Day 5 post procedure looks like I’m measuring:

CS scar: just shy of 6”
Midshaft: 6”
Base: 6.3”

I also tested positive for covid yesterday and definitely feel it. Hoping those numbers bounce back up a tad. Entry point finally closed for certain and I have a bit of a Nodule there as you can see in the side on pic.

Holy symmetry
Looks completely natural. Like way natural. Ain't a damn soul going to suspect shenanigans on visual inspection.
Should still be able to pinch the entry point to get rid of the Nodule yeah?

Thanks man! Yes I believe so. In fact, from round 1 I had an identical Nodule on the opposite side that I was able squeeze out over time like a whitehead.

This is honestly the most natural result I've seen on this forum.

As far as post-op extenders go, is the Penimaster Pro required? I have an Apex which I’m worried may attach too low below the head. Do you have any recommendations?

Not required. AD provides a weighted 6-oz. noose style all-day stretcher that you’ll want to wear for the following several weeks. I wouldn’t do any true PE type traction devices until 6-8 weeks post procedure. I wouldn’t recommend a compression type device (Make Hanger for example) until even further out.

So I’m exactly 5 weeks out today.

Pre-round 2 / 5 weeks post procedure:
Neck/cs line: 5.75 / 5.85”
Midshaft: 5.5 / 5.9”
Base: 5.9 / 5.9”

This not a touch up so I am a tad dissatisfied as I assumed I’d have better gains going with a full round. I was leaking from the entry point near midshaft so it wasn’t the case that there was a lack of filler placement there, rather I was just tight in that area. Still I am surprised that there wasn’t any gain at the base.

I’ll likely get another round but don’t feel any sense of urgency because I am happy with the aesthetics and real life usage.

Rd 1 21cc and rd 2 15cc. Mostly 30% in rd1, more of an even split between 30/10% in rd 2.

You ended up getting nearly double the actual volume of PMMA itself in the first round vs second
5.7mL PMMA (1st round) vs 3.1mL PMMA (2nd round)
(18 * 0.3) + (3 * 0.1) VS (8 * 0.3) + (7 * 0.1)

Does anyone know if this infrared heating pad would work well?

Doesn’t look bad but a little pricey. I’d think a simple square shaped one made to wrap around the arm or knee may be better so you can have 360 degree coverage. I have a random one I got an Amazon for ~$20 but honestly I didn’t use it much outside of the first several days post procedure.
