TOPIC: Round 1 Aventi Derma - Go Birds

Been here since Tuesday night. Gonna give a quick recap and will update with measurements and pics later.


Got in by plane late from east coast. No shuttle that late, but AD are pros and Ian arranges for a local from TJ with a border traveler pass to pick you up.

One hint here. Make sure you have your what’s app notifications on. I made his friend sit there for 15 minutes before I noticed we were 30 feet away from each other the whole time. They call from a Mexican number so it routes through WA.

Ride in was smooth. It’s super easy crossing south. Especially at late night.


Checked in to their suggested hotel which is basically a connected mall/hotel/business center/mini <s></s>/doctor office suite.

Side note. Thus far all the food around here is great. There’s cheap Americana, but there’s also decent local stuff and stands and corner stores and also high quality restaurants. The hotel seems to be a hub for medical stays, golf, over night Mexican air line workers, etc. everyone here is super freaking friendly. Step into an elevator within 11 people and 10 of them will say buenos tardes.


Area is busy, lots of cars, but super clean for a clearly central hubbub part of town.

Anything you need is within a block or three and it’s all super safe.

Went in on Wednesday at noon. Ian is amazing and even cooler in person.

Seems they’ve added a new doctor (who’s name I blank on right now but super friendly) so I actually got tag teamed which honestly the faster and more distractions the better. Initial sting of the lidocaine isn’t bad. Operation took maybe 30 minutes from first stab. Not painful but be prepared to squirm, it is an odd sensation.

I pump a lot and knew I had space in there so I asked for Girth over aesthetics. That’s my own choice but personally I’ve never once cared how pretty my Cock looks. 80% of the time it’s in use the lights are off anyway. But still we squeezed 22cc 30 1cc 10 in. I have a sharp regiment from everyone here but ultimately I wanted Girth first, I can live with a Nodule if it happens and can always ask for treatment. You should have tried the breakfast buffet if you didn't get a chance. There's a convience store inside the tower directly in front of the elevator for Avanti where I bought my bottled water. The bonafont water is the brand I've been getting- it's only a $1 for 1.5 liters.

Also the Roma pharmacy down the street. I wanna say they have generic stuff much cheaper than the US. Although I went to the 24 hour one, they sell 100mg viagra for $33 which I want to say would cost 5x the price in the US. I figure the highest dose one could be broken up, and surprisingly cost the same amount as the 5mg.

Anyway I’m like 5 days out. I did quick hard measures.

I’ve got a 6.75 inches hard girth on the bottom. And 6 inch erect girth on the top. Which is insane. I don’t expect these gains to stick but even if I only get half I’ll be pretty happy. I can see why this is addictive though cause now that I know what 6 on top and close to 7 on the bottom feels like…. It’s hard to not want to reach that.

I’m hoping to level out at 5.75 eg on top and 6.5 eg on bottom.

Didn’t measure length but I don’t expect a difference. With age I’ve come to realize length really doesn’t mean shit so as long as I don’t lose any I’m happy.

I’m starting to feel the weird sensations that h think are the start of collagen growth but idk. I continue to massage as much as possible though and I wear the noose all day, although it’s starting to hurt a bit wrapped around the glans.

Will update with more pics once I’m more solidified and not just puffed up but here’s a pic of the bottom measurement. Again I expect to lose half those gains, but it’s exciting to see what end goal looks like. Ultimately I want 6ish on top and middle. So I think I’ll need one more trip after this one. They give you a discount if you come back the month of your birthday so maybe I'll go back in a year. I just want to get back on an extending routine to see if I really gain anything. But extending for 1 hour broken up into two sets, then pumping for 20-30 min with an automatic pump would be the routine to follow in two months.

That is a lot of filler to get on the first try. I think they said you can only get alot on the first time then, it goes down on the subsequent visits. This was my 3rd visit and it was literally packed with filler even though they put less. On my second visit the entry points closed in a day, but this time it took days for one entry point to close. I was trying to do the aggressive massage that Ian shows and I guess that was what was causing it to open up again. Everything closed up by day 4/5.

In regards to the wrap, I bought that cylindrical wrap that 6x7 and another user recommended, but Ian said no need for wrap just massaging any low or high spots. It could be that this is my third procedure so no need to wrap after the first day, he said the hard spots are from previous fillers so the shape will pretty much be the same. Mainly just to try and keep extended with low dose of Viagra or whatever that flowmax prescription they give.

I did not want to get a ring around the base like I seen on another user by wrapping too tight, so I just followed Ian's advice.

Damn that’s dangerous. I’ll legit be traveling from South America my birthday month. Might need to reroute.

I will hit the buffet next time. I plan to have more fun next time, honestly this time my anxiety was just through the roof. I’m normally a calm guy but I had a lot of work to complete remotely while down there so I was a lil spun out.


Anyway update for any one that checks in for research.

I’ve made a commitment to not measure until 4 weeks. Think I’m close to 3 right now. My thought process is simple. They say 6 weeks so 4 is probably close enough.

I have some minor nodules I’ve noticed but when they first showed up oh man they felt extreme. I pressure the shit out of them, and they’ve certainly gone down from grain of sand feeling to like honestly just feeling like an extension of a vein. By pressure I mean a couple times a day I dug my thumb nail in and broke it up.


I get the itches occasionally but not that bad. I guess that’s collagen growth. It’s not terrible.

My Dick is noticeably bigger soft and hard. I’ll reserve judgement on finality but so far feels like a success.

Again reserving judgement but I think my theory on overloading 30% is correct. I think 10% just creates more zones that will deplete and shrink. My member is very even, albeit maybe a lil mid top heavy, but again I don’t need a pretty Cock.

Will update again in a week or two with measurement and gains.

So it’s been about 1.5 months.

Good news all around. It does look a bit uncanny at the top when hard (just not as filled up) but I don’t mind at all. I’ll have to see if a touch up can fix that though.

I also pumped for first time.

Gets me to a circumference of 6.9 from top to bottom and yes it holds for about 24 hours so far.

Anyway gonna say on average about .75 inches or so. And the pump being so effective it only takes one session of 15 mins at low to get a plump effect close to 7 in so I’m very happy.

Sounds great….any chance you can post before and after measurements and photos side by side. From your post it read to me you gained in the length from the procedure also…thanks

Hey that's great @resetinvest I am waiting to start the pumping routine again. From what I could gather they said to wait 2 months but I dunno if that is out of an abundance of caution. I feel like I caused a low spot by using the vac hanger so I stopped all PE other than manuals by tugging on the head.

Yes I will search for befores tonight and will post afters (pre and post pump).

I should say I don’t think I’ve gained in length. I measured with tape the other night which I believe is the wrong way for length. While I have had length gains from 3 years ago, those were all pumping. Anyway I think I may have measured inconsistently, although I have lost a bit of weight and did take a cialis. My honest thought is that I fluctuate about a 1/4-1/2 inch on any given day in length. Will update soon with better documentation.

Yea I think they’ve changed their suggestion over time. I think recently I saw avanti on here saying 30 at low pressure is fine. But honestly I’m going by the advice of other guys on here who seem to agree enough anecdotal evidence is out there to go for it after a month. Plus I think it’s been closer to 6-7 for you and me.

I will say I’ve only pumped once and I do have a noticeable tiny nodule on the left top side. And after pumping I believe the nodule has broken down a tiny bit. I can still see it but it feels less “sharp” so I’ll report back if that continues to improve.

Yeah I've seen people go back in for filler in 6 weeks.

My first time around I was still doing extending with the vac Hanger which I believe caused a small dent.

So after my second and third procedure I've just been waiting to do PE besides manuals.

Somehow I got approved for zepbound, I'm just over 30 BMI, so I'm going to see how much weight I drop with gym and diet before I go for final filler appointment.

Zepbound works great man. I took it from Jan - March of 2024 and went from 230 to 183. After that I felt I had lost enough and got off it and have kept the weight off with diet, exercise and weight lifting. Good luck man!

That's about my weight. Just looking to go from 220 to 180. Ive been going to the gym 3-4 times a week like prior but I think since adding creatine the last couple years maybe I gained a few more pounds in water weight lifting.
