision. I got cut moderately high, about halfway between high and low but maybe a little more towards low because the scar was stitched so tight.
I don’t have a real tight cut and everything is fine mobility wise. I’m not worried about anything moving. It seems loose when
Flaccid and it turtles depending on state of the penis. I believe achieving proper blood flow through having a healthy cardio system helps with retraction. So does stretching. And if you wear real tight underwear, your penis will get pushed back into the skin. Squatting, bending, all factor into retraction and
Turtling.
My inner skin did not react well to
Ellanse. Each round I got 1 cc put there. Each round there were several nodules as a result. The second round I had the most nodules. I don’t think this is because of Dr. C. It’s because my skin was so fresh having been
Circumcised only 12 and 24 weeks prior. The skin was just too sensitive and didn’t like being poked with a needle and injected with filler.
I believe guys who were cut at birth would have less chance of such a negative reaction with their inner skin but still would see that skin react differently than their shaft skin. I should have been more demanding in wanting a lower cut to my surgeon but he persuaded me into getting something higher and tried talking me out of getting filler. Although it annoys me to this day, I don’t blame him. Most doctors will tell you to avoid getting filler in your
Dick.
I myself am done with getting any more filler above the circ scar. My scar is still so tight to where it’s not moving down my shaft all the way. If there’s a steep drop off of
Girth above the scar after my future rounds I’m not going to be worried about. I don’t think it will be that noticeable but if it is, a girl might like the different levels.
