11/18. I can ask them if most can be used for the shaft and maybe some for the scrotum. My main concern is the Turtling of the penis so prefer the focus to be there first.

Update 12.11.2022

Just wanted to give you men an update on my journey. I went to Dr. Carney on 11/18/2022 to get botox. They ultimately used only 100CC which I did about 80CC in the shaft and the rest of it in the scrotum to see how it would work out. The most painful part was the injection of lidocaine for numbing (not comfortable at all). But it was pretty quick. I was told to wait 3 weeks to come back for the fillers. In that 3 week period, I did notice some relaxation of my severe Turtling but I wouldn't say 100%, more like 75% or so.

Went to Dr. Carney on Friday 12/9 to get the fillers. Same setup, lidocaine first (painful but not as bad as the first time), and then I stood up in which he inject 5ml of Bellafill into the shaft. I was thinking HA at first but this seems to last much longer so seemed worth it. See photos two days later. It has been pretty tender and sore. The first night, it was hard to sleep. I am pretty bruised and swollen I think. I am massaging it 3 times a day and I am sitting in a warm tub once a day.

I hope it will slowly go down so it is not so top-heavy looking. Let me know if you have any guidance during the healing procedure. I really appreciate it.

Thanks.

Its looking pretty normal to me. Keep it stretched out, and pointed down. massage often to reduce swelling and to keep a good shape. Try to get erections frequently.
I personally would not compress it much, if you do at all.

Thanks for the advice. I've been taking hot baths, trying to massage it but not the most pleasant since it is bruised and tender:(

I had my procedure with AD recently. I was also pretty bruised and tender but gotta keep it stretched and massage every hour if possible.

Update: 12/17/2022

So it has been a week since I got 5 ML of Bellafill. Most of the bruising is gone but still tender. I massaged and took hot baths as much as possible but it seems like I have about four nodules under the skin which is tender as well. What do I do? Do I need to go back to Dr. Carney? I may wait to see if it goes away over the next few weeks. Thoughts?

Nodules are common with fillers that work through neocollagenesis (e.g. Bellafill, Linnea Safe, Ellanse, Radiesse), due to some unpredictability inherent to injecting larger volumes. They are completely benign and harmless, but can sometimes be an aesthetic nuisance. Some tend to be small and improve over time on their own, others are simply too palpable and will require a future intervention to resolve.

For this reason, most men wait 4-6 weeks, and if there are no improvements, can see their Doctor to have it corrected.

Are those “nodules” at the entry points? I had 2-3 of those that completely went away on their own after several weeks. Although I have one at the base of my shaft that will probably be addressed for aesthetic reasons. It doesn’t bother me at all in a painful way. Just kind of a nuisance visually. Like SO said it may correct itself like the majority of mine did.

I think one of the nodules may be at the entry point in the center, but the others seem to be general migration. I massaged as much as I could. I think one may have been from a Penis Pump I used a couple of times which I thought would be okay but it is more in a line on the right. How would the doctor resolve the issue if it was PMMA?

As of now, it is unsightly and I don't like it but willing to go back to fix it. Any advise would be appreciated.

Doesn't seem unsightly. Looks like it could be a vein.

This is correctable with follow-up Revision work. I'd get in contact with Rejuvall, send them the photo, and arrange a time for a touch-up appointment; I always tell people this is a multi-step process and you'll almost never have only one appointment and be done with it -- a touch-up round is almost always inevitable.

And I agree with KirkS, it doesn't look terrible.

Thanks for the info. I had a follow-up appt with Dr. Carney last week. He stated that the ridgeline is at the Circumcision scar which bugs me the most. He said to soak in a hot bath and massage it. I have a few nodules at the base too. Since my first procedure was about 10 weeks ago, I am wondering if the PMMA is still pliable to massage. He also said I can add HA to help smooth things out.

Any thoughts or similar experiences? Much appreciated.

I've been following the progress. Thanks for the updates. Do you have starting and current measurements? I'm curious, as I am also strongly considering Bellafil with Dr. Carney.

I don't have starting and current measurements. To follow-up, the nodules have gone done but I got a shot of kenolog and it seems to have shifted some of the PMMA to the surface (see attached image). Went back to Dr. Carney and he suggested another shot or the little bit can be removed surgically.

What should I do?

He also said I might be prone to nodules thus suggesting the next round to be HA, is that a good idea? Not really at the results yet I expected.

That's a relatively manageable Nodule, I suspect whatever he recommends is your best bet, prioritizing least invasive options first.

The Hyaluronic Acid (HA) idea is actually pretty good because if you happen to be more prone to nodules, you'll have a much easier filler to manage and it will really determine whether or not you are Nodule-prone in general.
