Not sure. It is hard to know isn't. I gained initially about 0.4 Inch in Girth. But think this has fallen a bit as time past. Maybe as the swelling went in the post few months.

I would not remove the implant only because of the reason someone can see your lump. The main thing is: Your Pmma Dick feels hard + looks Big.
