Sam Shock is a pornstar that obviously has filler that does not look good. Pierce Paris is a pornstar I found that to me looks like he has filler done, but it's hard to tell. Im 99% he had it done, and it doesn't look bad if he did imo. Dorian Del Isla is someone who also looks like he had filler done, doesn't look that bad. Comparatively Sam Shocks does look worse. Whatever you do I think you should go low for the highest realistic outcome. 6x7 says he still feels realistic at 8 Inch Girth, and he started from 5 inches if I'm not mistaken. If we all limit ourselves to a .5 Inch gain, AND choose the correct provider, then I think you can have an outcome that is more imperceptible. Really it's not even about a set number of gain, but a % change from your original penis. If you start at 6 inches Girth then adding .5 inches is going to be less noticeable than if you add it on a penis with 4 Inch Girth.

I feel like the longer your penis is the better the filler looks. Like you can go for more of a gain

I actually find Sam Shock's shaping to look really good. It's a tad bumpy, but overall exactly what I myself am aiming for.

Tying that notion back to this thread, I have a question for you 6x5to6x7: How have you discussed aesthetic/size goals with the doctor when getting your rounds. Do you share pictures from the board, or more famous dicks? Or is it simply a discussion?

It was always a physical, visual inspection and then simply goals and how many units. One thing I harped on, for example, was that I didn’t want so much that I would suffer the “pig in a blanket” effect. Also conveyed I wanted as natural looking and feeling as possible.

I never provided pics of someone else’s penis as a goal because we are all so literally different.
