Still sore. But getting better!

How you healing?

It’s coming along. Still some soreness in the incision area - but it’s just been over a week.

Hoping the scar won’t be too bad. I’ll post a pic in a bit.

Not seeing a lot of gain right yet - I can feel a harder part at the top of my penis - not sure if that is repositioning part (the Inch) or just still swollen from the surgery. Dr. Carney said he got about 2 inches - so I guess time will tell after the swelling goes down more and the incision heals.

Started using the leg stretcher they gave me - not to stretch / but to keep from retraction. I bought a Phallosan Forte for after I heal to mix in for different stretching and they gave me a Zen Hanger set also.

I’m more excited about Girth enhancement. But thought it’d be best to get any type of length I could before. Still trying to figure out if the fat or filler would be better. Kind of leaning to the filler - don’t really like surgeries.

Aloha, I’ve been following ur journey because I have been wanting to do the megamaxl but I’m kinda skeptical about the whole surgery. How are your results so far. And how do your erections feel

I haven’t measured - I feel like it looks a little longer - the pictures seem to look like I got some results in Flaccid state. Once I’m healed I’ll do some measuring.

Not allowed to have sex or masterbate for 4-6 weeks. So only erections I’ve had have been sleeping - which I wake up in some pain. They seem pretty strong though.

How’s your recovery going? I have a week to go for mine.

Hope you don’t mind - I made a before and after for your Flaccid to show the gain. The results look truly visible and significant to me. I hope it translates to your EL as well.

Starting to get some retraction - so have been using the stretching devices to keep it taunt for 4-8 hours a day. Hopefully I keep those Flaccid gains.

As far as Erect - no sex or masterbation for 4-6 weeks so I don’t know. Like I said before - other than night time and they hurt - so I’m not up measuring. Hopefully it translates to something!

How’s your progress?

Healing up. Incision is closed - scar not too bad - hoping it lightens up some. Still retracting some. So have to give a tug here or there. Using the extenders - the PSX2 they gave me and a Phallosan Forte - around 4-8 hours a day. Mix it up. Seems the blue silicone sleeves only last a few days. Then they rip - the Phallosan sleeve not as comfortable but holds up.

Here’s a pic from today. Just giving it a little tug - no pumping or Hanging before. Almost six weeks.

Looking good. I just hit 2 weeks out today. Swelling has gone down a lot and erections don’t hurt as much.

Did u get any Erect gains?

I probably should have measured closer before.

My prior to surgery stats if I was 100% Erect was around 5.5 to 6. Depends on my diet, how long it’s been, etc.

I haven’t measured since surgery - other than Flaccid. I’ve gotten about .5 to 1.5 there depending. On time of day, temperature, etc.

I’m going through the stretching routine now.

To tell you the truth - more excited about Girth. But based on research and doctors recommendations - I wanted to do the maximum lengthening I could prior to.

Now I have to decide between the FFT, HA or PMMA. Doctor’s recommendation is to do the FFT first - see how it goes. Then do HA if I want to after - but the fat is most likely to stay if I do it first rather than the HA then fat.

Here is a pic of scar at a little over six weeks after trimming all the hair off. I have a scar reducer on in one pic. You can see a little retraction between the pictures. I started wearing that - 12 hours a day and then Mederma when I’m not. See if I can get the scar down some.

Hey man any updates on the gains / scar? I’m scheduled for sept. 21st! Any info or pics help. A little nervous about the scar and wondering how happy you are with it all. Thank you
