TOPIC: PMMA Long term issues and perspectives

I had my 3 sessions of PMMA in the 7-8 years ago time frame. Its late and I don't want to be on here long. I guess I just want to send a message to the next guy who has a successful round 1 with PMMA injection. I know it seems fantastic and it is. HOWEVER, More Rounds of PMMA was not better in my case.

My 1st round was great.
Before the 2nd round I almost talked myself out of it at the hotel since i was relatively happy and didn't want to have any problems.I was encouraged by someone who I trusted and I went through with it. A few months after the round 2 some unnatural lumps and contours presented themselves, but overall it was still awesome. I chose to use a Penis Pump before sex which covered them up and made my penis awesome. Eventually i went back for a 3rd round touch up which i was hoping would be mainly cosmetic improvement.

However, more PMMA was injected and within a few months, my penis had become too large to insert in to any woman i've attempted to have intercourse with in the past 5 years. I believe the PMMA and associated collagen or scar tissue etc continues to increase in volume for maybe 5 years. at least it did with mine. this may have been due to my frequent high vacuum pumping sessions.

Injecting PMMA in to the penis requires skill of course. But it is noting like the practically impossible task of partially removing the PMMA later on if needed. For all intents and purposes the PMMA cannot be partially removed if needed in the future except through rare expensive difficult surgical operations which are unlikely to come out perfect.

I'm telling You that a Womans Vagina, especially one who has never had children, is naturally sized to be just about right for the size that your penis was naturally. if You add more than about 1/2 an Inch to the Diameter, You man not be able to insert your penis in to a normal vagina any more and you can definitely say good buy petite or skinny women.

So for any guys that are doing their research trying to learn everything they can to have the best possible outcome from PMMA injection. Just remember that you are much better off stopping one round before you bust. Because its practically impossible to remove any PMMA and scar tissue from the penis ever.

If You are anywhere near the last data range, I.E. the thickest of all human penises, I again strongly advise you to not add any more PMMA. I hope no one is offended by this message. I just cant stress enough that you are a million times better off with a little less Flaccid penis, one that appears only somewhat larger than normal, than with one that is abnormally large and doesn't fit inside a womans vagina and that there is no practical remedy fir this situation. What type of PMMA was it (Bellafill or Linnea/Avanti) and approximately how much did you have injected? How much size have you gained/how large are you?

What are your measurements? Would love to see a picture to understand what u currently have to deal with. Thanks

Ditto, I'm 6.6inch girth now and some of the smaller women I've been with it's like I'm killing them. I do want to get one more filler session but I'm going to wait a while and see if extending and loosing like 30lb increases the length some. Being 7inches, it would be nice if I could get to 8 inches but that would take 1,000s of hours of extending.

For now I'm happy I mean I can hit 7 in girth if I pump for 20 min at 5-8hg. But it would be nice to be that size permanently.

I checked with @VT86 to see if he could post his results as there's only a few users that have gone beyond 8in girth.

@justn8 I was just mentioning you. Did you ever get Radiesse placed over your PMMA? Or was it just HA? If so have you held onto that size without constantly having to go back for touchups? Did you also do the glans enhancement- if so how long does that last?

No Radiesse. Only HA along with some PRP at times and PDRN other times.

I haven't noticed any loss or felt I needed touch ups but that really isn't an accurate guage because I've gotten more and more at fairly regular intervals, I don't think enough time has elapsed between injection sessions to notice any diminishing.

I've only had my glans done once or twice. I'd love it if there was some feasible way to really enlarge it but it takes a lot of product for a little result and it doesn't seem to hang around. I think if I ever did it again I'd have him focus solely on the ridge of the glans.

Have been chatting with @lurkin a bit, and decided to drop my current info and more images here to help with the discussion. Gotta pay it forward!

Now, I'm definitely large. But I will say in four words... I fucking love it, lol.
My wife takes a minute to adjust, but then it's great. Just use some lube.
But I love the size of it and how it feels, wouldn't change a thing.

A couple things to note, I had my ligs cut for flaccid hang. I 100% believe this helped with the final shape and amount I could get.
I also started with an Alloderm sheet. Logically, one could assume less filler to reach your goal the better. I believe this was the right choice, an I gained a good boost initially before any PMMA was needed.

Originally I had focused more on the mid area for sex purposes. But now my cock has a slight bowling pin shape, where its a little thinner at the base (pics attached)

I will also be getting the stem-Cell injection for Rejuvenation/Recovery. Moving forward, that will be my focus.
Shockwave therapy to help remove scar tissue as well once the base PMMA has settled.
Will also begin stretching again using Micropore tape and the HPE extender with vacuum cup.

That's pretty interesting, as the pornstar brickzilla has the same scar from having his ligament cut too as well. I believe he is about 7in girth and a little over 8in length.

Girthmasterr another pornstar is 7in girth and 7.5in length. But brickzilla looks abnormally larger because he is only 5'6 vs girthmasterr who is 6'6 in height.

Anyway despite this I'm still going for 7 inch girth. You still look really even being 8 inches in girth. Most of your procedures were at Avanti? Nobody did any injections on your underside? Avanti said there was no need to inject directly into the underside but looking at your results I would agree if you never had that done. I'm about the same length at 7in but I'm hoping to gain more over the year through extending 10lb of force at least an hour a day broken up into 20-30 min sessions (I've gotten blisters before going for too long- taping the glans does prevent that but I'm not doing that multiple times a day)

Btw there's also that red light therapy that they were talking about on reddit's the science of PE. The same thing Avanti gives in their aftercare. The recommended routine for red light is 4 times a week 15-20 min at a time (more is counter productive). I wrap this around my penis while using the extender.

I'm actually happy with my girth right now because it is the upper limit of what most women I've been with can handle which goes along with what @Brother69Rev3 said. I'll just extend for a bit then go for one final 4th procedure probably mostly in the base. Most of the pornstars I thought were very large I'm about their size now at 7in length. Only a few are larger but girth wise most are 5.5-6in in girth.

Great results and aesthetics. I totally understand wanting more base girth. Overall I wouldn't go any bigger if you're all happy. There is such a thing as too big lol. But really your aesthetics are balanced well. Hope everything turns out how you want it!
