TOPIC: Jondoe’s MegaDerm girth enhancement journey. Proud urology.

Alright my G’s well the deed is done. Yesterday 5/2/2024 I had dermal graft Girth enhancement surgery done by our friends at Proud Urology.

Proud Urology is a clinic based out of Seoul, South Korea. That offers a penis enlargement package known as the 5S package. It includes:

1. Dermal graft Girth enlargement.
2. Penile lengthening via ligament cutting.
3. Glans enlargement using dermal fillers.
4. Premature ejaculation treatment.
5. PRF (to aid in recovery)

I only took advantage of the Dermal graft Girth enhancement and the PRF.

I knew I didn’t want the premature ejaculation or glans augmentation, but debated quite intensely on whether or not to do the ligament surgery. I believe that Dr. Lee and his team at Proud Urology would’ve done a bang up job but I ultimately decided against it because I am not sure if with my current life/work schedule if I’d be able to fully commit to the aftercare required to prevent retraction and maximize gains.

I do plan to try some Hanging and stretching without the ligament surgery though. Who knows, perhaps I can gain a little something. If anyone has any suggestions on where to start I’d love the advice.

My pre surgery stats were:

FL: 1.5-3 inches depending on temp, anxiety, etc…
EL: 5-5.25 inches non bone pressed
FG: 3 inches
EG: 4 inches

As I’m only on my 2nd day post surgery I don’t have any solid measurements yet but I can definitely say my FG is bigger and due to the graft size and weight my FL hangs a bit lower than before.

I have pictures of my pre-surgery penis in both the Flaccid and Erect states, however I haven’t taken any pictures post surgery yet as I believe they might be misleading due to bandages and swelling.

I was planning on waiting to post any pictures until about 5 days to week out when the swelling has gone down a little. However if you guys think it’d be helpful to see let me know and I’ll go ahead and post some pictures now.

As far as discomfort, there is some but it’s manageable, my Balls are mad swollen and ached most of last night but nothing too terrible, I’d compare it to having blue Balls or in my case purple, lol. Now the aching is gone, but the bruising is pretty gnarly. I’d say the most painful part so far were the night time “erections” which were more of a sharp pain, but again it was manageable. I believe the lack of serious pain can be attributed to Dr. Lee’s skill and professionalism.

Speaking of professionals I owe James (Proud’s English speaking liaison) a huge thank you. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He answered all of my questions and he stayed by my side the whole time to ensure I was as comfortable and relaxed as possible him being there worked wonders on my nerves and I’m really grateful for him.

Hey guys!

So just a bit of an update. I’m now 5 days post surgery and man the last 2 days have been nerve wracking.

On May 5th I was at the airport waiting for my flight home to begin boarding. I went to the bathroom to take a leak and to my surprise my bruising had become worse, in fact it was the worst bruising I’ve ever seen in my life and it happened on my third day post surgery! To be honest, I would’ve thought the bruising should start bad and get better but the opposite was happening.

The following day (May 6th) the bruising spread even more and became even darker. When I tell you guys my balls were black I mean they were BLACK and sooo swollen! They felt like bowling balls.

I messaged Proud Urology and they reassured me that the bruising was normal. Now that felt nice, but I defy you to see your testicals black and swollen and not freak out a bit.

Anyway, today I woke up, took a look and I’m happy to announce it looks like things are getting better. The bruises have starting turning more dark purple than black and the spreading has stopped. I’m still swollen and bruised but the slow improvements are a good sign.

Additionally, I observed that I can noticeably see and feel the ridge line where the MegaDerm ends running up the right side of my shaft. I have also been reassured that after I start massaging and having sex the graft will begin to absorb and smooth out around the edges.

I expected recovery to be a journey but man it’s hard to really understand how intense the healing is until you’re experiencing it for yourself.

Anyway, I’m gonna be optimistic and I’m gonna trust the skilled professionals at Proud Urology. And on to some more positive news I measured myself while changing my bandages and I’m definitely bigger. My current flaccid stats are the following:

FG: 4.2 inches
FL: 4 inches (consistently despite temperature, anxiety, etc…)

That’s all I can think of to write for now but I’ll update again soon.

Thanks for sharing, it is certainly very informative. I was really surprised that your swelling looked almost non-existent and there was no significant bruising and discoloration on your shaft. This is considering the procedure is very invasive and your penis was heavily worked on. I think the doctors there are very skilled and your body is also taking the procedure well. Good luck to a speedy recovery and do share progress. Looks like you achieved your enhancement goal! Results look very natural. Congratulations.

My number one hope in recording this is that I can help to spread information (good and bad) about this procedure to help any men who are considering undergoing this operation and to help hopefully put ease into the minds of men that have recently undergone this procedure.

You makes such a good point about my shaft having no swelling and super minimal bruising, in addition the level of pain I’ve experienced in my shaft has seriously been minimal! I really do believe that this was the result of Dr. Lee and the nurses at Proud. They certainly are great at what they do.

I can’t wait to see what the finished product looks like when my graft has fully vascularized and integrated. But for now you’re completely right as a man who was below average on the girth spectrum at just 4 inches erect and 3 inches flaccid. I’ve really struggled with my self esteem in the past but I already feel more confident in my body which is what this is all about. So yes I think you could definitely say I’ve achieved my goal

Wishing you the best of luck! There are a few recent (as in the past year or two) dermal graft reports (including a happy Proud patient) and they all seemingly have refined this methodology around the world (both in the U.S. & abroad).

As noted, bruising can appear alarming at first, but is very normal early on, especially in the first week. Mine got dark purple, but after days of recovery, the color returned to normal. You're in good hands!

You know, I am always quite skeptical of things I see on the internet. Especially the good things. An ad for a free trip to Hawaii. Definitely a scam. An email telling you to you to reply for Amazon gift card. I know better than that. Hot singles in my area. I have Tinder I know that one’s a lie.

So when I stumbled across this website and I saw men talking about gaining an inch and often even more you bet my “Spidey Senses” were tingling. To me every post I read with a successful outcome or positive tone was a lie or a fake review. The only posts that were real were the negative ones as far as I was concerned.

So I took to researching and while all the articles and clinic websites seemed to be pretty consistent I was still on the edge about pulling the trigger. I spent over a year reading and rereading the same posts and articles as if they would suddenly change and the author would postscript that it was all a big joke or that 50% of the patients lose their penis’s or something, but it never happened.

My lifelong desire to have bigger junk eventually overtook my skepticism and while still innately distrusting I decided to send in a consultation request at Proud (since they were the closest reputable clinic with any sort of detailed review.) I asked a couple of questions and before I knew it I was buying a plane ticket and setting up my hotel.

Now I’m encroaching on a month post surgery (I’m 3 weeks today) and I have to say some things have scared the crap out of me such as my balls turning literally black. I’ve had some worries over ascetics, and not to mention I’m SOOOO horny!!!

But, I’ve got to say, the positives really do seem to be outweighing the negatives.

The doctors told me my balls were fine. Lo and behold they’re back to normal. The ridge on my shaft where I could see the graft, is slowly but surely smoothing out just like the doctor said. My erections are becoming more full and less painful by the day. Not to mention I’ve only lost about a centimeter in length a little less even (which I can partially chalk up to not having a 100% erection yet) and I feel confident I’ll be back to my original length in no time. Also, this is probably cause the bandages that I’m wearing but when I’m erect my glans look like they’ve grown to kind of meet the increased size in my shaft. It’s probably nothing but I’m feeling a bit foolishly optimistic. (I’ll send a pic within the week to show y’all what I mean)

Anyway I’ll wrap this up now. But I just want to say. While your journey is bound to be different than mine in some ways. This surgery is the real deal and the guy’s on this sight are good dudes that just want the same thing as you. A bigger dick. With the right surgeon it really is possible to safely increase your size.

My bruising is completely gone as you can see and my measurements are exactly the same as the last time I posted them.

And I should point out that penis enlargement is a marathon, not a sprint. I'm not just talking about the healing process (which you elaborated on in good detail), but the potential for subsequent visits to either (1) correct minor irregularities that can't always be controlled or predicted pre-op; and/or (2) add additional Girth if necessary (although with your results, not sure it's necessary -- as the American saying goes "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

What’s crackin my G’s! Originally I planned on updating you guys a lot more frequently. Sorry.

So I’m like a month and a week out from my surgery. No longer wrapping my tool and now trying to get the blood flowing to my penis as much as I can in order to integrate the megaderm.

Basically the doctor prescribes sex as often as possible. Though other things such as pumping, masturbation, and massaging all help in vascularizing the dermis and facilitating recovery. The trouble with this is that well erections are still quite painful due to the undissolved stitches.

The things I’ve noticed about my erect penis since ditching the bandages have been that I haven’t lost much length and tbh I think the reason that I’m coming up like .5 cm short is just because full erections hurt I imagine soon enough I’ll be back to my full length which is great cause the thought of waiting 4-6 months until my full length returned was one of my biggest concerns before going in to surgery.

Secondly my erect penis has a gap between my shaft and my glans where you can see where the megaderm ends as well as a few dents near the base. Now obviously this isn’t something I super stoked about, but just like the ridge running up the right side of my shaft smoothed out I’m sure that this too will smooth out and look pretty normal in due time. but even if not like SO said in the post above this is a marathon not a sprint and the possibility for a touch up exists and that’s just the reality. Unfortunately for now it makes it pretty obvious that my penis isn’t all natural so I’m a bit concerned about showing it off. I had a girl coming on to me the other night and I had to turn her down but I got her info so hopefully when things start to smooth out a bit more and integrate she’ll still be interested.

Additionally I’ve noticed that my penis feels much harder than normal when flaccid and a bit softer when erect though still firm. idk the softness could be due to EQ so I’ll get back to you guys on that. The hardness when flaccid isn’t really a huge deal for me but at least a month post op it does feel noticeable that my penis isn’t all natural. But again this could all change idk so I’ll update you guys more later on.

Oh and another thing worth noting. My shaft doesn’t have much feeling in it anymore. I hope it’s just temporary while the nerves grow back but for example if I were to gently brush my penis with a q-tip I wouldn’t feel it, though I can feel it when I squeeze my penis so that’s good.

A month out is still really fresh and things are changing every day which is a bit scary but also good. The doctors say I’m healing up well. I plan to go back to Korea soon for a day or 2 so I can let the doctors take a check in person. I don’t really need to but Korea’s pretty close to where I live and I think it’d be good for my peace of mind.

I can’t think of anything else worth noting at the moment so I’ll update you guys more later.

I’m gonna sound like a broken record, but oxy.com, king rings, etc. have glans rings. This will “take up the space “ between implant and glans and you won’t have a visible gap. It will also help with gravity hang. Dude like you with the tats SHOULD be rocking some Cock jewelry! While I’m not about piercings, a glans ring is the bomb, and the comments I’ve gotten have been overwhelmingly positive . You should check with your Doc first, and I don’t make anything off my recommendations, so I’ve got no skin in the game as it were. I still recommend to anyone who asks, especially “growers”. Though it helps “showers” too. This is from while I was writing this so no “prep” work, just morning coffee and checking the posts.

Correctly fitted they can stay on during the deed too, and my XO LOVES the transition between glans , ring, shaft during. When she is clenching during orgasm the area she can’t “compress” just compounds the O. ( her expaination, though I can certainly feel it lol)
