Hi, I've been on before and just created a new acct since I have some updates/questions. The forums had been helpful but I just wasn't on much so deleted my old acct.
I'm not looking for opinions/judgments about various products. I'm already aware of most people's biases for/against them so I'd like to stick with solutions. I have no issue with the doc at all. I seem to fall into that small category of people who may not react well to some of the products.

I have had several procedures and went from about 5" around to 7-8" depending on hydration, excitement, etc. The last/final procedure was PMMA in February and gained about an Inch. For the first couple of months, it looked/felt awesome. very smooth. Then suddenly, lots of nodules, large and small, began to develop. I'm massaging them at least once a day and some have disappeared while others stubbornly remain.

I'm considering whether I should have it removed/dissolved and either leave it alone or start over.

does anyone have experience with this, pics of what it looks like if you dissolve/remove it all and do nothing? I was told I'd have alot of loose skin and go back to about my previous size.

TIA

Pics probably would help.

Is it all Bellafill or Linnea Safe or what products?

The more you get of any product, the more likely it is to have mild issues.. Especially with PMMA. To gain 2"-3" in Girth means a lot of product. Things gradually seem less and less natural or you may develop irregularities. I'm also a high volume patient who's in the 2"-3" larger than baseline category and went into it fully expecting that, so maybe that's why I'm actually happy with it (although I will admit I likely am also just lucky and respond well and had maybe a more ideal canvas to work with than some others).

It's going to boil down to just 'how' unhappy you are. Can you live with it as is? Can you live with the unknown results after surgical Removal? Can you live with that size or slightly larger and having some mild touch ups, even with a temporary product to improve irregularities?

There are options. Don't beat yourself up. It likely looks better to others than it does to you.

It's interesting that on some days, it looks great, the nodules don't seem as apparent visibly or tactilely (if that's the word), and other days it looks awful. I have pics of both of those times. today, it looks great. Can't complain when I see it even soft. It's really pretty big and looks smooth, etc. Yesterday, not so much. I understand that hydration can be a factor in this.

I'm under the impression from the doc and another doc that it could be reversed with a steroid type shot vs surgery. I've had the steroid injected on 2 areas and it eliminated/reduced those areas and temporarily shrunk the rest as well. In a few weeks, the entire thing seemed bigger though (measured 1/4 " thicker than before the injection).

Without seeing, I personally think you should leave be a bit longer. Things really do calm down over time in some cases, including some nodules. At that point I'd start with least invasive, such as the steroid shot again (unless it didn't improve and made it larger).

Personally I like the size, mentally I wouldn't want to have to reduce much or even worse, surgically reduce and live with whatever result that leaves.

I love the size; I started at 8x5 and now 8x7 (sometimes closer to 8 if i use Cialis/trimix, etc). And when it looks good/even/smooth, I can easily overlook the minor stuff. It's when it's lumpy/mis-shapen that i freak out. I'll give it another month and do a follow up with the doc

Edit: added two pics. One from today and another when it didn't look so good.

I mean overall it looks great. I'd do exactly what you just said. Wait a little and then contact who did it. There should be aesthetic options for smoothing. I mean Rejuvall uses PMMA and HA in tandum together. I've had a bunch of HA in addition to PMMA. Not encouraging anything but hey seem to play nice together usually.

I would leave it be. Surgery is a whole additional unknown.

Agreed with above.

I mean it's not misshapen or anything.

Honestly between the size and how it looks, I'd assume you get good reactions to it even from partners.

I know it's hard occupying space in your own head about aesthetics lol. Just saying, it's a good result as it stands.

Thanks The pics can be deceiving since you can't feel the nodules and some of the unevenness depends on lighting....and again, depending onthe day, I'm very happy with it. It's those other days where I wonder WTF happened to it from yesterday. Odd!
I appreciate the feedback. Partners of both genders have been happy. I've only had 2 comments from playmates that indicated they were not wild about it but they assumed I pumped and don't like pumped dicks. I have not pumped in a while so it wasn't that. But their comments stung a little and I know I'm a little sensitive about it. I've invested alot of money, time and emotions into all this. On the plus side, the 2-3 regular partners I have love it and are available alot haha.

I believe he is holding off on mentioning the actual provider until he discusses with them vs us all speculating on resolving his issues, which I kind of find fair of him. It's not a bad result at all. I know what you mean though, I'm curious where he had it done myself. Or even what type of PMMA.

The way I interpreted the post is that he has a blend of products, maybe both HA and PMMA or PCL and PMMA?
I could see PMMA on the top of a squishier HA, instead of blended with it, being weird once the HA breaks down. Brings forth the question of if HA that's underneath PMMA can be dissolved.
Some clarity there would be useful. If HA is under PMMA and it's physically possible to dissolve only that, then maybe you could get an ok aesthetic result in a few sessions?
I'm talking out my ass posing an idea, in case anyone can/cannot validate it.

Yes, there’s been a mix of product in the several procedures I’ve had. The PMMA was the last.
I won’t be sharing the doctors name because I’ve seen way too much bashing of docs on here and products. I appreciate the feedback on how you think it looks and the suggestion to just leave it alone for now. I think I’ll wait till the end of August

Hi there,

what i heard about removing PMMA was 'Don't do it!'.. i heard some guy here did it, and it's an invasive procedure cutting stuff out of the penis, i mean it's not like you can remove PMMA just like an implant, i guess it's just cutting out the 'areas with the most PMMA' somehow.
The invasiveness would stop me totally from doing that. Also the 'experience' that girls don't seem to care at all or think much about irregularities of the penis.

I think what you describe as 'after some months more nodules developed' is normal, i think there is just some leftover carrier material making it more smooth the first months and then this goes away.

I have to admit i am very curious about the difference in sex and sexual reactions of women and men you had on your way from 5 inches till now!

The women have enjoyed it, but are at first intimidated, especially if I wear a Cock ring and it’s almost 8 around. And the man look at it as a challenge. Period I’ve even had two tops insist on me topping them. They struggled with it but we’re determined lol
