I think I spent 4 days there last time, It was the maximum amount of time I could take off work. The first time I didn't have a circumsiecion because they used the inside out technique. The only stiches I had were the ones on the graft internally ofcourse and the pelvic incision site. The first time was really easy mode, all I needed to do was take my medication on time 3 times per day (antibiotic, pain killer, and a stomach medication to avoid acid reflux or stomach upsets. And place the bandage bandage clock wise compression wrap, that begins from just under the glans all the way to the base. This helps to keep the swelling down + the penis safe from blunt force, accidental knicks and primarily to not dislodge the graft as well as give support and some constriction during erections. The healing process is really rapid, with in 8 weeks I was definitely road worthy. Last time I only waited 4 weeks and was still road worthy for the most part, but I popped a stitch. So its definitely better to go with the Surgeons recommendation of 6-8 weeks of no sex or wanking.
The Ocloud hotel is really nice, its not on the highest end of priciness' let me tell you this, they do not bother you at all there. There was these two really sweet Korean ladies at the front desk. Paid up with no hassle, got my key on the 6th floor if im not mistaken, Entered my stunning king size bed room. The shower was rocking, nice pressure lots of soap and shampoo, they had those crazy toilets that can literally carwash your butt. Huge tv 2 meters from the bed where you lay. A nice desk and cupboard with an in build fridge stocked with water and tea and ofcourse, cutlery sugar etc..
Its like a few hundred meters away from proud urology and many other nice places to shop, eat or heck just go for an adventure and investigate. The first time I went I found a mom and pops korean barbeque spot. I couldn't speak with the proprietor because I can't speak south korean so I'm there pointing at stuff but he was trying to explain I had to pay for the table because it was a 4 person platter. I saw the price and I felt it was low enough a price for one meal thats why I was confused:P
Then what happened a couple of Young Korean kareokee bar owners literally spoke fluent english and came to rescue me by inviting me to join them.
One of the guys was literally getting hammered while helping me filling my lettuce rap with all sorts of goodies, even a whole clove of garlic !
It as crazy fun and it shows you how incredible south Korean men can be if they like you. I was deeply honored they took me in as they did because I was all alone in a country I never visited before. They were interesting to talk to, and both very rich by the sounds of it haha! Koreans have banter down ill give them that
I pride my self for being quite friendly and resilient in difficult situations, But South Korea is a really cool place, and so are the people I met. They have some really smart and capable people but with a benevolent and friendly nature. I would love to visit south Korea with my wife one day, she would love it not to mention leave me skint/broke lol
