A lot of people have been hyping the underside injections from Rupeka. In this old photo from Avanti I looks a little uneven like more on the top then the bottom- since Avanti does not do the underside. But this was before you got the 4 & 5 procedures from Rupeka that filled everything out.

How did you go from 6 inches length to 7 inches? Did you do a stretching routine? Did the weight of the filler make your penis stretch? Or what do you think caused that extra Inch of length growth?

Great question. I asked Rupeka the same thing. He noted the weight was definitely a factor. He never guarantees it but it was a factor for me. Also, I dropped body fat and increased muscle mass. So, I don’t know what percent of penis weight versus body fat loss contributed. Certainly the combination of both attributed to the added Inch.

What does an Erect side profile look like?

Before I had some of mine removed, if I wore a Cock ring or a shaft ring, it was 8 inches around basically 8 x 8 so it’s like a water bottle.

Same here brother. I have about 54cc of PMMA across 3 rounds. I feel like my fully Erect penis is enveloped by a spongy layer of PMMA. My wife’s fingers kind of sink in to the skin of the shaft when she grabs it. Not a huge fan of this effect as I prefer the rigidity I had pre PMMA.

I’m right at 7” Erect length and 8” Erect Girth. But my erections are very hard and rigid. Not squishy or pliable. I’m not sure why the hardness of my erections would be different than yours. I’ll defer to Rupeka or other medical pros.

I bought this up to the Dr. at Avanti the last time I went. I am still pretty even despite Avanti not injecting directly into the underside. I actually asked them if they could inject directly on the underside and they said they preferred not to due to potential complications.

I dunno if I would still be even on the underside if I attempted 8 inch girth though. That would probably take 3-4 more sessions.

The PMMA feels like shaft. When Flaccid, you can def feel it in there. It’s a bit different than the soft Flaccid corpora cavernosa. It’s more rigid. That said, when Erect, it feels just like a hard Erect penis. The skin is loose and moves like a normal Erection. In my experience anyway. It does take some time for the skin to stretch to the new Girth, but once it does it feels very natural when Erect.
