I’m about 2 years removed from the MegaMaXL.

Still a little indention around the scar area. I’ve had 5 syringes of Bellafill and 10 of straight HA. The results from the MegaMaXL have remained constant - still might need to give a pull here or there.

The Bellafill worked nice - the HA is now a little lumpy in a few areas after 7 months. Probably need a touch up and better aftercare. Maybe something to keep it stretched and an elastic bandage wrapped to keep the filler uniform through out - most kind of in middle now.

I think so far - the MegamaXL was about ~15k - 5k for Bellafill and 5k for HA.

This Plong sounds interesting. Need to see if there are any practitioners in Florida.

@Pauly33 I sincerely thank you for your updates 2 years removed from your procedure. Once most guys get what they need out of the forum and their procedures, they tend to move on with life, and I totally get it. Who wants to dwell on penis enlargement after they've gotten what they needed?

That said, if every one of those guys could update us, even in 6-month or 12-month increments, it would be the best way to pay the community forward. Thanks again!

I had the MegaMaxXL (just the lig release--not a Girth enhancement) done in March 2021, so a little over 2 years now. Overall, I've been very happy with it--here are my thoughts:

Pros:
* The procedure flattened out the pubic area, making fat less noticeable.
* The tightened public area (along with the lig cut) pushed the penis down lower (so it exits the body at lower spot). This causes the tip to hang down lower in relation to the scrotum, and is probably the most important part of the procedure as far as making it look longer. After the procedure, it's been very rare for my penis to stick straight out when being very Flaccid or cold--there's almost always somewhat of a downward hang.
* The internal part of the penis can move a bit during sex. This provides an enhanced deeper sensation--almost in the prostate area. And to clarify--I know some have experienced some wobbling or something with a lig cut that negatively affects sex--I haven't had THAT much movement. The mechanics of sex are still normal--it's just enough movement to create pleasure there.
* The procedure itself was a breeze. There wasn't really any pain after, and I didn't feel like I was "recovering" from anything. It took about a month for the scar area to heal up and stop draining, but that was really the only recovery thing. They ordered a mild pain med (Tylenol 3, w/ Codeine) for me, but I didn't need it.
* Scarring isn't too bad. The skin in the scar area now is the same color as the surrounding skin. There is somewhat of a divot or depression in the area where the scar is, but I think that would be less so if I lost some weight. The divot also doesn't really look unnatural (it looks like it might be possible for the public fat to just sit that way), so it doesn't raise any questions among women as to whether I've had surgery. I should also note that I used Mederma scar gel and silicone scar patches for about 6 months after the incision healed.

Cons:
* Measured length on the ruler isn't so great. Measuring now, my measurements are IDENTICAL to before the procedure. Right after the procedure my Flaccid length was a little longer, but it now "recoils" when Flaccid about as much as it did before the procedure.
* The post-surgery stretching is a pain (literally). I was never able to figure out how to attach the Zen Hanger that they gave me in a way that's comfortable. The Hanger (for me) put a ton of tension on the outer skin on the top side of the penis, and very little tension on the internal "core" of the penis. Also, the device requires dedicated "workout" time to use it (vs. other Hanging/stretching systems that you can use with clothes on).
* Cost--this one is debatable depending on your financial situation. The procedure for me was just under $10k (not including the cost to travel to Atlanta, or the prescriptions). When thinking about other non-necessities I could've spent this on (boat, camper, etc.), I think I've gotten my money's worth out of it. I think it's a nice enhancement, and it has increased my confidence a bit.

Overall I've been happy with it and I don't regret the decision. One thing I would like to bring up though, is that I think it's easy to get caught up thinking about how long your penis is in inches and wanting more when you you think about your size. But does true size really come from length? I think that volume/Girth might have an even greater importance towards making a penis look bigger.

So currently I'm looking at a couple of things to go further with this:
* I think my length is limited by the amount of shaft skin I have. I've been looking into some of the devices that the Foreskin restoration community is using to see if I can stretch my skin further.
* I'm looking into a Girth enhancement, but I'm cautious. I had some filler put in in Chicago in late summer of 2021, but I haven't been happy with the results of that at all (didn't last more than a couple of months, and still left some lumpiness behind).

I’m about 15 months out . FL is still 6.75 and BPEL has settled at 8.75 . Edema after sex is still an issue due to lymph node clogging after Ellanse .

Turkey neck
Is more obvious . Would go in for scrotoplasty but scared edema would get worse . But maybe it could be repaired … Idn .

Skin around fat pat Removal still discolored , but less so . Expect that 1 more year will make normal .

Sex is great . I’ve probably gained 1.25 NBPEL .
Maybe .5 BPEL — maybe .25 .

I think I might have an edema on my right side - it’s shaped like or attached to my vein. I’ll try and post some pics - makes a knot and hard - when Erect quite the bump on that side.

If I'm reading these recaps correctly, it sounds like most of the length gains are coming from the fat pad reductions and not from actual Erect length gain. I don't mean to downplay anyone's results, but it doesn't sound like this surgery is really worth it from an Erect gains standpoint (which is pretty much what they're advertising with this surgery).

I think I may have gotten 1 cm Erect . Nearly 8cm Flaccid
Have recently started Hanging again . Have gained .7 cm in 6 months . I think the absence of the ligament may help .

I think it’s call esl45 ? Idn . There is no vacuum , but I’m nearly 7 inches thick Flaccid , so the device stays in up above 15 lbs . I’m in the 6-15 range usually btc with heat .

I waited a year before anything more than 3-4 lbs tho

Hey! I'm just checking in, its been about a year. I'm curious how your Hanging regiment has been going and scar has been healing. Any before and after EL pics, and scar healing pics would be great. Thanks for all the posts you have made this really helps!
