Seems like a pretty involved procedure. Although it's a 1 inch gain in girth? I notice they just use that crushed dermis or megaderm material for the glans and near the base. Is that a permanent filler or does the body reabsorb it like HA filler?
If your question pertains purely to the materials used then reaching out to HIGHST or Praum interchangeably would be acceptable but if you're also considering surgical approach too then I feel its quite important to split the approaches for both clinics, although they stem from the same origin, they do things slightly differently. For example, Praum (to the best of my knowledge) do not offer multi-layer grafting, they only offer MegaDerm whereas HIGHST offer various graft material options and HIGHST have a closer relationship with L&C Bio who supply the MegaDerm grafts.
MegaFill is pulverised MegaDerm and used for glands enlargement, shaft enlargement and graft edge contouring to prevent harsh step-offs. It can be reconstituted with saline or HA, depends on the approach. I can't comment on the approach of each clinic, but it does partially absorb which depends on the person.
I'm deliberately not talking about my measurements yet as swelling across my shaft and glands makes this data largely irrelevant, the touted expected results long term with a
single 3-5mm graft are 1-1.5cm. Now, I have no evidence HIGHST do this but I know Praum do, they market 2-2.5cm girth -
this should not be a long-term expectation. This is true immediately post surgery, but after swelling reduction and graft integration with your penile tissue (resulting in expected absorption of 30/40%), you're much closer to a 1-1.5cm gain after 1-year.
