it's probably a little bigger but just above the base is thinner than mid shaft so I don't account for it that much. Also, when
Erect, there's even a spot below the base, let's call it the sub base, where it narrows out and is actually thinner. I believe that when I'm fully
Erect, a part of the shaft is coming out from behind my pubic/fat pad area and stretching skin outward, moving the bottom most collagen when
Flaccid slightly forward. It's a very narrow area I'm referencing that is smaller in
Girth. And honestly, I think the different levels of
Girth may stimulate the vagina in a good way, who knows, I still aim to work on the base.
I think that before my
Circumcision it wasn't doing this. I believe only until after the circ did the skin at the base start being pulled out due to the skin being brought forward before being stitched with the inner skin. I believe it was perhaps hard for Dr. C and Dr. M to get product at what would be the actual bottom of the base when
Erect because when soft, the skin isn't being stretched and is in a different state. The discrepancy between mid shaft and base gains was pretty large after the first round with the base having gained about .25 more. Since, they gained similar size in rounds 2 and 3.
Another thing, my base doesn't seem to swell nearly as much as the mid and upper shaft. It may not even swell at all. I believe this is due to my skin tightness in the area directly above the base before mid shaft. You can tell in some of those top down pics that this particular area didn't grow as much collagen as the areas directly above and below it. Ian and I agree there's a natural constriction there in my penis. I've mentioned this before and this isn't uncommon. Either collagen isn't growing there as well or product is having trouble sitting there. Ian suggested and I agree that it's a combination of the skin tightness pushing the product above and below it as well as collagen not being able to grow out due to said tightness.
Therefore, it seems, that the edema is pooling above this tight sector because it's having trouble flowing out through the base of the shaft. It's most noticeable when I'm
Flaccid and swollen. The mid shaft sort of balloons out with edema right above this area. I'm not a doctor but I believe the skin edema would flow out into the pubic region of my body via the base of my shaft. But if the highway narrows down to one lane, there will be a back up. But eventually the fluid will get to it's destination. So maybe it's just simply a drainage issue with me and others. Some guys don't report swelling per se but that doesn't mean their penis isn't maybe producing edema. The fluid could just more easily be flowing out. Again, correct me if I'm wrong, but the edema isn't absorbing directly into the meat of the shaft to which it sits. It wants to get down the shaft towards my body. When people have fluid built up in their ankles/lower calf, I believe it's because there's an issue with things circulating down to your feet and back up again. Again, I'm not an expert on lymph nodes.
I believe subsequent top ups on the base would have a minimal effect on swelling because the fluid seem to not get caught there.
